• Maria (8/5): - la ubicación era genial, el barrio era bonito y cerca de una calle principal pero sin el colapso de gente en otras partes de la cuidad. A la hora de entrar y salir fue cómodo con los códigos, no tuve ningún problema. la cocina estaba muy equipada y el baño también. Le gustó casi todo, si tengo que poner un pero es el sofá, era incomodisimo. pero las camas si se dormían bien.
• LAURENT (9/5): - Très bien situé dans une rue calme du Canaregio, à 20 min à pieds de la gare et de la place Saint Marc, parfait pour partir en visite. Propre et très confortable. Supermarché et vaporetto à proximité.
• Aleksei (7/5): - Понравилось место расположения. Недалеко от остановки общественного транспорта. Рядом есть продуктовый магазин и места, где можно поесть. Пешком до главной площади тоже недалеко, да в другие намравления тоже.Тихое место. По сравнению с другими местами, довольно поздно можно заселиться без дополнительной оплаты. Не смогли вначале попасть в аппартаменты, сказали неверный код, связаться тоже удалось не сразу, но благо все разрешилось. Выселение до 10:00. Мусор надо выкидывать самим (идти до лодки, которая собирает), хотя вроде уборка входит в цену.

• ALESSANDRA (6/5): Carino ma pulizia da migliorare! - Appartamento carino in posto strategico per la visita della città. Supermercato Coop davvero vicino. Molto vicino anche il porticciolo dove si può attraversare il canal grande con gondola a solo 2€. Buona la pulizia di asciugamani e lenzuola anche se manca l’asciugamano da ospite (quello piccolo). Cucina attrezzata e spazi giusti per 4 persone. Purtroppo scarseggia la pulizia: la polvere è depositata su tutte le superfici piane e la cucina risultava unta. Non c’è una scopa per poter spazzare o un panno per poter pulire. Il divano era particolarmente sporco (anche a causa stoffa poco adatta ad un alloggio vacanze).

• Stuart (8/5): Simple, easy and good location. - Great place to crash when visiting Venice. Fantastic location a small walk away from most of the sights. The hallway smelled, and the bar outside was noisy on a Friday and Saturday night. Nothing too bad though. There were two single beds pushed together in both rooms. A double and two singles would have been better for us.

El apartamento está reformado y tiene muy buena calidad. Es amplio y espacioso tanto habitaciones, salón-cocina como el baño. Todo muy limpio y acogedor. Las camas no son muy cómodas.
• Jenni (7/5): JR - Sijainti oli hyvä. Majoittajalta tuli selkeät ohjeet ja yhteyden sai nopeasti. Asunto oli yleisilmeeltään oikein viehättävä, mutta ehkä jo hieman kulunut. Eli tähdet ja hinta eivät ehkä ihan olleet linjassa. Pedit olivat kuitenkin hyvät ja peitot tyynyt ja lakanat virheettömät. Yleinen aulatila, joka vei ovelle, oli kuvottava: aula oli epäsiisti, roskainen ja siellä oli hirveä roskien haju. Ohjeissa kerrottiin, että roskat pitää viedä itse lajittelupisteelle, joka oli avoinna vain aamulla ja usean kadunkulman päässä! Olin pöyristynyt. Ymmärrän, jos tätä pyydetään pidemmän vierailun aikana, tai jos vaikka roskaastiat täyttyvät, mutta kolmen yön vierailulla, josta maksan yli 200e yöstä koen aika kohtuuttomana, että käytän lomastani aikaa roskakulttuurin selvittämiseen, selvitän lajittelupisteen sijainnin ja laitan herätyskellon soittamaan, jotta ehdin viedä roskat määräajassa. Tästä todella iso miinus. Tuolla hinnalla asia pitäisi järjestää toisin.

• ESTER (10/5): Un lugar extraordinario - La tranquilidad. Es una zona que está muy cerca del ambiente de la ciudad pero a la vez es muy tranquila. Se duerme fenomenal. Tiene todos los detalles, el aire acondicionado es muy potente y el trato ha sido muy profesional. Dos detalles mínimos; hemos echado en falta algún cuchillo para cocinar (sólo tiene uno grande para el pan, que no sirve para cortar verduras) y un trapo de cocina para secar.

• Elīna (9/5): A very good, bright apartment with a good location. - Great location, close to restaurants, shops. The apartment is bright, spacious, with all kitchen equipment and dishes.
• Caroline (8/5): Good apartment in a great location - The location was great on a quiet street away from the tourists walking back and forth. The apartment was spacious and clean. The beds were fairly comfortable and the kitchen well equipped though we really didn't use it. The bathroom was nice. We were allowed to drop our bags prior to check-in which was a big help. It's very near the Alilaguna water taxi pickup/drop off at Ft de Nove A. The WI-FI information posted was incorrect but the manager promptly provided the correct info. The air conditioning (in both bedrooms and kitchen/living room) areas worked, but was quite weak and was more like a bit of fan. We were there in early June so temps were not yet very hot but the AC couldn't really cool as much as you'd expect. A couple of the pillows needed to be replaced and were pretty flat. The stairs in the entry area really needed sweeping as a lot of brick dust accumulated but no big deal.

• Hans (3/5): Poor - Positive: - very good mattresses (We slept very well.) - the air conditioners work excellently - the apartment was clean - the location of the apartment is also very good Negative: - The apartment is shabby. We were shocked at first. Both the walls, the bed frames and the kitchen floor are in VERY bad condition. - Attempts at renovation were made, but by unqualified people. They were also made very cheaply. - Some of the kitchen utensils are in very bad condition. You should throw them away. - The front door is difficult to open or requires considerable effort. Conclusion: The price of the apartment is way too high considering the condition of the apartment. Since the apartment is very worn, it does not correspond to the pictures at all. I rate it 2 stars out of 5. I would not book it again.

• Maria (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very nice. Perfect location close to the points of interest and transport connections in a touristic area, but on a calm street. It's on the first floor above the street level. Comfortable beds and enough blankets, also option for hard or soft pillow. The kitchen is well equipped in case you want to prepare food. Very good communication with the staff - we received detailed instructions and additional information via email. The self check-in/ check-out is a great advantage in case of late arrival/ early departure.

Will be returning. - The apartment was so easy to find and in a great location. 2 minute walk to the watertaxi station, lots of little shops and fab restaurants nearby. beds were comfy and we had the best time. Will definitely be returning. There was nothing to dislike.
