Attention risque très élevé d électrocution 👹 Arnaque au parking !!!! Zone ztl cela veut dire qu il faut un pass sinon vous risquez forte amande !! Et il y aurait encore bcp a dire Ne louer pas ici si vous voulez profiter pleinement de votre séjour

• Gemma (7/5): Apartamento amplio y bien ubicado - Era muy amplio. Perfecto para nuestro grupo. Buena comunicación con el amfitrion. Esta muy buen ubicado. Falta un poco de limpieza y mantenimiento. Una cama estaba rota y algunas sillas tambien. No habia bastantes sillas ni utensilios para todos los huespedes. La cafetera no funcionaba y tuvimos que pagar para que nos guardaran las maletas el último dia.

• Veronique (8/5): Globalement très bien - Emplacement parfait, hyper central et à deux pas du métro. Appartement très grand, lumineux, agréable. Hôte très réactif. Bâtiment historique très charmant. La baignoire du haut était inutilisable (fuite), on s'est donc partagé 1 salle de bain à 8. Peu d'intimité (mais on le savait). Attention l'appartement est en 2eme étage et les dernières marches sont assez raides. Ce n'est pas dramatique mais ça peut être compliqué pour les personnes âgées ou moins mobiles.

• Monika (6/5): - We felt very welcome. Communication with the host was easy. The location was great! The apartment had been cleaned, but only very superficially. The shower, bathtub, cabinets, and dishes were unpleasantly not properly cleaned. There is a coffee machine, but it doesn’t work. There is internet, but it’s so poor that you can’t really use it when needed. Basic items you would normally expect when renting an apartment were missing: a sponge, paper towels, and bathroom mats. The apartment is cold, and there is no way to increase the temperature. It’s a nice apartment, but very poorly cleaned. The host is kind – I believe that with a bit more effort, the conditions could be greatly improved.

• Torsten (9/5): - Eine sehr großzügige Wohnung in besonderer Umgebung. Neapel wie man es sich vorstellt. Alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Viele Restaurants und Geschäfte .
• Pablo (8/5): Recomendable para unos días en familia en Nápoles - El alojamiento es cómodo y grande, suficiente para 8-9 personas y con todo lo necesario. La dueña muy maja y con recomendaciones de la ciudad. La cocina cuenta con todo lo necesario y te dejan café, aceite, sal, etc... así como todas las cosas del baño. El alojamiento está estupendo y si no le pongo un 10 es por dos cosillas. La primera es que las habitaciones están todas unidas entre sí, están en el altillo, sin separación física entre ellas o con el salón, por lo que la privacidad es nula. La segunda es que el baño de arriba no tiene mampara ni cortina, por lo que al usar la ducha se moja entero, y no teníamos fregona para recogerlo. Salvo eso, por lo demás genial.

Ens va indicar molt bé on anar i com moure'ns per la zona. Se sent molt el soroll del carrer, i com que és una zona molt animada, el soroll dura fins tard a la nit.

• Nirvana (9/5): A very spacious flat in a good location in the historic centre - The location is excellent for exploring the historic centre on foot, yet fairly quiet. The metro station is very close so you can get to other suburbs on the underground (seasinde promenade, Archaeologican Museum, central train station). The airport shuttle station is 8-10min walk away, in the harbour. The friendly owner waited for us late in the evening (our flight was landing late) to hand over the key; he also provided us with many useful tips on what to visit and where to eat. The flat is very spacious, in an ancient historical building. Although being very spacious, there is only one bedroom that allows for complete privacy - te rest of the accommodation is in open or semi-open space.

Posizione ottima a pochi minuti dal centro Peccato la pulizia non fosse il top. La vasca al piano di sopra era inaccessibile perché sporca, il cestino della spazzatura con dei rifiuti, il pavimento non era stato spazzato.

• Paul (9/5): - De ruime kamers en de aanwezige faciliteiten het vriendelijke en gedienstige host de netheid aanwezigheid van producten zoals douche en hand zeep en koffie. De buurt is niet echt netjes te noemen werf aan de overzijde en een pleintje waar veel jeugd en gebruikt werd ook hoog gelegen moesten lange trap af om het centrum te bereiken.

• Stefania (9/5): Alloggio super per gruppo di amici - L'appartamento è enorme! Accoglie fino 8 persone, ma gli spazi sono molto ampi. Letti comodi e 2 bagni (uno per piano). Arredamento moderno e molto curato, ampio spazio anche per riporre bagagli e vestiti. Molto luminoso e, anche se vicino al centro, la notte abbiamo dormito tranquillamente. La cucina potrebbe essere un po' più pulita, ma niente di preoccupante.

