- Diane (9/5): Most enjoyable comfortable stay in a charming apartment. - Brilliant location, most important sites within walking distance. Comfortable and clean. Met by v helpful Marilu, full of local info. Hosts responded immediately to a query and were extremely helpful. Delightful historic building, stylishly furnished. Lots of steps but we knew this when booking! There is quite a lot of noise from the restaurants outside the front doors- obviously- but the double glazing in the bedroom is effective which is helpful.
- Nigel (10/5): Fab time in a great property but be prepared for the steps :) - We were met and that worked well.

- Ilija (10/5): You just endulge into Roman lufestyle and culture, with this home away from home you are never out of experiencing the c - Exelent location, genuine Roman architecture
- Lucy (9/5): Perfect place to stay in Rome - Location was perfect, we would stay here again! No elevator, but that's just Rome!
- S. (9/5): - Historic building. Tastefully decorated interior. The kitchen is well-equipped. Very nice host. Great location for sightseeing. Many major sights are within walking distance. Additionally, several bus lines run along Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, offering convenient public transport options. Numerous restaurants, cafés, and gelaterias are located nearby. The WLAN worked smoothly throughout the stay. Please note that the flat is located on one of the upper floors and there is no elevator, which may be challenging for elderly guests. Additionally, two restaurants offer outdoor seating directly in front of the building, and garbage — including glass bottles — is collected early in the morning (earplugs are highly recommended). However, these factors are, of course, beyond the owner's control.

- Gunilla (7/5): Could be bettet easily - Good space and location was perfect. Apartment was in Old house but renovated tastfully
We learned that taxi is easy quick and cheep Bed to hard, funiture Old and not comfortable to sitt in.
61 step to carry heavy bag when you arrive.
Go there in taxi, there is no parking.
It would have been perfect If bed was softer and kitchen ta le chars were more comfortable
- Kaelene (9/5): Superb -
- Mike (9/5): Perfect stay and great location - Good communication using watt app
- Orla (8/5): Fabulous - Location was fabulous, included lovely restaurants downstairs , but was also very quiet. The kitchen etc was handy for bits n pieces. It is very spacious A lot of steps up to the apartment might not suit all
- Gail (9/5): Beautiful apartment in a fabulous location. - The location was fabulous and we enjoyed the buzz and excitement around the property. We loved the history of the apartment. It was spacious and very clean and the bed was very comfortable. No issues at all.
- Massimo (5/5): Would not recommend. - Heart of the historic centre but only suits heavy sleepers.
Lovely lady who we dealt with. Apartment is Situated on busy Via on a corner directly above 2 restaurants that close late
There is no soundproofing and buskers play every night. Almost every morning rubbish collections start from 4am onwards so very little sleep is possible. Large numbers of People use this thoroughfare all hours of the night
There are over 50 stairs to climb with over 10 landings to the apartment, hard with luggage and after you’ve walked 15km+ each day.
During our stay the apartment building door would not lock and the door could be pushed open. Raised the issue a few times but the building admin did nothing, quite concerning to have people able to roam the building, our door was knocked on one morning at 6am, buzzed a number of times and found the building door open at 7am twice.
Not safe on what’s a major pedestrian thoroughfare.
The toilet cistern takes up to 15mins to refill so can’t be flushed in the interim, again raised this issue immediately but nothing done to correct it.
Overpriced for what you receive.
The owner could have at least invested in soundproofing and pushed to have concerns dealt with during our stay.
- Dylan (9/5): Great location for food and sights - Very central to everything! Furthest walk was to the coliseum which was 20ish minutes! Everything is about a 15 minute walk away. Great restaurants all around. The new windows in the bedroom keep it very quiet which I saw was an issue for others in the past. There are a good amount of stairs but it’s not as bad as other reviews say(if you are older or don’t move very well I would recommend something else). We had 2 big bags and 2 carry ons and it was fine carrying them up and down. It was amazing to be able to wash clothes. We had an amazing stay! Aircon wasn’t working the first night but was quickly repaired and all was fine after that. The water heater sometimes turns off but that just happens in Rome during summer and peak usage hours.
- Arsenii (9/5): Superb - Great location in the city centre! Nice people around! Very recommend - a few restaurants right downstairs on the small Piazza!) Look around at the Piazza Navona, and nearby streets!
