Ponieważ nie było innych gości, bezpłatnie podnieśli nam standard pokoju. Otrzymaliśmy wszelkie możliwe wskazówki, jak dotrzeć do różnych lokalizacji, mapę, propozycje zostawienia bagażu po godzinie wymeldowania. Mogliśmy też zostawić bagaże wcześniej, przed godziną zameldowania. Pomogli też z taksówką na lotnisko, choć u kierowcy cena okazała się blisko 20% wyższa od tej, jaką mieliśmy podobno zapłacić. Nie było niczego, z czym sami byśmy sobie nie poradzili. No, może brak telewizora Smart. Sądziliśmy, że dziś to standard. Wyłącznie wloskie kanały telewizyjne mogą jednak umilić pobyt

Si vas en viernes y sábado por la noche cuesta mucho dormir. Hay dos PUB debajo y aunque las ventanas hacen de aislante hasta las 2:30-3 de la mañana te desvelas. Llévate unos tapones si tú no vas de fiesta.

• Amanda (6/5): Stedentrip Napels - Wij verbleven enkele dagen in Italië en hadden het geluk dat het appartement op een werkelijk perfecte locatie in de stad lag. Alles was goed bereikbaar en de omgeving was ideaal voor een korte stedentrip. Helaas viel de netheid van het appartement tegen. Bij aankomst troffen we haren aan op de moltons, er was schimmel aanwezig in de badkamer en op het servies zaten harde, vastgekoekte etensresten van eerdere gasten. Dat was jammer, omdat het verblijf hierdoor minder comfortabel voelde dan gehoopt. De gastheer zelf was echter vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij wees ons duidelijk de weg in de stad, repareerde direct de waterkoker toen deze stuk bleek te zijn en regelde op de dag van vertrek netjes een taxi voor ons. Al met al heeft de toplocatie en de vriendelijke gastheer ons verblijf deels positief gemaakt, maar de hygiëne van het appartement kan echt beter. Hygiëne

• Cristina (7/5): Bien , correcta - Ellos el trato , son muy amables y te ayudan en todo lo q pueden El barrio , tenía bares y restaurantes y todo estaba cerca pero era muy sucio evidentemente no es culpa de ellos .Tmbn creo q el apartamento le faltaban cosas , por ejemplo la alcachofa estaba rota , parecía q te duchases con una manguera, la cocina justita de utensilios , por ejemplo , no hay microondas , ni tostadora , ni un cubo para fregar

Perfetta per 1/2 persone, pulita, ha solo una piccola finestra davanti al letto sul soppalco e la portafinestra, ma nonostante ciò il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero gradevole. Posizione ottima dietro al Chiostro di Santa Chiara e proprietari gentilissimi. Il letto non era dei più comodi ma niente di così drammatico😅

