• Marina (7/5): Buona la posizione, alcuni aspetti da migliorare - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento fino a ieri. Tra i punti di forza sicuramente la posizione: è davvero eccellente, praticamente attaccata alla metro, comodissima per raggiungere rapidamente tutte le principali zone della città. Anche i servizi nei dintorni sono ottimi: supermercati, pizzeria sotto casa e pizzerie al taglio rendono la zona molto pratica e ben servita. Per quanto riguarda gli aspetti positivi, la biancheria da letto e gli asciugamani erano puliti e, in generale, l’appartamento risultava sufficientemente pulito. Passando invece agli aspetti negativi, il letto matrimoniale più piccolo era purtroppo molto scomodo: il materasso risultava sfondato e anche la rete non adeguata, tanto che abbiamo dormito male per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Consiglierei assolutamente la sostituzione del letto. Un altro problema importante è stato l’odore molto forte di fogna proveniente dal bagno, davvero fastidioso e persistente. Non so se dipenda dalla struttura o dall’impianto, ma sarebbe necessario intervenire perché compromette il comfort del soggiorno. La cucina non l’abbiamo utilizzata molto, ma era essenziale e con il minimo indispensabile. Nel complesso si tratta di un appartamento un po’ datato, parzialmente ristrutturato, che offre comunque una sufficienza grazie soprattutto alla posizione strategica. Il prezzo, forse, risulta un po’ alto rispetto al livello generale della struttura, anche se la posizione lo giustifica in parte.
• Charlotte (7/5): - appartement vraiment spacieux , parfait pour 4 personnes avec enfants très bien équipés situé à la perfection car le métro est à 1 minute à pied, il y’a plein de commerce en bas , dont un jardin parc pour enfants le gros point qui a posé soucis c’est que la literie est catastrophique, les enfants ont bien dormi car léger et ils dorment profondément mais en tant qu’adulte literie qui grince, dur ou on s’enfonce assez difficilement supportable

• Mario (9/5): - Buena ubicación , piso muy amplio y limpio. Disponibilidad del dueño para guardar las maletas hasta que nos fuimos al aeropuerto. La cama de la habitación pequeña hay que cambiarla , colchón muy muy blando y somier de muelles viejo, suena mucho.
• Elliott (8/5): - Location was brilliant. Could either walk or get the metro from the station right outside. Had all things you’d need for a city break The beds were pretty uncomfortable and very loud anytime you moved.
• Katarzyna (10/5): Pobyt bardzo udany - Świetna lokalizacja tuż przy stacji metra. Blisko sklep spożywczy, pizzerię. Apartament czysty i przestronnym. Obsługa prosi by śmieci wynosić do koszy na ulicy. Jeszcze nigdy nie spotkałam się z takimi zasadami.

• AndriyL (10/5): - Very good impressions of the hosts. We were traveling with a small child, and an accident happened and we lost the stroller. The hosts immediately found the stroller for us and gave it to us for the entire duration of our stay in Rome. We were also in the cold season and there were problems with the heating, but the hosts repaired the heating instantly. And we did not feel any discomfort from staying in the apartment.
• veronica (6/5): Good location, facilities are old - The apartment is spacious, the host is very organized and responsive, and the location is great. The apartment needs renovation, particularly the bathroom. The living room and the bedrooms have some newer and nicer furniture, but the bathroom is very old with multiple issues: it smells really bad all the time, the flush is super loud, the boiler has a hanging pipe that drains in the bathtub, the stoppers in the sinks don’t work and one of the faucet is defective, the shower is tiny and the door doesn’t close properly. We did non use the kitchen so I can’t comment on that.

