• Chelsea Lysen (8/5): Toplocatie en supervriendelijke eigenaars, maar de hygiëne kan beter. - Wij verbleven in HAPPY HOUSE 31 in Napels en hebben een heel fijne ervaring gehad! De eigenaars zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We kregen bij aankomst een duidelijke rondleiding en ze namen echt de tijd om al onze vragen te beantwoorden. Ze dachten ook flexibel met ons mee, bijvoorbeeld door vroeger inchecken mogelijk te maken en onze bagage op de dag van vertrek langer te laten staan. Dat maakte ons verblijf extra comfortabel. Super service! Het appartement zelf is ruim en ideaal voor een groep van 5 tot 6 personen. De ligging is echt top: midden in de Quartieri Spagnoli, vlak bij de winkelstraat Via Toledo met een metro-ingang om de hoek. Je geraakt van hieruit heel gemakkelijk overal in Napels, en ook te voet sta je snel aan het water of in het Centro Storico. Ideale uitvalsbasis om de stad te ontdekken! Ook fijn dat er handdoeken voorzien waren – dat is toch altijd een pluspunt. Al bij al een heel aangenaam verblijf op een toplocatie, met fantastische gastvrije eigenaars! 😊 Enig minpuntje voor ons was de hygiëne. Het appartement mag iets grondiger gepoetst worden, vooral de badkamers kunnen beter gekuist zijn.

• Jose Antonio (7/5): - La ubicación del apartamento, a dos pasos de Vía Toledo, cerca del metro, con mucha restauración y tiendas cercanas Perfecto para conocer Nápoles Las camas, muy blandas, te hundias en el centro. Una de ellas con las lamas del somier rotas. Necesitan un cambio, ya nos comentó la dueña que lo tenían previsto. Falta algo de mantenimiento, el apartamento es grande y bien decorado, pero necesita reparar alguna cosa. Si lo hacen, el apartamento sera perfecto

• Michela (8/5): Weekend nel cuore di Napoli - L'appartamento é molto bello, confortevole ed arredato con gusto. Le camere sono ampie ed ognuna ha un letto matrimoniale e spazio sufficiente per appoggiare con comodità vestiti ed oggetti personali. Inoltre ci sono due bagni che sono molto comodi quando si é in tanti (noi eravamo in sei). Inoltre la posizione é veramente strategica, proprio nel cuore dei quartieri spagnoli basta uscire a piedi per avere sotto casa tantissimi ristoranti, bar e negozi. In pochi passi si spunta su via Toledo, il che permette di girare Napoli a piedi. Si é vicinissimi sia alla fermata della metro che alla funicolare. Veramente comodo. In generale é stato tutto perfetto, c'è solo da migliorare la pulizia dell'appartamento, soprattutto nei bagni.

• Manish (8/5): Heart of Naples - The location is excellent, right by loads of shops, restaurants and attractions. Easy and multiple bus routes to and from the location. Spacious clean apartment throughout. Well equipped kitchen too. Surrounding the apartment are a bit shabby.

• Gravenhorst (8/5): Por afuera Napoles, por adentro moderno. - Esta en el barrio latino, por fuera es como cualquier entrada a los edifcios de la zona. Por dentro es otra cosa, mucho más moderno y funcional. Una super cocina amplia y muy completa con algunos detalles de revista de decoración . El departamento en su totalidad esta muy bien y tal como se ve en las fotos. Maria nos recibio muy calidamente y nos ayudo incluso con los traslados. Se preocupo por hacerse entender y fue muy cálida. Nos sentimos muy comodos. Muy bien ubicado además. Algunos detalles de la limpieza (habia comida en el microondas) y vimos un par de cucarachas (lógico por el barrio donde esta). El sofa-cama estaba sin soldar en una esquina y tuvimos que poner unos almohadones para sostener mejor esa parte de la estructura. Pero igualmente son detalles, si no necesitas esa cama y solo usas las del primer piso no te enteras.

• Zoe (10/5): - Location was just perfect Hair dryer blew up in my face... sparks firing out of the plug Unfortunately I left my purse in a drawer in the apartment. We have been back 2 months now and the landlord has come up with excuse after excuse about sending it back to me. He was honest orginally and messaged me with a picture of my purse and all the cards inside but what I cannot understand, is how someone can find it so hard to take 2 months to visit a post office to returnt it. Of course I will pay for postage but now he has started to ghost me completely so I guess I'll get nothing back. He says to trust him as he's honest but I'm not seeing that right now

The apartment was dirty, even the dishes in the cupboards were dirty. Bedding seemed clean although beds were soft and pillows were lumpy. Door handles came off every time we closed them. Even the toilet roll holders just fell off. Outside the apartment was even dirtier. We were so happy that we were only staying 2 nights.

• Michelina (10/5): I loved Naples and I loved the apartment would definitely recommend - The location was great the host was a wonderful lady she was warm and welcoming, she made you feel at home. Home was well equipped with anything you might need to cook including oil, salt, coffee and plenty of condiments, she had a cold bottle of water in fridge for us because it was a hot day. Very easy to contact for questions we had and very quick to respond, will definitely stay there next time in Naples Nothing to complain about absolutely perfect. Comfy beds, great air conditioning very clean.

