L’aria condizionata non funzionava, alcune luci dell’appartamento non funzionavano, inoltre se mettevi il telefono in carica e spegnevi la luce andava via anche la corrente e il telefono non si caricava piu. Un asciugamano era umido e già utilizzato al nostro arrivo. Sconsiglio

• Charlene (10/5): Excellent 😍💕🥰 - Host was amazing 👏 with tips of restaurants and were to go that's not expensive. Apartment was beautiful 😍 and it was pool table that sold it for us especially with 2 adult children for when we came back home in the evening. My god the beds were soooooooo comfortable after a long day of sightseeing and plenty of towels and toilet rolls. Extra pillows and bedding too. It was a real home from home 🏡. Location was perfect and walking distance to all the major sights. Highly recommend 👌 spotless clean. 3rd floor apartment with a lift. Any issues whatsoever you have the host on WhatsApp to help you out as he's gives you his number before you head over with instructions for check-in which is all so easy and perfect 👌 Nothing.

• Zoe (8/5): Amazing location, close to everything, the apartment was spacious and clean - The location was amazing, so central to everything. The property was clean and spacious. The instructions on how to access the building and then find the key we’re really helpful, thank you. The hosts were kind and friendly and gave some excellent restaurant recommendations, thank you. There was no main light in the master bedroom and only one of the two bedside lamps worked. Although the property was spotlessly clean, there was a funny smell coming from the bathroom on the second day, I think it was from the drains, which may not be the direct fault of the property as there were many apartments in the block, but still unpleasant to smell. The pool table was a real selling point for us, but unfortunately it was unusable as it was bowed in the middle and the legs were broken, meaning it couldn’t be moved and you could only get to one side of the table. The property could do with a welcome pack/guide so you understand all of the workings of the property. We found the bathroom fan on day two, which was the bathroom socket switch, for example, this could have easily be written in the welcome pack so we knew from the start.

A pasos de Piazza Navona realmente estás cerca de todo caminando. Es mas si eres de buena energía puedes llegar caminando al Coliseo. Es bueno para familias y relacion calidad y precio es buena. La verdad que la cercanía a todo es lo mas importante. La configuración de las habitaciones pudiera ser mejor. Hay un desnivel en el suelo que no fue problema pero si sorprende al inicio.

• Matthew (1/5): Terrible accommodation - Location is great The accommodation!! Other then location this is by far the worst place I have ever stayed and if you have booked this i would recommence getting in contact with the host to verify all issues are e resolved. 1) The AC in the top room is not sufficient and does not cool the room down at all. It was far too warm to sleep in this room. We had to move mattresses downstairs and sleep in the floor!!! We contacted the host multiple times and this did not get fixed sufficiently. We spent 4 nights sleeping on the floor... 2) The second main bedroom (i.e. the communal dinning area that connects toilets, kitchen, 1st bedroom and living room - everyone has to walk through this room) has no air conditioning all. A BROKEN fan is provided. Video evidence of this was share and it did not get fixed across the 5 days we were there! 3) The bathroom spelled out urine. This did get cleaned by the host on day 1. However this is a common issue as seen in other reviews. 4) The kettle was broken. This also got fixed. 5) There are exposed wires in the living room. 6) The sofa bed was not made up. We had to hunt for sheets. 7) Generally the facilities did not appear very clean. I could add more issues However in summary a lot of maintenance is needed to make this an acceptable place to stay! We stayed as a family with kids (group of 8) during August 2025.

El suelo esta roto, la climatizacion es vieja y no funciona. Tuvimos que irnos debido a que la parte de arriba estaba con un cristal roto y con un calor asfixiante y tuvimos que irnos recoamando la devolución cosa que no han hecho aun. Los puntos electricos estan en riesgo de incendio. Tengo fotos de todo
• Oren (6/5): Great place for big families as long as all AC are working! - Great location, easy to get around, practical apartment The AC in the upper room was not working, so we had to sleep in the salon, the AC on the bedroom was so loudly that we had to sleep with earplug. The floor near the bed was open and dirty
• Michele (10/5): Lovely, large, clean property in a great location with 2 minute walk to Piazza Navona!! - Perfect location. Clean property. Large enough for a family of 7. I missed the host’s message in Booking.com with the check-in information, so that was my fault. But we worked it out after a few minutes of talking with the cleaning lady and she contacted the host. Perfecto!

