Solomon (4/5): Our stay! - Nice flat! We requested a cot and didn't get it! And we're not told before that we wouldn't receive it. There was no bottled water in the flat and says it as part of the amenities. Only got 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 nights for 2 people!!!!!!
Tinkara (2/5): Very poor - I have never had such a bad experience as here. They did not send us any code that would open the fence around the block and the entrance to the block itself!!! We wrote to them every day if they could help us access the apartment and we still haven't received an answer, at least an apology. We were very angry because every day we did not know how we would get to the apartment. Neighbors allowed us to enter through the fence and into the block!!! We were limited not to come too late in the evening as we had to ring them. Fortunately, the code to enter the suite worked. Very irresponsible and not fair to us. The shower was so small that I could barely turn around. I'm small, so I don't even know how a bigger person can step into the shower.
Moe (9/5): Lovely modern apartment and very helpful staff!! - Modern apartment that was very clean and had everything I needed (Wifi, TV, Table to work at, large wardrobes, washing machine and modern kitchen with kettle and microwave) Staff are very helpful as I checked in quite late so they made sure that my check in process was smooth. I also extended an extra night and that was very easy to do so also. Only downside is that it’s a little difficult to find parking that’s relatively close as the spots are taken most of the time but end of the road (2/3 min walk) there were spots available. metro is not that close and the closest supermarket is around 10 min walk.