• francesca (7/5): - Appartamento bellissimo, grandissimo, centrale e vicino alla metropolitana . Host gentile e disponibile ha anticipato il check alle 12 per permetterci di sistemare i bagagli . Bagnoschiuma, shampoo e caffè a disposizione degli ospiti. L'appartamento è molto grande e la manutenzione non era "perfetta".Uno dei due bagni non era agibile ( ne siamo venuti a conoscenza solo al momento del check-in) e in sette è stato un po' complicato anche per un breve soggiorno come il nostro. Alcuni materassi troppo morbidi che si sprofondava. Essendo in pieno centro, di notte molto rumorosa la strada per il passaggio di numerosi motorini e schiamazzi dei turisti.

• Eros (9/5): Soggiorno piacevole e comodo, in una posizione perfetta per visitare la città a piedi - Struttura centralissima, posizione davvero perfetta! Abbiamo dimenticato l’auto per tutto il soggiorno: si raggiunge tutto comodamente a piedi, dal centro storico ai principali punti di interesse. La casa è molto spaziosa, eravamo in 7 persone e siamo stati comodi. Ottima soluzione per gruppi o famiglie!

• Urszula (9/5): - Apartament duży, położony w centrum miasta. Strefa Ztl. Wlasciciel pomocny udostępnia miejsce parkingowe u kolegi 30 EUR za dobę ale dopiero po dotarciu do apartamentu. Ciężko zaparkować na ulicach poza strefą Ztl. Parking w strefie jakieś 500 m od apartamentu. Wi-Fi praktycznie nie działa.

It is extremely well equipped, shower gels, coffee pods etc. very comfortable beds, great air conditioning, good location. Host very responsive to needs. The WiFi did not work properly the whole time we were there which meant we used a lot of data. The host sent an engineer to look at it the second day however it still did not work to the standard you would have expected, cutting out after 10 minutes and not loading properly. This was our only issue

It looks like it was someone's comfortable apartment, with furniture that one buys only for him/herself. Our kids loved it, and so did we. One almost got lost at the other end of the apartment :) The only problem is, there is not a single closed bedroom, for you to sleep sheltered from the noise of the others in the apartment. And, the place is very spacey so it gets loud, but if you are OK with not having real doors that close tight, you will love it. The double beds and the atmosphere upstairs are amazing too.

• Marian (10/5): Excellent Customer Service, Excellent Price and Beautiful Property!!! Mario you are the Best!!! - The 2-story apartment is beautiful!!! Very good taste in the decoration! The HOST Mario is the best! He received us with water bottles in the fridge, coffee in many styles: nespresso, instant and greca. All type of sweeteners, salt, pepper, dishwasher soap, shampoo, conditioner, gel bath, a lot of toilet paper. Everything you dream the property will have because you don't travel with that and you have to go to a supermarket to buy them and usually you leave them behind. The next day he came with breakfast for the 8 of us!!! He provided us with suggestions of restaurants, sightseeing and very useful information. He even called a taxi for us! We stayed in 5 different properties in our travel to the Amalfi Coast and Mario was the BEST HOST!!!
• Frimah (3/5): nothing special,walking at night not safe - location The host asked cash for 60 Euros while our hotel voucher stated all taxes were included. We didn't want to make a big deal, so we paid in cash. The location is sort of Ghetto at night walking is not safe, especially for women. The building needs a renovation.
• Antonio (10/5): Great location and the host Mario was fantastic. - Very spacious place lots of area sit and relax downstairs, the bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable. The host Mario was fantastic left us with a fantastic welcome pack with cold drinks etc and breakfast produce like croissants, muffins and also espresso coffee. He gave us suggestions for restaurants, museums and also sorted our transport out back to the airport for coming back home. The bedrooms could do with a bit of privacy maybe curtains across the top to give it a bit of privacy and blocks the light in the morning when sleeping and if different families are staying, also the bathrooms could do with a refurbishment.

• Eme (6/5): Needs some fixing up - Very easy and host’s communicated well There were wires sticking out of the wall, the place was a little tired and in need of some attention. The floor was all coming up in the hall and was a hazard to walk over… the jacuzzi didn’t work so well and it was difficult to turn taps on and off with side panels hanging off. Breakfast for 5 days consisted of a bag of croissants and some jam and this was not replenished

Lighting poor because few lightbulbs andvwhen you see the height of the lights you can understand the reluctance to replace. But if you are a paying guest you expect better. Too many things broken, cutlery and cups dirty just not seriously cared for.

Thank you Mario! It's good for friends and big family, but lack of intimicy ( open space for rooms). This was not a barrier for me, but maybe for couples it might be 😉
