• Ágnes (10/5): Perfect location, wonderful host - We had a wonderful stay in Rome and can truly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the city. The location is excellent — close to everything and perfect for exploring Rome comfortably. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. The apartment itself was fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, very clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place. One small but important note for future guests: there is a step inside the rooms/apartment, so it’s good to be aware of this in case someone has mobility concerns. Overall, everything was perfect, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! Overall, everything was perfect!

• Amanda (10/5): Fabulous stay in Rome for a family of 5! - The location was amazing - just a few minutes walk from the Vatican City and a couple of hundred meters from the metro, with a bus stop right out the front. The host was very friendly and accommodating - he even helped us carry our luggage up to the room! The property was very clean and spacious - we were a family of 5 travelling together and with 3 bedrooms each with it's own private bathroom we had all the space and privacy we needed. There isn't really anything negative to say. As Australians, we would have loved to have a toaster (and larger mugs for our tea and coffee), but I noticed that most of the properties in Europe don't provide a toaster, so this feedback isn't specific to just this property.

• lynda (9/5): - A perfect big quiet apartment, with a full stocked kitchen, to make your own breakfast,nespresso coffee machine, with of course Roma cups! Which I think tastes wonderfull, very appropriate! 3 bedrooms with bathrooms each! just what we needed ( family of 4 with 2 grown up kids) Very close to a metro station is also a big plus! Lots of towels and very clean! nice host , best communication ! To be honest almost nothing, but a wooden spoon in the kitchen drawer is missing, for making scrambled eggs

• Caroline (10/5): Overall this apartment was excellent and I will recommend to others for sure. - It was very central and close to a metro stop. Lots of shops and lovely restaurants. The host was very attentive and obliging The apartment was well stocked with towels, hand soap shampoo. The kitchen also had a selection of tea ,coffee, sugar and other condiments, The only addition we thought of due to travelling with an elderly person. The shower in the twin room could benefit from a non slip bath mat and/or maybe a shower handle The couch in the living area probably has seen better days but it served its purpose for a quick seat whilst putting on shoes or chatting with others to make the daily plan 😊
• Mag. (10/5): - Das Appartment liegt nur einige Schritte von der U-Bahn entfernt, aber absolut auch in Gehweite einiger Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Zimmeraufteilung, die Ausstattung, alles wirklich toll - und Federico ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gleich nebenan einige Frühstücksmöglichkeiten und ein, zwei Mal ums Eck auch eine Auswahl an Essenslokalen. Wir kommen wieder ! Das Haus ist hellhörig - man hört die Leute am Gang - und vor allem die Familie oberhalb, deren Kind zeitweise tobt und schreit ... aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts - und prinzipiell ist das Appartment ruhig gelegen.

The apartment was clean, completely adequate & very comfortable. Only missing a dryer. This is the only thing I would improve on.

• Emily (8/5): A good base for a short stay in Rome - The property was clean, tidy and stocked with a few basic items including shower gel, toilet rolls, coffee/tea and water. It was a good base for our stay in Rome and was easy to access places via walking. There is a metro stop a few minutes down the road. Lots of local restaurants/eateries nearby. The only thing that lets the property down is not having a bigger communal space but apart from that nothing else about the property. Unfortunately one member of our group had their wallet pick pocketed/stolen as getting on to the metro. A group of 4-5 young men held the party member back at the doors of the metro as he tried to get on the metro and got his wallet out of his pocket. So would recommend staying together in your groups when travelling and not using the metro or being especially aware that pick pocketing / stealing happens.

• Sharee (9/5): Fabulous value for money and an excellent host. - Federico was an excellent host. Prompt and clear communication and very friendly. Each bedroom had its own stylishly renovated ensuite. The kitchen/dining room was terrific, we shared a family home cooked pasta meal with all cooking implements provided, even the olive oil. No cheese grater but that wasn’t a problem. The washing machine and mini clothes lines on 2 balconies were a bonus. The beds were firm but very comfy. Everything was clean. The airport transfers organised by Federico were much appreciated. The views from all rooms were a bit average. The outlook was a bit shabby. The wrong side of the river for the majority of Rome attractions. The apartment needs a complete paint job and the couch needs replacing. But….. value for money was sensational. So if you’re happy to pay triple the amount for elsewhere, good luck. All in all, we were extremely happy with our stay.

Short walk to public transport, a great restaurant and the Vatican. More or a bigger couch needed. No microwave, tea kettle, dishwasher tablets or clothes dryer.

All amenities that you need provided, a really lovely apartment and air con greatly appreciated. Was not that didn't like, but living area very small maybe could be changed do that smaller table and another sofa, also the 2 single beds need to be proper beds they are too smal(camp beds)l and one is on a slope so you hung off!

• Calina (9/5): Perfect! - It was a perfectly comfortable apartment which fitted 3 families and provided for privacy but also common spaces to spend some time together. The location was fabulous with lots of very good restaurants, cafes, shops, access to the metro etc. The host was also very accommodating, allowing me to leave my luggage a little bit earlier than the check-in time. It was a little cold, but it was my fault that I did not whatsup the host to ask how to start the heat :) The others had no issues with the temperature, on the contrary.

The area also has many local restaurants and markets. Good drying rack for clothes washing.
• Gabriel (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was well kept as described and the location was excellent. Every room had their own AC unit and was like their own suite with their own bathroom. Beds were firm but comfortable nonetheless. Kitchen had everything utensils, plates and mugs / glass cups, a gas range and a dish washer. One of the best things was the full size fridge with a freezer, which we stocked with breakfast items and drinks. Coffee maker was at hand and had a good stock of Nespresso units. Only thing missing was a microwave which we wouldn't really need. The owner Federico was awesome, very accommodating and was quick to respond to any questions. I'd definitely recommend for small families and I'd definitely stay again.

• Yoelp (10/5): Super good experience. all the equipment you need for a relaxing stay at rome. - We stayed three nights. We are a family of 5. The owner is very polite and communicated perfectly in English with us. We found free parking near by. Public transportation near by. Central location with many restaurants. Kitchen very well equipped. 3 rooms with privacy. 3 showers and bathrooms (one for each room). Air conditioning (very helpful in august). Hot shower water. The place if walkable distance to many attractions like Vatican city. Many options to eat outside. The caffe outside just below serves great coffee and excellent sandwiches/constraint. If you do plan cooking in the place - I highly recommend going to Todis - not that far and much better compared to the near by supermarket. There is also a very good artisanal bakery near by The apartment has two levels, there is a step coming from the kitchen into the rooms corridor. All of us at some point banged our feet into this step. Not sure if this is a bad thing but - the whole area is designated for tourists - so there are much more tourist oriented businesses near by.
