• Kathy (8/5): A great space for four people. Really enjoyed having a balcony. - The host was wonderful! Meet us at the room to provide information about the space and suggestions for a tourist. For example, advised us not to go through the park in the dark. Provided thoughtful recommendations on restaurants, places to eat things to see and walking information. Before the day she helped us with booking rental cars and offering other travel advice. Water temperature was regulated, so all showers were barely lukewarm. Because there were four of us, we kept all of our showers short.
• Ihjaaz (2/5): Manage expectations before booking this property - The location was perfect for our requirements. The hosts were very responsive and helpful when we pointed out some issues with the accommodation. The property itself was very rundown. The front door handle was broken. The crockery was chipped and the bathrooms smelt bad. The wardrobe rail was broken, window curtain rails were on the floor, the iron was not working and the kettle was in bad condition. I complained to the hosts after the trip requesting some compensation for these issues, but they have not responded.

• David (5/5): Good location but needs improvement - Location was close to Santa Maria Maggiore where Pope Francis was buried. The day we checked in was Sunday and we saw Pope Leo say Mass and blessing to people that gathered to see him. The apartment door works but door handle is falling off. The main shower head in the master bathroom is broken. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced because It’s worn out and uneven. I woke up with my back hurting all day long. Lastly, the floors were dirty. My daughter’s feet were all black, thank goodness I always bring slippers on vacations.

• Aleksandra (8/5): Very good - Great location,a friendly and helpful host. Perfect for a group of friends or family. A few steps from Colosseum. The shop is on the opposite side of the street. Too small kettle in the kitchen. To make tea for 7 people, we had to boil water 3-4 times. No spare rubbish bags. Small rubbish bin is full very quickly. Not enough toilet paper left. Extra charge for towels.

The owners allowed us an early check in and met us at the door and made sure we were comfortable and settled in. The linens were soft and the beds great! The AC was awesome to cool us off. The property was clean and plenty big for a group of 6. Everyone had a bed to enjoy! The location met our needs as it was close to Roma Termini. We would highly recommend this apartment! 10 out of 10!

The cleanliness and decor was delightful. The owners were so nice and helpful to us. Lovely people. I would have liked an iron and ironing board.
• James (8/5): Great location of you need to get to the train - In a good part of town but also walkable from the Roma Termini. The apartment itself is nice and well furnished. The only issue was noise on the street since it’s near a busy area. That can be difficult for light sleepers. But I wouldn’t hold that against it.

• Naohiro (8/5): Good location - It is an apartment near the central station, and there is a supermarket nearby, so the location is good.
• Karen (8/5): Spacious bedrooms and cold a/c. - Loved the amount of bedrooms and the sized of the beds. The bathrooms were also very nice. I didn't like that the only living space besides the bedrooms was outside and when it is 90+ degrees, the last place you want to be is outside.

There is not a common living space due to the third bedroom but there is a kitchen table and an outdoor covered deck which was lovely. For our family, we were hoping to cook more but the kitchen is pretty limited. If you are looking to cook large meals, this might not be the best stay. That being said, having the third bedroom would likely outweigh this.

• John (10/5): Food, Wine & Friends topped off with a fantastic apartment. - The apt is located in a fantastic area of Rome, perfect for larger families. It had a great selection of restaurants and was close to all transportation links Termini was less than 10 min walk. Nothing it was perfect.
• Donald (8/5): Spacious three bedroom, two bathroom apartment not far from Termini station. - Three big bedrooms each with a double bed, interesting decor with many pictures from famous Italian movies and Italian actors. The apartment is located in a nice area with lots of restaurants and very close to the beautiful Basilica Papalle di Santa Maria Maggiore. Much cleaner area with less grafitti than most parts of Rome. The two bathrooms are quite small and the upper cupboards in the kitchen require you to stand on a chair to reach them. The lack of an instruction manual for the apartment made trying to figure out how to use the stove a challenge.
• Anne (3/5): Very disappointing as we did not get what the internet displayed.The only redeeming feature was the location and securit - location and security were the main factors and why we have rated 3/10. There is a lot of work to do at this property to bring up to the standard displayed in Booking.Com. Other than that it was a little disappointing and not what we viewed on the internet We booked for a week and after walking around Rome on cobblestoned streets it would have been nice to have somewhere comfortable to sit in the evening. There was no living room and no comfortable seating at all. We were there in winter and the coldest days Rome had for some time. The heaters either didn’t work at all or stayed on so one room was like a sauna… we were unable to turn on or off. The heater in the main bedroom did not work at all. There was no dishwasher. The chairs provided in the kitchen were garden chairs. the main bathroom had no shelving to place shampoos etc on and the hand shower had no hook. The door did not lock. The towels supplied were disgusting, cotton waffle and extremely hard to get dry with. Some of the pots provided were no use on an induction stove top. There was no toaster. The single bed provided was like a board. The other beds were uncomfortable.Pillows provided were not very good, in fact we ended up with sore necks. it would pay the owners to dispense with one bedroom and provide a sitting room. There were notes about noise and behaviour but apparently this did not apply to the adjoining apartment.

• Dianne (7/5): we recommend this apartment for a group, hosts were fine and attended to a broken patio door promptly and location was f - it was a great stay for our group of 5….loved the location, proximity to the HOHO bus, plenty of restaurants and supermarkets …beds were very comfy and great terrace area …lift worked well which is important for older travellers ….good hosts, explained the workings why we didn’t rate it higher was the kitchen facilities, we wanted to make our own breakfasts, no electric kettle (cook top was iffy) no toaster, limited utensils, for overseas visitors who like to do their own thing, it was a let down for us

• Andrea (9/5): Superb - Good location, good room sizes Bathrooms were not the cleanest, there was mold in the showers and when we complained we were told it's calcium from the water and it won't come off...funny enough it came off when we washed it. Don't do a white glove test either...There is no living room, so we had to gather in one of the bedrooms or in the kitchen at the end of the day.