- Nicole (9/5): Superb -
- Gamble (9/5): A delightful Roman experience - Beautifully presented + super comfortable apartment, close to major tourist areas + very easy to get around. Marilu greeted us with lots of info + recommendations and was lovely to deal with. The apartment has everything you need with the bonus of tasteful decoration. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it! A bit noisy at times - this is Roma, and some noise is to be expected, especially in central areas! If that bothers you, though, perhaps bring earplugs. Certainly the apartment more than makes up for this in other ways - and the upside is there are many bars and restaurants nearby.
- Jason (9/5): The most beautiful apartment in the best location possible around Piazza Navona area. - The location is basically unbeatable, right in the heart of the restaurants and shopping streets west of Piazza Navona. The large apartment is absolutely beautiful, with vaulted ceilings, and plenty of space, with a comfortable lounge and ample dining table, walk-in wardrobe, and huge bedroom. It is decorated immaculately with expensive pieces and books. The kitchen and bathroom were quite modern and functional. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and requests. The central location means it is quite noisy, not great if you want an early night (as in, trying to sleep before about 2am!). There are a LOT of stairs to the apartment, about 50. The lovely lady who met us with our keys had obviously been strictly told that she MUST explain absolutely EVERYTHING about the apartment, the rules, and the location. It would have been helpful, except the area has no parking and we had dropped all our things off with a car which was parked outside on a pedestrian street. It is very difficult to get to if you are in a car. I would recommend a taxi to/from the property if possible.
- John (7/5): Great stay . Noise from restaurant below and music at night but we realise this was a great city- centre touristy locati - Location. Interior styling. Vaulted roofs It would have been nice to have some spare toilet rolls. The lavatory has a faulty flush and slow to refill tank. Air conditioning tubes through windows meant that shutters could not be shut at night.
I know Italian breakfasts are not a big thing but the gesture of “breakfast “ provided looked mean and miserly.
- Louisa (9/5): Superb - Fantastic location and apartment. Both owner and host were fantastic to deal with and responded promptly. We would definitely stay again and recommend.
- O'rourke (8/5): The location had the sights, sounds and smells of Rome! - The location as it was central to all the main tourist locations. Not knowing that the property had 60 steps to climb with 20+kg luggage for over 60 year olds. We may have made other arrangements if aware. We were also delayed in our arrival due to an airline emergency and incurred an additional late fee of over 20 euro that was only made known upon approach to accommodation.
- Anonymous (10/5): Wonderful location as a base to explore Rome - The location was superb. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The AC in the bedroom wasn’t as powerful as the one in the living room
- Scott (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay, with Palazzo Turci being a perfect base for our daily excursions - ideally situated, well furnished, very clean, a home from home stairs a problem for a seventy- three year old, but Ok
- Matthew (9/5): You should consider staying here. - Lovely, comfortable apartment. It was close to Rome’s sites and was a good place to chill out in the afternoon. The woman who greeted us was very helpful especially as we arrived 2 hours late because of traffic and car rental return problems. Very grateful to her!! Hot water was pretty lukewarm. should be set to 48-49° C. No body wash/ soap to speak
of. A teensy, thimble sized amount. Glad we had earplugs—the street hops till around midnight.
- Tomasz (8/5): Very good - noisy palce, earplugs are a must
- Abdulaziz (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sandra (10/5): A wonderful experience and we’ll be back! - amazing location was everything we wanted we loved the property
- Natalia (10/5): Exceptional - Place is perfect and very comfortable. Close to everything, restaurants strait downstairs and around. Coffee shop opens at 6am, which was perfect for me. Bed is comfy and clean, kitchen very useful, all what you need ... thank you
- Julie (8/5): Great apartment, central location - A comfortable and spacious apartment.Good quality furniture and well equipped. Excellent location for exploring all the sites within easy reach. Friendly and helpful check in and communication. It was a great location and appreciate its a vibrant and busy area so not for people wanting a quiet apartment.
There are 62 steps to the apartment and although this wasn't an issue for us, it is tricky if you have lots of luggage.
- Tom (7/5): Good - Central location, impressive apartment. You’ll be able to hear a lot of street noise at night, not ideal for light sleepers
