• Gerrit (6/5): It was a very nice apartment in a nice area but the 5th floor and the bed and Pillows is a drawback - The view of the areas was very nice from the Terrace, and the size of the apartment was very nice Its on the 5th floor and you need to carry your luggage up and down a very narrow ally up and down The Pillows on the bed were USELESS and should be replaced as it was very uncomfortable There is a washing machine but it doesnt work, that doesnt make sense at al

• Clare (5/5): Whilst the apartment offers some appealing features, notably the terrace, several maintenance and amenity issues need to - The most notable positive feature was the terrace, which, although small, provided a relaxing setting for morning coffee and evening drinks, and elevated the overall ambiance of the apartment. There were several issues that detracted from the quality of the stay. The washing machine was not working, which, when we asked about it, we were told that previous tourists had broken it and the landlord did not wish to fix it. This posed a significant inconvenience. Additionally, there was a noticeable and persistent sewer odor in the bathroom, which was unpleasant. The shower water temperature was highly inconsistent, fluctuating abruptly between extremely hot and cold, making it quite difficult to use comfortably. Upon arrival, we also noted a lack of glasses, which seemed like a basic oversight. Fortunately, this was promptly addressed by the host once it was brought to their attention.
• Piroth (9/5): A stunning central Florence apartment with unforgettable rooftop views, modern comfort - This apartment was absolutely incredible — a true find in the heart of Florence! The location couldn’t have been more central, and the spacious, modern design made it feel like our own private retreat above the city. The highlight was without a doubt the spectacular balcony, offering panoramic views across the rooftops of old Florence — simply breathtaking, especially at sunset. The little kitchen was a wonderful bonus, letting us enjoy a cozy homemade dinner one evening instead of going out. And while it’s a bit of a climb up five flights of stairs, the view and experience at the top are more than worth it — a small price to pay for such an unforgettable stay. If you want the perfect combination of location, comfort, and authentic Florentine charm, this is a 10-star apartment. We can’t recommend it highly enough! the key hand off
• Vanessa (6/5): Wie in einem Exit-Game - Die Lage war top. Man wohnt sehr zentral und direkt an der Shopping-Meile. Das Appartement war sauber. Um in das Appartement zu gelangen hat uns der Host kurz vor der Ankunft eine neue Örtlichkeit genannt, wo wir die Schlüssel empfangen können. Laut Übersetzung hieß es, in einem offenen Briefkasten wäre eine Zahlenkombination markiert. Die Adresse, die uns geschickt wurde stimmte nicht ganz und auch zu dem Hausnummern-System in Florenz (es gibt rote und blaue Zahlen; alt und neu) gab es keine Infos. Nachdem wir jeden Briefkasten in der Straße inspiziert hatten, ließ sich einer öffnen in dem ein Schlüssel hing. Der passte dann auch zu unserem Appartement. 5.OG ohne Fahrstuhl= Eine Info, die vorab auch ganz hilfreich gewesen wäre, vor allem wenn man mit schwerem Gepäck anreist.

The air conditioning isn’t powerful The washing machine doesn’t work The dishes are really old The sofa is old and not pratique There are 6 floor to climb without elevator Not enough dishes to cook and eat (no bowl, no cup…) The kettle doesn’t work

• Lucy (10/5): Perfect. - Perfect! Lovely location, beautiful apartment. Right in the centre of Florence, but very quiet inside. Lots of steps up, but we were aware of that before we went and it was worth it for the balcony view

• Lilian (9/5): Beautiful view, great location - The apartment is very well located, in the center and close to everything. Clean and well organized. Perfect for our 2 days stay. Beautiful view from the small terrace. Good communication with the main host. didn't have an extra blanket and it was a bit cold. 100 steps can be a problem for those with heavy bags. I had a backpack, which made the climb easier.
• Laura (6/5): Pleasant - Location was perfect and terrace was nice. Bed was comfortable. There is a sewerage smell in the apartment. There is low water pressure, and the temperature swings from hot to cold. The keys are not in the apartment. You should walk for 15 minutes. to collect the keys, and then another 15 minutes to get back to the apartment. The towel heater is not working. The wardrobe is inconvenient. You need a stick to hang things on the second level of the wardrobe. There is nowhere to hang coats when you come in. There are a lot of mosquitoes and the mosquito repellent doesn't work. It's not possible to sleep with so many of them. And because of the sewage smell in the apartment, you need to open the window.
• Jane (7/5): We had a lovely time in Florence, and despite a couple of things with the apartment. - The location was amazing so central, and the view on the little balcony was fabulous. It was really hard to open the front door, despite having instructions, so this really needs to be looked at. Also, there was not enough blankets, or duvets and also not put on the instructions and the sofa bed needs to be looked at.