• Eszter (7/5): Napoli come vive e respira - Der Unterkunft liegt in der Altstadt, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Betreiber sehr nett, wir durften nach dem auschecken unsere Koffer bis zum Abflug zwischenlagern. Sie haben uns sogar günstigen Taxi organisiert . Unterkunft sauber und voll ausgestattet. Klima mit Schlafmodus vorhanden. Es ist wirklich ein tiny house, die Fotos täuschen ein wenig. Aber für Städtetrip perfekt geeignet. Da die Gebäuden in der Altstadt sehr feucht sind herrscht in der Unterkunft ein muffiger Geruch . Nach kurzem Lüften ist dieser weg aber kehrt ständig zurück. Betreiber sind sehr bemüht die Spuren der Feuchtigkeit zu beseitigen, ein Kampf gegen „Windmühlen“
• Hsinnie Ho (9/5): Compact, Central and Complete: all you need for a Centro Storico immersion - We are used to staying in old towns but this one in Naples takes the cake - it was a deep submersion into the old town and we surprisingly enjoying it! Luma House is first and foremost very central and well equipped. We were in the BLU House. It was indeed small but very doable since both rooms were split with the kitchen in the middle. We liked that: + the location was very good and next to everything interesting - we met a local leather artist S. Oliva around the corner and purchased an authentic leather-formed Pulcinelli - just unforgetable! + both ACs worked well + the second bedroom can host 2 persons on double decker bed, and has its own TV on a working desk , so also perfect for home office. This place is great for a family of 3 kids of a party of 5 persons. + Showers had good water pressure + Kitchen well equipped, albeit with cheap cooking materials + Noise isolation was efficient + Courtesy - Thanks for the extra coffee left behind for a quick espresso (It was a Bialetti Italian Espresso machine) and extra toilet rolls. We had also olive oil for cooking. Not all apartments are so gracious. + Easy going atttiude of the hosts + Late self-check in without extra costs - much appreciated! - Not so barrier-free: this place and generally Centro Storico is not very easily acessible with prams , wheelchairs etc. Getting there with a trolley suitcase with public transport via Metro proved challenging. The shortest path from Université were mostly stairs so fiding a presumably easier cobble-stone slope is not only challenging but exhausting due to the uneven spacings between the stones and slopes on slopes. Had we known, we would have ordered a taxi or swapped for backpacks. - Cramp : The entrance of the building is also tight. But once you check in your worries will fade. It is slightly cramp with 15m² room space everywhere. So you need to tetris a bit to move around in a party of 2 or 3. For people looking to unwind in a large space, I wouldn't recommend it. But for people looking to be deep in an historical old town you are right here. - Comfort: Beds were quite hard and sometimes you can feel the springs. They felt like dorm beds. - Comfort: The kitchen chairs were very uncomfortable (plastic) so we didn't sit on them long. - The heater was acting up with erratic temperatures (as of early Aug 2025). The hosts Vincenzo and Maddalena from Hotel Meublé Chaira Suites told us it was a special case due to limestone build up. Hope it gets fixed. - earlier than usual check-out at 10am. Despite all these minor cons we will still book Luma House.

Being located near Spaccanapoli, in the middle of Naples downtown, the location was excellent to visit most of the highlights of neapolitan cultural heritage. Moreover the neighborhood quiet enough to sleep comfortably. The only flaw (if it can be called so) was that the room was quite small. But considering the amount of things to be visited, this was of small relevance.

He helped me to book taxi for come back and also give some informations and knowledge about the city. Well about the apartment it is not that i excepted and saw on the pictures. Or it just seem that I emagine that diferently on the pictures. I dont think it is a good value for money. Althought the location is good, the street is very loudly especially at night. You enter just of the street in the kitchen. Balcon is missing.The bed for two it is a little bit small and uncomfortable. In our city you dont need to pay extra towels because i dont think that for 7 days for 2 person 4 towels are enough. Also some things are not in the function at the apartment but nobody said anything. Anyway we were on longer stay and it needs to be better equiped. If it is for 2 nights than this is apartmant for you because like i said the location is very good. It is full of humidity in the apartment.

By the time we got our bags, transportation and lugged 3 kids to the hotel it was 5:59. We received a text at 5:55 that we must be there by 6. Check in time is not flexible.

When we arrived there was a problem with the original room so we were offered a better room free of charge until the problem is fixed, and we moved to the original room later with no problems and with help from the hosts. The shower in the room is not that great but still usable. No metro station very close but walking paths are easy and nice to the main streets.

App has everything needed for a few days, very clean Bed is to small for 2 adult person, even if you're with a partner - 120 cm is really not enough. I don't know how's during a summer, but in Oct was lot of moisture, so app has a smell, but suppose it's something you can't resolve easily.

The hosts were really helpful! Just for others - be aware it’s a hike up cobbled narrow lanes from the metro if you are walking with luggage.

Very easy to reach the main train station and port if you want to use the ferries. Nice and helpful hosts. The appartment is on the smaller side, so if you have a lot of things and luggage it will be harder to store it. Climbing up and down the stairs to get to the bed can be challenging for some people.

Very clean and the manager was super helpful, spoke good English and got us a taxi to the station when we needed it. Apartment was equipped with a kitchen, a washing maschine and AC. The smell in the apartment was unbearable. It was like in a cellar, where fresh air reaches only when opening the door. The bathroom was humid and smelled even worse. This all due to lack of proper ventilation. Having windows opened at night wasn't an option, since it was loud on the street and there is a lantern just in front of the window. In general, this also affected that it didn't feel clean in the apartment.
