• Trestariu (3/5): - Locație situată în apropierea zonei centrale. Am stabilit ca și ora de check in, ora 17:30, însă am ajuns cu 10 min mai repede și am sunat la proprietate sa anunțăm ca am ajuns și dacă putem prelua camerele, unde ni s-a spus ca ora stabilită e 17:30 și ca mai avem de așteptat ca e prea devreme. După atitudinea neprofesionista a persoanei de la cealalt capăt al telefonului, nu am așteptat doar 10 min și o oră până a venit cineva să ne predea cheile de la cazare. Curățenia din apartamente lasă foarte mult de dorit, lenjeria de la pilota nefiind una pentru pilota și mai degrabă un cearșaf de pat cu atribuții de cearșaf pentru pilota. În baie am găsit fire de păr, ceea ce sugerează ca nu a fost făcut curat, noi preluând atunci apartamentul. Am încercat să îmi usuc părul într-o seară, însă după ce am băgat uscătorul de păr în priză a scos fum. Lângă cazare există o locație destul de cunoscută unde seara se adună foarte mulți oameni, iar zgomotul produs de către aceștia se aude foarte tare în camera de la stradă. Într-o seară am încercat să omor un țânțar care a intrat în cameră iar când m-am urcat pe unul din scaune, am constatat ca pe dulap praful nu a fost șters de curând, stratul fiind unul considerabil. Obișnuiesc să călătoresc destul de des, fiind pentru a 3-a oară în Italia, însă până la acest moment nu am mai avut astfel de probleme cu cazările.

• M.S.C.B. (7/5): - Muy buena ubicación,la cama muy cómoda,limpio y acogedor.El personal agradable. Las escaleras, al ser un edificio antiguo son muy empinadas ya que no es posible un ascensor por falta de espacio, sería bueno un salva escaleras individual.

• Paula Andrea (5/5): El wifi no funciona - La ubicacion me gusto No funciono el wifi nunca, prometieron solucionarlo y nunca lo hicieron, eso complico mucho mi estadia. La chica que me entrego la llave muy amable, el hombre no tiene buenos modos para nada.
• Pietro (6/5): Appartamento normale. - La posizione era quella che cercavo vicino al centro. Purtroppo nei 5 giorni con mia moglie ho dovuto dormire in due camere diverse in quanto la camera più grande aveva solo un letto matrimoniale. L odore dell’ acqua ch fuoriusciva aveva un odore un po forte. Termosifoni accesi i primi giorni poi spenti!! Non erano gestibili manualmente. Televisione nella camera piccola non funzionante.

Ho prenotato un appartamento con doppia camera da letto, ma l'appartamento non era tut'uno era sullo stesso pianerottolo con due stanze totalmente separate, livello di sicurezza delle porte pari a 0. Scalinata per salire ripidissima, appena entrati a casa notiamo subito acqua a terra in bagno era lo scarico che perdeva contattiamo l'assistenza si mettono a disposizione ma il problema per i nostri 4 giorni di soggiorno non è mai stato risolto. appartamento privo di zanzariere quindi appartamento pieno di zanzare, con odore di muffa e molto trasandato. Immobili sporchi puliti solo a terra dopo nostre lamentele, letti non scomodi di più. Soggiorno da dimenticare.

• Angela (8/5): - Estaba cerca de la estación y de lugares emblemáticos. El apartamento tiene las paredes para pintar y subir los tres pisos sin ascensor es incómodo.

• Anabel (7/5): Unas vacaciones con sorpresas. - La ubicación del apartamento, muy céntrico. Pregunté si había ascensor, ya que era un segundo piso en iba con una persona mayor, me dijeron que no, cosa que era cierta. Pero omitiendo que en realidad era un tercer piso, no segu do y con escaleras muy empinadas e irregulares debido a que son viviendas muy antiguas, para mi madre ha sido muy complicado acceder cada día al apartamento, era una gran limitación, pedimos si podrían hacernos un cambio, pero por fechas entiendo que nos dijeron que no. Los colchones muy blandos, se deformaban como una barca, no eran nada cómodos. Por el resto bien.

Internet signal inside the apartment doesnt work very good. The main room bed matress needs a replacement in my opinion.
• Coral (10/5): Fastastic apartament in Florence! - Everything was perfect, the location, the place, very confortable, clean, and the staff was very helpful as well! We stayed at the two bedroom unit and it was very spacious for four people. Highly recomended!

• Amita (8/5): The holiday was excellent - The location was excellent, the flat was very spacious, the bathrooms were very clean. Santa Spirito is beautiful place. There could be a couple of armchairs in the sitting area. The description should say that it is on the top floor with many steps. I have mobility problems and this was very difficult for me. The directions to unlock the front door should also say that the door is very very stiff and difficult to, open! If my son wasn't with me I wouldn't have been able to open it. There could be bedding provided for the sofa bed
• Erik (10/5): Exceptional - It is really bright and we liked the big size. The bed was comfortable. The location is perfect. There are a lot of stairs to climb but it is nice to be on the top floor. Since it is located close to the square it can be a bit loud at night.

• Virginia (7/5): For the most part I enjoyed my stay, especially the location. - Location. Customer Service was excellent. There was 3 of us and only one towel set - luckily I had an extra Turkish towel, and my son used the hand towel to dry himself after a shower, one roll of toilet paper for 3 nights stay - I had to buy a pack of 4. Lastly I do not recall reading in the description it was located on the 2nd floor after 4 flights of stairs.
