• Chrysovalantou (4/5): Ευγενικό προσωπικό, κακή κατάσταση καταλύματος - Εύκολα προσβάσιμο σε μέσα μεταφοράς. Έκλεινε η θέρμανση αυτόματα, νωρίς το βράδυ και είχε πολύ κρύο στον ύπνο. Έπεφταν σοβάδες σε κάποια σημεία του σπιτιού, κυρίως στο μπάνιο. Τα παράθυρα δεν έκλεινα καλά, έμπαινε κρύος αέρας από παντού. Διαφέρει πολύ η πραγματικότητα από τις φωτογραφίες.

• Olayinka (1/5): The sofa has spots on it & it stinks. The picture on booking is not even close to what to was in per - SCAM‼️ Absolutely nothing to like about the place. Dark, dirty, string smell. Trashy apartment. NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE! EVERYTHING WAS HORRIBLE. The house was in the backyard with dirt and cobwebs all around. The sofa has spots on it & it stinks. The picture on booking is not even close to what to was in person. I sent a picture as well to them on this but was ignored. We had to check out immediately as we could not even stay in the apartment. Mould spell, horrible bathroom etc.
• Youssef (1/5): Bad - Unfortunately, we have left the first day because the apartment does not correspond to the description. It's so hot inside ,there wasn't a climatisation even if it's summer and it's so hot at milano,also there is a lot of noise from people outside breaking bottles, and it feels really unsafe. Additionally, the WiFi does not work .i don't recommand this appartement at all

• O.alina (9/5): Superb - Easy to acces. Close to the metro. Plenty of space. Good communication. The area seems quite unfriendly for two women at night. The neighbours were extremly loud and woke us up early every morning.
• Klaudia (2/5): Meh - old windows that did not keep heat, the bathroom was moldy, and the bathtub had not been cleaned at all. I bought the cleaning agent myself to wash it, the water after cleaning was very dirty, the guest sofa smelled dirty. I do not recommend
• Arek (8/5): Good stay - We liked that the apartament was in the inner courtyard, it was a bit quieter at night. Also we had WiFi! The apartament was not advertised to have it so a very nice surprise. One thing you notice when traveling with a toddler - squeaking floor and lack of a smaller source of light :) but we bought a candle and it was ok. There was a couple of instances when there was loud noise coming from the stairwell in the middle of the night, and we were the only apartment there so this was a bit disturbing

• Ilgaz (3/5): Due to the location, we didn’t feel secure unfortunately but the other opportunities of the facility (except WiFi) were - The staff was very helpful and the apartment was well-equipped. It was nice to have the opportunity to cook our own meals. Besides, it was quite clean and comfortable in terms of the bedrooms, bathroom and the kitchen. Even though the apartment is very close to Loreto which is the intersection station of M2 and M1 metro lines (which is quite useful for the overall public transportation experience), the neighbourhood is not very safe for a family consisting of only ladies. We felt very insecure every time we’re going back home at night even at 9pm, there were strange people around. On our last night, we heard someone threw kind of a stone to the window of the bathroom and it was very scary. Unfortunately the wifi is very bad, one of us three could barely connect to the mobile wifi spot at home. So, prepare yourself for your cellular data run out.
• Maher (1/5): Very bad - Was to much dark, not like a pictures. To many steps and doors You need to inter main gate and steps up after that steps down then another door again steps down and again steps up another door again steps up and then apartment doors, for a family ist very very bad and the door were to heavy. Apartment was not clean, we should clean every were more than 1 time.
• Frances (7/5): Good - Very clean apartment.. easy transport in and out of Milan Central. Comfortable bed. But other that this poorly furnished with cheap warned etc. Needs a bit of TLC.
