• Phillipa (10/5): Egidio’s place is centrally located to access the major sight seeing destinations of Venice. It is, however, just far en - Centrally located but away from the hustle and bustle of Venice. Very spacious, with many amenities provided. Nothing.

• Izabella (10/5): Perfect quiet retreat in busy Venice for family of 4 - The appartment was very spacious Comfortable and beautiful It was perfect for 4 people and all the nice touches like fresh coffee and tea plus a spa bath which was wonderful We really liked that it was 2 minutes out of the hustle and bustle of the main squares which made it a great sanctuary to retreat to Great communication with hosts A washing machine would have been handy but there was a laundromat close by

The accom was spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. It was tucked away in a quiet lane. Everything was walkable. Great spot to stay in Venice. Nothing

Fantastic location,spacious, very clean 🙏🏻, wonderful architecture, a combination of modern and antique decor. Set up beautifully with all amenities. Alvise was most helpful in welcoming us and providing us with invaluable information to traverse this magical city! We treated the property as if it were our own and left it as found. Giovanni you are so fortunate to be the proud owner of your private Venetian paradise. Thank you for accepting our dream stay❣️ There was nothing that we were not fond of. If I had to mention one thing that would have been helpful to me, as a woman .. that would be a magnifying mirror. Really this is insignificant.. because the property was perfect for us! • Edward (8/5): Basic clean spacious apartment in a great location, - Good communication, a representative met us at the boat from the airport. Great location. Away from the crowds, but very walkable. The apartment is VERY spacious. The apartment was clean. The unit provides a lot of space for the price and we found it to be a good value. We would recommend this apartment and consider staying here again. While the apartment was fine, a few small things could improve the experience. The living area furniture appeared to be older castaways. An IKEA sofa and chair would have made the living room much more usable. The bed was could use new pillows. An empty dresser in the bedroom would have been welcome. The one dresser in the bedroom was locked, apparently with the owners' goods.

Location in a residential area with good bars and restaurants nearby at very reasonable prices. More locals, less tourists. Apartment is very spacious but a bit old fashioned. Didn’t bother us but might not be to everyone’s taste.
• Richard (10/5): A large one bedroom in an excellent location - - friendly and knowledgeable host - host met us at water bus stop and walked us to the apartment - great location, 6 min walk to Rialto Bridge and 12 min walk to San Marco Sq - very large and spacious, has everything you need (linens, kitchen stuff, TV, wifi)

Our flight was delayed, so we arrived late at night. Nevertheless our host met us at the water taxi drop off point and showed us to the apartment. This apartment is good value for money, would recommend to anyone.