• Sophie (9/5): "Charming Apartment in the Heart of Florence – Worth the Climb!" - We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Florence! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to all the major attractions like the Duomo, Uffizi Gallery, and Ponte Vecchio. Being so close to everything made it easy to explore the city on foot, and there were plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. The apartment itself was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the host clearly pays attention to detail. The space felt bright and welcoming, with all the necessary amenities to make our stay feel like home. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in the heart of Florence. We would definitely stay here again on my next visit! While the apartment itself was lovely, be prepared for the 100 steps you’ll need to climb to reach it! Carrying luggage up all those stairs was quite a challenge, and it's something to keep in mind if you have heavy bags or mobility concerns. However, once you get past the initial climb, the effort was well worth it. The views and central location were fantastic, and honestly, I felt fitter by the end of my stay! Despite the stairs, we still thoroughly enjoyed our time, and it didn't dampen our overall experience. It was a small price to pay for such a great place in Florence!
• Snorri (8/5): We enjoyed it! - The location and cleanliness was nice. AC was very nice and appreciated. In general pretty nice apartment. Pretty good exercise to walk up these stairs at this time of year, in this heat. The last steps pretty challenging, not for everyone to climb there up. Apartment looked bigger on the photos. Would have been nice to have extra set of towels/hand towels since we stayed there 5 nights. If we had cooked at home the cutlery, glasses, etc could be improved.
• Christine (7/5): Potentially a brilliant apartment - Location was great ,having a terrace was good ,it was clean & comfortable . Nice bed linen. We paid extra to have bed linen Communication with letting agent poor. Poorly provisions eg no dishwasher tablets , no tea towels ,no replacement bins bags ,3 glasses, no handles on cups for hot drinks ,no info on Florence or how things worked . . In addition there was no washing machine working despite being advertised at time of booking . Still waiting for the €20 we were promised for laundry . It was the worst supported apartment of all 6 we had been in during our trip to Italy . The notice for extra cleaning payment after already a high cleaning payment if things not left tidy were quite off putting especially with no supplies .The 99 steps up to the apartment was only a problem with the luggage
• Joshua (7/5): Lovely little apartment. Would recommend to couples and solo travellers. - Very comfortable apartment in walking distance of central Florence. Lovely little balcony. No warning that the apartment is up 9 flights of narrow stairs, with no lift. Also, it would be good to have more than 2 pillows. Lastly the sofa bed is very tricky to pull out and use.

• Renato (8/5): Very good - Close to main centre. Nice apartment. Fabulous view at the top. No meet and greet from staff. When questions were asked there were no responses 100 steps to top. When advertised there was a w/m but when we got there it was out of order.
• David (7/5): Great apartment, right in the centre of Florence - The property is in an excellent location in Florence, surrounded by many designer boutiques and restaurants. The apartment itself is super clean and very comfortable. The terrace really makes the apartment, it has a lovely view and is also really comfortable to sit out on, given the nice seating area. The bed was also very comfortable and we slept great here. Effective AC and easy self check in. The apartment is a little less homely looking than in the photos, it feels a little sterile in reality. As many others mention in the reviews, there are a lot of steps to climb to get to this apartment which even for myself and my partner who are both young and healthy - it was a struggle. The shower is great but unfortunately, the hot water comes and goes. Didn’t appreciate receiving messages during our stay of penalties if we were to leave behind garbage or dirty dishes, despite paying a cleaning fee and also providing no dishwasher tablets/detergent to help us clean up, etc. Lacking other basics such a shower gel, which is annoying to have to purchase for a short stay. A few small changes could make this a fantastic apartment.
• Avni (8/5): Beautiful terrace and location with some minor issues - - Lovely secluded terrace with an amazing view over the city of Florence. - Spacious apartment with most amenities provided. - Perfect central location to explore the city on foot but still quiet, with a nice bars and restaurants on your door step. - Monika was helpful when we couldn’t unlock the security door and answered our phone call, sending us a video to help. - Washing machine was out of order, which appears the case for months now according to other reviews. - ALOT of stairs up to the fifth floor where the apartment was located (this was not a big issue for us as we brought backpacks, which I would recommend over suitcases) - Shower went hot and cold and there was a funny smell to the bathroom. - On the right side of the bed, there appeared to be a bug problem with my partner waking up with loads of bites in the morning (saw this mentioned in another review) - Although helpful, throughout our two day stay we were repeatedly sent messages reminding us to leave the city tax on the table, take out the bins and how much it would cost if we broke or stained anything in the apartment, which we found irritating.

• Kerrie (9/5): Superb - The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Florence. The apartment was clean, and the kitchen came in handy. There is no lift, and we didn't realise the number of stairs to get up to the apartment. It wouldn't have bothered us if we didn't have heavy suitcases to carry up. Otherwise, the apartment was great.

When I booked it had a washing machine essential for over a week travelling in Italy, when we got there it wasn’t working never likely to work again . Should have realised being on 5 th a lot of stairs 97 in total in 37 c heat is not joke.

Incredible terrace There was a washing machine on the booking.com listing which we needed but was out of order and we're never informed prior. Spent 30€ at a laundromat which isn't fair when we are paying for the machine
• Anonymous (4/5): not the softest potato in the pot🙃 - good location the place was full of bugs. I woke up in the middle of the night itching of the bites. the host was ok but when we tried to understand where we can park and how we get a pass to the limited areas of the city, we figured out we needed to order a parking spot in the parking, the thing is we didn’t have the link to the correct parking. so we needed to talk to her and after like 10 min talk we got it. we could avoid this situation by having booked a parking for us and we would pay for it, for example. there’s way too many stairs to get to the apartment. not easy with 2 luggage. You won’t get notified until you arrive the apartment, but if you won’t throw the garbage or make your dishes you’ll need to pay 30€ extra charge (it is not about doing that but it the missing heads-up).
• Anisa (9/5): Superb - The apt is overall great - great location (just be mindful of the steps, as an old building, ofc there is no elevator - a terrace in Florence comes with some leg movement :D). The place was well furnished and clean. Self check-in was very practical with the lock-box. The couch becoming a bed is ofc not the most comfortable of sleeping arrangements. In the morning, there was no hot water.
