• Matthias (9/5): - Der persönliche Empfang durch Franco war zugewandt und sehr freundlich, der Austausch über WA vorab unkompliziert und hilfreich, alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Vielen Dank dafür! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, das Bett bequem, im Bad ausreichend Ablage und Platz, v. a. die Größe der Dusche ist sehr angenehm. In der Küche ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung findet man Bäcker, Supermarkt und Restaurants. Die historische Straßenbahn direkt vor der Haustür ist zwar praktisch, aber eben auch mit einer entsprechenden Geräuschkulisse verbunden. Direkt daneben fährt auch die S-Bahn. Das Haus selbst ist etwas hellhörig. Für ein paar Tage ist das jedoch gut zu tolerieren.

• Mary (10/5): Home away from home - Hosta were welcoming and accommodating. Water heater goes very hot in a minute and very cold in another minute. The wifi is weak.
• Tile (10/5): Exceptional - Valentina and her father are great people and very helpful. The apartment is clean , the bed is comfortable and the location is really good. Metro to duomo is 5 minutes away, and the tram stop to central train station is in front of the apartment. We had everything we needed, and communication with Valentina was super easy .She is very prompt and super positive . We will be back for sure.
• Lois (10/5): This is one of those places you are so proud you found afterwards. - Wow! What a wonderful property! This is a very well thought out apartment. I stayed here with my parents and husband for 4 days and I was amazed at how perfect the space was for hosting us, even with a smaller square footage. There is a large closet to store luggage in, so if you are sleeping on the pullout you do not have to crowd the front room with all your things. The kitchen has plenty of dish ware and cooking supplies. There are two a/c units, so both couples had cooling air. Everything was very clean. The transport was right outside the door and all apps, maps, and transport are explained well in the binder at the apartment. My parents are not text savvy and they got the hang of it! Lastly Valentina and her dad were above and beyond hosts! They went out of their way to make us comfortable and assisted with any needs we had . We are very thankful for them! Everything was perfect for us. If you do have a car, street parking can be hard to come by, but Valentina and her dad have provided pay to park options that are close by in the binder if you need. (10 min walk) Some people in other reviews complained about the tram noise, I would not describe it as loud, just background noise. If you are concerned I would not let that stop you from staying here.
• Sennur (8/5): Conveniently located for a short stay in Milan - It is a one bed room unit. Ideally located about 15 mins from Milan railway station and close to the city. The no. 5 tram is literally outside the apartment. Very convenient to use as a base if staying in Milan for a couple of days. Coffee shops, grocery stores and pastry shops all around. Bar Scintilli, a 5 min walk from the apartment was a great bar to hangout at in the evenings. Nil

• Ikram (10/5): Exceptional - The host is so nice !! And the apartment is only 20 minutes from the Milano Centrale Station. I would come back for sure.
• Jesse (9/5): Wonderful! - The accommodation was very clean and felt homely. The bedroom was very spacious and there was enough room for everything. We were well received by the host and the correspondence went flawlessly. The kitchen and the bathroom were amazing and had everything you could ask for. The neighborhood was nice and the host left us some paperwork showing points of interest and information on Milan. Facilities such as public transport, a supermarket, and some restaurants were all nearby. Overall, everything was perfect and I have zero complaints. We had a great time in Milan and our apartment was a very good place to retreat to for some rest. The tram line stops in front of the house, which is super useful for going into the city, but I would recommend earplugs if you are a light sleeper because they are quite noisy and run from 5 a.m. up until around midnight. So no complaint, but more of a helpful comment.

• Lhm (10/5): Feels like home in Milano - The apartment is perfect, it has everything you need and if something it's missing, Franco is there to help you! The tram 5 is just in front of the building and it goes to Milano Central Station and 5 minutes walking there is the bus which arrives at the Duomo. Thank you Franco for your lovely apartment! A little noise from the tram outside, but the apartment has many pluses so it was ok.