The only good thing was the location. - No one to meet us on arrival and difficult to get anything done or where to put trash. air conditioner in bedroom was filthy! Fredrico was terrible at getting back to us in reference to anything! I would not recommend this apartment to anyone! The front door going upstairs from the main door had no lighting for days, we ended up using our phone flashlights to climb the stairs. Totally a safety issue. Toilet in bedroom wouldn't flush properly until Fredreico showed up with a technician to replace a part. This apartment has too many negatives and not enough positives!
• Zeinab (3/5): Very disappointing stay - No shower - The location is very good. The apartment looks nice and is clean The apartment needs basic maintenance. No hot water. Shower and bidet didn’t work in either of the bathrooms. We contacted the property who did nothing to fix this issue. In the last day, you couldn’t even flush the toilette. Also the elevator needs urgent service. It gave us a big scare and we had to walk up and down the 3 flights of stairs for 3 days.

• Lauren (10/5): Perfect location and a beautiful apartment for our stay - Very clear and pictured instructions were sent so we can access the buildings and key with ease. The old style lock and key does have a knack to use and we did ask for help first time and Federico called and talked us through the knack and we had no trouble the rest of the stay. The apartment as large and clean in a great location for exploring the city. Our only comment would be we would have liked better pressure on the shower as it was a bit light and we couldn't use both showers at the same time but that's all.

• Zarabian (8/5): Very good - - Comfortable Beds: The beds were cozy, and blankets were provided, which made sleeping comfortable. - Good Wi-Fi: The internet connection was reliable throughout our stay. - Helpful Host: The host was very accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage for a few hours after checkout. - Location: Close to attractions, so it’s convenient for sightseeing. Cleanliness: The floors weren’t very clean, and no slippers were provided, which was a minor inconvenience. - Water and Electricity Issues: The water in the bathrooms didn’t work properly, and some rooms had electrical issues with no power. - Outdated Building: While the space was adequate, the building felt very old and could use some renovation.
• Amanda (10/5): Exceptional - A beautiful Italian experience! Location was perfect, apartment was rustic but had all the mod cons and everything you could possibly need. The lift meant it was accessible for all the family. The top room was a little warm but they provided air con. There was also a nack to the key but the host was on the end of the phone on a video call to show us how.
• Barbara (10/5): GREAT - COMFORTABLE BEDS, THE POOL TABLE WAS GREAT FOR THE KIDS. THE LOCATION WAS GREAT. LOTS OF ROOM. HOST WAS ABLE TO LET US LEAVE OUR BAGS AFTER WE CHECKED OUT AND IT WAS A HUGE HELP BECAUSE WE HAD A LONG BIKE TOUR THE DAY WE CHECKED OUT. THE HAIR DRYER WAS POWERFUL VERY MINOR - THE SHOWER COULD HAVE USED A DEEP CLEAN AND DOOR ADJUSTMENT.
• Kieren (10/5): Large Apartment right on the Piazza Navona in Central Rome - The location is excellent - it is less than 2 minutes walk to the Piazza Navona with numerous high quality restaurants, gelato and similar options at your doorstep. There is also a small convenience store right out front which you can get the basics from the assist during your stay. For a location in Central Rome, the apartment is large. We had a family 3 adults, 3 children that stayed comfortably. The host, Federico, was excellent to deal with. We had an unexpected issue with payment from our bank (international) that he came and assisted in resolving, which was hugely appreciated given the stressful nature of this. One of the bedrooms is in a central area, so those staying need to be mindful of this when getting up in the morning. We just put our early risers in the room and it was not an issue.
• Steven (5/5): Great location, would have been great if we were their in the fall. - Location and the number of beds. The air conditioner in the master suite did not work. We needed the door code before we arrived.
• Choofie (7/5): Great location, potential for a perfect accommodation, but requires care. - Nice and responsive hosts. The property is located near Piazza Navona, on a quiet street. The AC worked effectively in the main living/sleeping area. The kitchen and washing facilities were well-equipped. We found everything we needed. The cleanliness of the bathrooms was an issue. One of them had a very strong urine smell, and we had to spend half a day resolving the problem. The temperature and air quality upstairs were unacceptable, so we couldn't let anyone sleep there and had to share beds with the kids. Although the AC downstairs was effective, it was so loud that it was impossible to sleep well next to it. Turning it off quickly caused the temperature in the rooms to rise. There were also numerous maintenance issues: desks, lamps, bulbs, and taps all needed attention.