• Nicoleta (10/5): In the heart of the Spanish Quarter - - right in the Spanish Quarter, excellent location (easy to walk to museums; close to Toledo Railway Station) - safe location - quiet at night - very spacious for us, 3 people - 3 large bedrooms with comfortable beds, one bathroom on each level, big kitchen - lovely owners, Maria is a very funny person - we used their transfer which was perfect (coming from Pompei and then going to the airport)

Location was fantastic, close to everything . Maria and Pasquale were excellent hosts, very kind - meet us in front of the door and explain the room for us. Pasquale was very helpful, arranged transport to Pompeii and Sorrento. Thank you very much, Pasquale! When we go back to Napoli, we will stay here again.

Parking was he - It’s clean, spacious and located in central with almost everything within reach The property is difficult to find. Located off main walking pedestrian in an alley that I would not dare bring a family. Once inside the apartment it’s different. Unit itself is clean n comfortable. Maria was great even though English was poor as I struggle for half hr to find the place even next door neighbors was not able to help. Anxious and scary
• Catherine (7/5): Overall, a pleasant stay and also easy to check-out too, just left the 2 sets of keys on the table. - Kosmo the agent (or the owner) was very punctual, helpful and polite. Good location. Clean too. There isn't a mirror in the 2nd room. 3rd room there isn't space for hanging clothes. Not that it is a real concern for our family. We just have nephew took the mirror-less room. And while I took the 3rd room, I just hang my clothes on the lower curtain railing. But one thing I must say, the toilet paper holders on both toilets ain't functioning well, the rolls kept dropping out of the holders.

The Spanish quarter isn't for everyone but we absolutely loved our stay. Best pizzas in the world 😍 You take your life in your hands in the Naples traffic!!

Pasquale was helpful and gave us lots of helpful hints about the neighborhood. also, I suggest using his airport transfer service, as he was able to get us right to the apartment (many cabs won’t go that deep into the Spanish Quarter streets). The unit was very clean and well stocked.
• Melanie (10/5): Perfect perfect perfect!!! - This apartment is the perfect place to stay in Naples. The location is ideal - walking distance to many sights and the hustle and bustle of via Toledo. The apartment itself is incredibly spacious, immaculately clean and the beds are some of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The highlight of our stay though has to be meeting the wonderful hosts who took care of us from start to finish. Pasquale and his wonderful family made us feel so welcome and couldn’t have been kinder or more generous with their time. We had a fabulous stay and would love to return We loved everything!

Pasquale is an excellent host, he always was helpful and so polite. The moment we needed a frying pan, we got it brand new! There was some dust under the bed but the rest was acceptable.

• Sharona (8/5): Great location, excellent size and super hosts! - Pasquale and his wife were super nice, very welcoming! They waited for us with a big smile outside the apartment and helped us to feel at home for the first second. They offered us water and explained about everything we needed to know. What a lovely couple! We we’re staying as a family of five and the size was perfect. 3 bedrooms with double beds, a cot, 2 toilets with shower, big kitchen with dining area and a small sofa. Kitchen was well equipped with basic ingredients like tea/coffee,olive oil, salt and pepper etc. The apartment was clean and smelled good - well decorated with modern and traditional decorations :) It was located in the first floor (there’s a lift) in an excellent location! Just 2 minutes walk from via Toledo. Street was a bit noisy early in the morning, but with closed windows it wasn’t so bad -considering how central it is. WiFi was good. We’ve had warm water any time of the day, ample storage, enough towels and even basic toiletries. Overall we would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks so much for having us -we’ve had a lovely time:) Nothing major:) More natural light would have been nice in the living area. Yet In the bedrooms, Blackout blinds would have been helpful. Entrance was a bit of a maze.

• Athanasios (8/5): very clean and stilishly furnished apartment, report the age of your children when booking - very stilishly furnished apartment, very clean we had officially booked for 2 adults and 3 children. Because we had not exactly mentioned the age of our children (8, 12, 15), at the time of arrival the owner wanted to charge us an additional fee of more than 240 Euros for the 3 children for 4 nights (explanation: The apartment has different fees per day depending on the number of travellers). After intensive discussions we came down to 100 € cash without receipt plus the obligatory tourist tax (60 € for 5 people for 4 nights). Since we had booked 9 months before it would have been fair if the owner had informed about higher costs before arriving.
• Afshan (10/5): True Naples - We stayed here for the majority of our trip. It was perfectly located to experience true Naples and also near local transport to access the more touristic destinations near by. The owner was more than accomodating and was available to help even on the bank holiday. Would definitely recommend to friends and stay here again. The rooms are brilliant sizes and we as a family of 7 were very comfortable. The rooms have air conditioning which helped the British side of the family.

• Daisy (10/5): This rental is charming and spacious with a great location - The apartment is charming and spacious and very conveniently located. The hosts are friendly and repeatedly offered to help us if we needed it. It was a great home base for Napoli. There was a 2.50€ charge for each load of laundry done in the washing machine that had to be estimated and paid up front. Not a big deal, but the advertising made it appear that use of the washing machine would be included with the apartment just like any other flat with a washing machine.
