• Diana (8/5): - Great location. Very pleasant apartment It was quite cold outside and we were told that the air condition (no remote available) does not work on heating which was strange as the device was pretty standard.

• Roby (10/5): - Apartman je super, na 5. je katu i ima lift. Osoblje nas je dočekalo i prije check-in. Metro Susa je odmah ispod ulaza što je odlično pa podzemnom željeznicom stigneš u bilo koji dio Milana jako brzo i jednostavno. Blizu je i mali market. Mirna četvrt.
• John (9/5): - Helpful staff explained everything very modern kitchen and bathroom clean location was very good only 50 meters away from the underground station which was only 4 stops from linate airport once on the underground you can get anywhere you want to go. I would happily stay there again Being briitish would like to had a toaster but only a small and minor complaint

• Vanesa (8/5): - La ubicación y distribución del mismo. Que indicaba que el checking era hasta las 21.30 pero no nos indicaba que teníamos que pagar por llegar más tarde, se me informó vía WhatsApp y tuve que pagar 40 euros más por llegar a las 0,15, me parece un poco abusivo.

• ROQUE (8/5): Metrô estação Susa bem próximo. - Metrô estação Susa bem próximo. Faltam alguns utensílios no flat, no caso de alguém precisar preparar refeições no local. Elevador estava quebrado no dia do check-out. Tivemos de descer cinco andares com malas. Não há flexibilidade no horário do check-out. O check-in estava previsto para 15 h, porém informaram que estaria liberado somente a partir das 16h.

• Matkovic (8/5): Okay but could be improved.. - We were able to check-in at 14:00, one hour before the official check in time. The location is great, the metro station is right next to the apartment. It was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. All in all It was everything we expected but it was not all perfect. Little improvements can be made for a much better stay. The most annoying thing was the hot water in the bathroom, when you adjust it to hot water it takes a really long time to come from the boiler, also any kind of adjustment is delayed for about 30 seconds so the first 5 minutes of your shower you are adjusting the temperature.. The overhead showerhead did not work only the hand-held did. The elevator in the building is really small so it could only fit 2 people at a time. We were provided only one dishwasher pod so you could use it only one time and if you wanted to clean one glass for example you couldn't do it because no dish soap was provided. The couch is okay for sitting on it but I do not recommend more than 2 people staying here bacuse If you need to sleep on the couch it would be really uncomfortable. You could hear the neighbors talking from the nextdoor apartment, so if you could hear them they can hear you.

• Russell (8/5): Enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. - The apartment is easily reached by Subway line M4, the brand new Linarte Airport Line. The subway entrance/exit is 75 mtrs from the front door. Uber fare from Linarte was 22 Euro. It is bright and airy and very clean. Nice bathroom with shower. Well equiped kitchen, with full size fridge, no oven, but cooktop and microwave. Main bedroom was a good size, and the bed comfy. Sofa bed was comfy as a bed but not so much as a sofa. The surrounding area is clean and felt safe even at night. Many restaurants and cafes within walking distance, also a large Carrefours supermarket. Easy to get into city center, albeit using 2 subway lines.
• Jade (10/5): Amazing, definitely be back. - The property was really close to the metro station, literally step outside and it’s there. The apartment is near shops and restaurants, but is still very quiet. The apartment itself has everything you need, and the air conditioning was a live saver when its 33 degrees outside. Nothing i didnt like.
• Khatia (8/5): I’ll recommend this apartment - It’s very comfy and cozy apartment and not far from the center. Next to apartment is a metro (when we arrived in was closed for few days) but trams stop was close to the apartment too. Apartment was clean. Air conditioner was working badly and was little bit uncomfortable. There wasn’t market nearby (or we haven’t found).

• Iryna (7/5): Not bad, but don't recommend because of details - Small and clean apartments in a quiet street. Good infrastructure. Elevator. 30-40 minutes walk to Duomo. Good bakery Lissana near (10 minutes walk). But all the truth is in details that make you stay not the best. Some of them can be easily improved, some not. 1. Not best location for those who prefer walking. 30-40 minutes to Duomo or Central station. The way is a bit boring after 2-3 times. But if you use city transport it's ok. 2. Very thin walls. You wake up in the morning with your neighbors. Bedroom is next to neighbor's bathroom. And you hear literally everything: talks, water, etc. you can even talk to your neighbors from your bed.. 3. There was no warm water in the kitchen and in the bathroom (bidet and sink). 4. There is washing machine and small dish machine . But hosts leave 1 portion of detergent for each. Thus, if you want to wash black and white clothes you should go to a supermarket to buy it. The same with dishes. No warm water in the kitchen and nothing you can use to wash your cup. Come on! It's not a big deal to buy dish soap and cloth for your guests. 5. There is a large closet in the bedroom but it is closed)) where guests should leave their clothes?? There is ironing board but no iron (or it is in the closet closet) 6. Bed and mattress is ok, but pillows are heavy and uncomfortable. The coach in the living room is something like clamshell. We didn't use it, but I think it's not good for sleeping at all. 7. Dear hosts, your apartments can be much more comfortable for stay with adding not expensive things like shoehorn, at least 2 coffee capsules for coffee machine, some oil/salt/water.

• Merli (8/5): Very good - Very easy and good access to metro and connection with center. Clean and spacious apartment, very nice house. Arrival time was agreed but we had to wait the host 45 minutes. Coffee machine is available but no any coffee capsules available and because of that no possible to use it.
• Myleene (10/5): If I go back to Milan, I would definitely stay here again!! - It is in a quiet area so close to the train station! The apt is roomy, clean, has a little porch, and has most of your travel needs.. washer, small kitchen, tv, airconditioning. I didn’t have problems contacting the property and the contact person that met us and gave us the key was very courteous & even was responsive when we had to ask about the train etc. Suggestions only: maybe a few more pillows and provide hangers? But otherwise, all great!!
• Ferhaj (7/5): Great flat - Very easy access to metro. Park for kids Sofa bed was not cumfortable. Last metro at 10pm
• Yuliia (6/5): Normal - Clean specious flat, equipment, furniture are new. Bed is comfortable , Wi-Fi conditioner work well. The most unpleasant thing was check into apartment. Instead of promised 15:00 we moved to flat only around 18:00! We were very tired after road and also it was really hot in Milan and we had to wait extra 3 hours outside with no reason. We didn’t receive any compensation or reasonable answer for our waiting. There were no forks and normal knives in apartment, only spoons. And quantity of bath accessories were only for one time shower. In the end we forgot 2 T-Shirts in apartment, asked to check it in the same day when we move out from apartment , and unfortunately we didn’t get help. To sum up I can say that flat was quite nice but service is absolutely not worth to stay here again.

• Monika (9/5): Comfortable! Good value for the money - Small but very well planned. You’ve find everything you need for your comfortable stay. Some kitchen items could be upgraded, for example the pan is in really poor shape.