• Elise (7/5): Over all, it was ok. - The property was big and comfortable enough to accommodate our party of 7. It was also close to major attractions. The bedroom upstairs was hot, and it was hard to figure out how to turn off the heater. To counter the heater, the ac had to be turned on, but it was uncomfortably loud. It would have been much better if there were written instructions on how to manipulate the ac/heat. Also, the alleys and roads downstairs were noisy even late into the night. You can hear people talking loud and vehicles passing by.

• Ferdi (8/5): We loved Rome - Location was great Enough space for our family of 6 Our check in experience wasn’t ideal; it would’ve been better if the host was there to meet us and show is around: we struggled to find the apartment as they are not clearly numbered. We got locked inside as the key couldn’t open from inside. We didn’t know how to operate the heating or where to find the wifi. Also the washing machine was broken. The host came around later the night and resolved most of this; but our initial impression was not great. I suggest they leave some clear instructions for visitors. Also, the street is very noisy during the night.

• Dina (9/5): Was the perfect place to stay while visiting beautiful Rome - The location was ver easy to find, and there was a small elevator to help with the luggage. The apartment itself was so beautifully designed. I Loved the high ceilings with the beams and modern decor and really the most comfortable beds ever!!! Also, the accommodations were sparkling clean, and had everything needed on hand in the kitchen and bathrooms. Air-conditioning worked ver well in the living room and bedrooms on the first floor. Frederico checked in with us every day to make sure that we were fine and to answer any questions we had. Also, we had trouble getting a taxi when we were leaving and he arranged for one immediately. Thank you!! Had some trouble using the key each time we entered. The bedroom on the upper floor was very warm.
• Jennifer (10/5): We had a very enjoyable stay in Rome and were grateful to Serena for arranging our shuttle to the airport. - This apartment was spacious, clean, had comfortable beds, and was in a wonderful location. Walking distance to almost all desirable sites. Be sure to request restaurant recommendations when you book so as to have time to make reservations. We did not ask until we were there and the restaurants that were recommended required reservations so we could not enjoy them. The cost for a taxi from the train station to the apartment should be 15-20 Euro, my daughter and her boyfriend were swindled out of 90 Euro, so beware.
• Hollie (9/5): Nice, central apartment! - Really great location, central and a nice quiet street close to the sites and lively areas with restaurants and bars. Apartment nice - clean, nice size with good beds. On 3rd floor but there is a lift available. Fairly basic in terms of bathrooms and technology at the apartment. Also worth noting that one of the bedrooms is in a central room with the bathroom, kitchen, living room and both bedrooms off it so if your group want privacy prob best for a group of 4, or for this room to be used for children perhaps.

• Kelly (9/5): Highly recommended apartment! - Fantastic location and apartment steps from Piazza Navona. Loads of space, nice that it has two bathrooms. Upstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds. Downstairs has king bedroom and a queen bed in the large ‘hall’ area We didn’t use sofa bed, but there was one. Pool table/dining table combo is fun. Great stay. Highly recommend.

We ate at two restaurants down the street that were excellent! the property was large enough for our family of seven.