• Florian (10/5): Top pour une famille de 5 , accueil formidable , dame très gentille, problème de serrure qui a tout de suite été résolu - Emplacement parfait . Tout est au pied de l’appartement ! Grand appartement . Literie à améliorer .
• Ana (10/5): Espectacular departamento, bien ubicado y con todo lo que que se necesita para disfrutar. - El departamento en general es fantástico. Tiene todo lo que se necesita y mucho más para una estadía perfecta en Roma. El baño merece un comentario aparte ya que es enorme. Está decorado con muy buen gusto. La ubicación es inmejorable, justo enfrente tiene una estación del metro A, línea que conecta directa y rápidamente con todo lo que se necesita para visitar los puntos más sobresalientes de la ciudad y el barrio en general es muy lindo, amplio, seguro, con múltiples opciones de comida, supermercados y tiendas. Además, fuimos recibidas muy amablemente el día de llegada por Iulia, explicándonos todo lo que necesitábamos saber. El equipo de anfitriones tiene una comunicación fluida con los huéspedes y están pendientes de cada detalle. Buen wifi. Nos permitieron dejar el equipaje en resguardo al hacer el check out. Lo recomiendo especialmente y sin duda será mi opción en caso de regresar a Roma. Todo muy bien.
• Anel (8/5): The overall impression is that the apartment is quite solid and represents a fair balance between price and what is offe - Excellent location — the apartment is just a few meters away from the metro station. From the apartment itself, many attractions can be reached on foot. The staff is kind and very accommodating. No matter how much we go for a vintage style of decoration, the furniture still needs to be replaced, as well as the sanitary ware in the bathroom.
• Свилен (9/5): България - Апартамента е голям и е на място до метростанция в парк,в района има всичко: ресторанти,кафенета,магазини, 20 Минути пеш до Колизеума!Района е пълен с хора,и са свикнали с туристи!Домакин ни обясни всичко,апартамента спокойно се настанихме 5 човека ,има си всичко:пералня,климатици,вана. Едното легло е с пружина ,припомних си младите години ,в интерес на истината беше удобно ,но скърцаше.След лек ремонт ще е топ!
• Maier (9/5): - I loved our Host! Incredibly sweet and helpful with a map of the city, with sites of interest, helpful suggestions for planning and very responsive. The apartment was as described and pictured. The location was convenient as it was close to a metro line and bus stops.

• Kate (8/5): Great value for money and great city location - The location was amazing, as was the total overall space for a family. Near shops, restaurants and super skates and a 30 minute walk to the coliseum. Perfect location if travelling with a group or family. We were overcharged city tax on arrival and didn’t work that out until after. The building also had building work ongoing which meant we were all woken by 08.00 daily - not ideal if you’ve been enjoying the city and wanted a lie in.

• Vlad (10/5): Impressive welcoming and guidance by hosts. Good location. - * Surprising welcoming! The hosts meet the newly arrived guests and take time to introduce not only to the apartment, but also Rome and the surroundings. They provide very valuable recommendations, e.g. locations that most tourists miss, good restaurants that even local people go to, etc. Also, the contact with the host was very good throughout our stay, for every small issue we encountered. * The apartment is nicely designed, even if not very fresh, and has all utilities I could think of. * The location, even not in the most central, is very convenient, because the subway station is right next to the apartment and it leads you directly and fast to any of the most important places in Rome: Termini station, Vatican, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna, Barberini,... or Cinecitta (if you fancy movies :). Just watching the map, I feared we would waste much time in public transport, but being there, it worked much better than expected. * Checkout time at 10:00 was a bit early for us, especially with kids, even if they allow all guests to leave the luggage until 14:00 in the apartment. I think 10:30, or better 11:00, would make a sensible difference. * Every once in a while, a deep-cleaning of the cutlery would be recommended.
• Kacper (9/5): Perfect stay - Good contact with hosts, great equipped kitchen, superb location. One of the beds was quite uncomfortable, but in the whole experience it was just a small detail
• Károly (8/5): Very good - The area is not special, but it's OK. The advantage is that it is near a metro stop, the centre is easily and quickly accessible. The hosts are very helpful. Only one of the three beds was comfortable, the other two were more like mobile beds, not comfortable and squeaking loudly.
