• Katrin Vesper (8/5): Good location. - Very clean and easy to communicate with host. Waste collection was a bit of a nuisance, especially since we travelled on by train and had to take some waste with us since it wasn't collected on that day. Could have a few more sharp knives. Was quite hot since it is a top floor flat.

• Agata (10/5): A wonderful Venetian gem - This apartment was the perfect base for our family trip. It’s located in a lovely area with a great local feel, while still being close to the heart of Venice. The place was spotless and beautifully prepared, ensuring a very restful stay. The owner was incredibly helpful and easy to reach. We would definitely stay here again!

• delia (8/5): - Noi abbiamo viaggiato in famiglia, l'appartamento è risultato funzionale ale nostre esigenze e in una posizione piacevolmente defilata rispetto ai grossi flussi di turismo, ma comunque vicino al centro. Il gestore è molto organizzato, è cordiale e risponde immediatamente a qualsiasi problema. L'unica pecca, forse, si potrebbe migliorare un pochino la pulizia generale e l'organizzazione della cucina. In ogni caso, ci siamo trovati benissimo e speriamo di tornare presto.

• Ludger (8/5): Nice appartment in a charming neighourhoud - The location is wonderful: peaceful, quiet and authentic. The apartment is spacious for two persons. We loved the roof top terrace. The shower cabin needs some reparations. And in general: to take away some useless materials could improve the aesthetics of the place (there are more than 70 drink glasses).
• Bruno (9/5): Great value for the weekend - The house was very big and the location was nice. It had all the necessary equipment. The owner promptly replied to our request if we had any. The location is not very clear, and if you don't have internet or the instructions from the owner you will not find it. The other thing I would improve is the cleaning of the appartament. It was ok, but full of spiders and the glasses were not properly cleaned. But as I mentioned overall it was very nice for Venice.

• Anandan (10/5): Exceptional - The house was very neat and tidy and it was also located in easily accessible area. We always received prompt response from the owner whenever any request was raised. It was altogether a comfortable and a pleasant stay.
• Heidi (5/5): Passable - It was a good location when we finally got used to it, set back from the hustle and bustle. Venice city is a great experience but the accommodation let it down. It was a very dark apartment and definitely didn't have the holiday feel we like it was more like someone's home. There was a very strong smell in the place so we had to open windows but then we got eaten by mosquitos. The rules about the rubbish and having to bring it to the canal before 8am or be fined and the air conditioning charges if you go below a certain temperature would scare you into not using it. Surely the 50 cleaning fee should cover them to do the rubbish. Now maybe this is the normal in venice I don't know as this was our first trip

• Małgorzata (9/5): We enjoyed our stay in Venice and the apartment was a great shelter after sightseeing! - The apartment was super clean and well equipped. The sofa is right under the air-condiotining which makes it a threat for catching a cold after several hours of walking in heat. Especially if you plan that this bed is for kids.
• Anonymous (3/5): Before you book it - read all the cons. There are much better options for the same total price. - Very good Wi-Fi. Bathroom was good, but there was no soap, no shampoo, no trash container, no shelves in the shower. Summary: turning much more expensive then expected. There are a lot of better options for the price we payed in total in better location, with better amenities. Poor management. I travel a lot and this is one of the worst stays. 1. The instructions on how to get in the apartment were wrong. Provided GPS location was incorrect. We spent 2 hrs running in circles trying to find the correct home by the picture they send us. We tried to call a manager, locals tried to help us, talking with him Italian and get some guidance for us, but it still was wrong. 2. There is a church bell which rings every 30 min - during day and night. It is very close to the apartment, you hear it all the time. Night is especially terrible since it rings 12 times at midnight, 6 times at 6am, etc. 3. You will pay “city taxes” few times: first - when the property is booked the actual price will be higher due to the city taxes added. My total price increased by $100 in the booking website. And when we arrived I received a message saying that I will need to leave €60 city taxes in the safe box. When I asked why - they replied that they do not charge city taxes via the booking website. Why the total price was increased originally? 4. The garbage policy is very tight. You need to sort the garbage and get read of it. In case you fail and leave some garbage behind you will be charged €160. The issue is - there is no garbage bags, not enough containers for sorting the garbage. Nothing to help us to clean up properly. 5. The real apartment is not like pictured. Not as cozy. The sofa is not white leather. There is no chaise-longue, the plants are dying and not so green as promised by pictures. 6. The walls are dirty, with black spots and stripes. 7. The bed linen is not clean: few pillowcases were dirty. 8. Check out instructions are unclear. They ask to leave the property same way it was before our arrival- does this mean we need to update the bed linen and towels by ourselves?
• Raul (6/5): Disappointing - Location was okay and it was a two bedroom which is what we needed the entrance was really dark especially at night -no lighting- had to use cell phone light to see. The bathroon shower had black mold & the stove did not work. There was not instruction on how to use anything on property. We contacted host on the stove issue and he said "OOPS" apparently stove needed a lighter to ignite burners and there was not any provided. With a family renting your property this is essential.

• Teodora (10/5): Exceptional - Nice and comfortable apartment with lovely terrace. Located on a quiet street, not far from the main attractions. Self check in process which allows for a late arrival without any issues. Very quick communication with host, replies almost immediately.
• Steve (8/5): Clean Appartment - Its clean and the owner send all the information in getting to the Apartment and very quick to reply answering questions. I like cery well the Balcon and the appartment is clean.
• Valentin (10/5): Exceptional - The host was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay, he was very helpful with all our questions. The apartment is nice, location is also great, good places to eat and drink nearby. We had to buy our own soap for the bathroom and our own detergent to do laundry. There were a lot of mosquitoes, which is quite normal for Venice, but they can put some nets on the windows.
• Sophia (10/5): Exceptional - Easy self check in with instructions via whatsapp. Very good and quick communication. The locations was superb, clean and nice apartment with a splendid roofterras view. Amazing.
• Meg (8/5): Great apartment in quiet area - Perfect for our short stay, easy communication with host and comfortable space with small terrace. Would have been nice to have some washing up liquid and shampoo, and perhaps a tea bag or two, but overall a great apartment
