• Gabriella (4/5): Peccato, grandi potenzialità ma poco investimento da parte del titolare. - Posizione perfetta, stanze da letto molto grandi. Eravamo in visita a Napoli dobe abbiamo dei parenti quindi non abbiamo consumato alcun pasto nella struttura, ma anche la cucina era molto grande Purtroppo ci sono alcuni difetti che ci hanno molto deluso: Non ci sono i riscaldamenti, ma sono presenti i climatizzatori che però non risolvono il problema del freddo perché di certo non li abbiamo lasciati accesi quando siamo usciti per tutto il giorno e quindi al nostro rientro (la sera dopo le 22) la casa era fredda. In bagno poi è stato disagevole non avere l'ambiente riscaldato anche se, solo l'ultimo giorno, abbiamo notato che sul mobile di una delle due camere, c'erano 2 caldobagno. 2) non abbiamo trovato alcuna informazione sul wifi come invece ci era stato detto, solo per caso, mio figlio piccolo aprendo i cassetti ha trovato il foglio che avrebbe invece dovuto essere sul tavolo; 3) mentre le stanze sono tutto sommato "nuove", i bagni sono vecchi e davvero brutti...che peccato! Avevo lette già delle recensioni in tal senso di quasi 2 anni fa, ma evidentemente il proprietario ha ritenuto di non dover provvedere. 4) pulizia un pò discutibile...dentro i vari cassetti e mobili si vede che nessuno pulisce da un pò. E' davvero un peccato...per la posizione e la grandezza dell'immobile questo b&b ha delle grandi potenzialità, ma si vede che, avendo comunque tanta gente che lo prenota, la politica è quella del minimo sforzo, massima entrata economica comunque. Sicuramente la posizione centrale e tutto sommato silenziosa (anche se durante il nostro soggiorno c'era qualcuno al piano superiore che per due mattine di seguito alle 5 ha iniziato a spostare mobili e fare rumore, ma ovviamente non è colpa del titolare di questa struttura) fanno acquistare punti al B&b , ma la poca cura per pulizia e soprattutto per i bagni (che personalmente sono il biglietto da visita delle strutture), gliene fanno perdere parecchi.

• Tiziana (10/5): Nel complesso siamo stati bene, il quartiere è ricco di locali e di negozi e con la funicolare si va in centro storico i - Posizione, arredamenti, cucina completa di tutto I cuscini troppo bassi e la doccia molto piccola e lo sportello di quest’ultima che non chiude benissimo quindi c’è la possibilità di bagnare il pavimento anche prestando attenzione

• Kylie (9/5): Great location and spacious clean apartment - Great location, very spacious apartment. Walking distance to shops, supermarket and great pizza shop over the road. Quiet at night, has block out blinds in bedrooms. Main bathroom spacious. Plenty of toilet paper provided, coffee machine & tablets. 2 balconies, lift to apartment. The host was great. The beds were very hard, put a duvet under the sheet to help with this but still uncomfortable. The main shower had little pressure and wasn’t very hot. WiFi went off on the lounge TV but still worked in the bedroom, lucky we had a computer to hook up instead. No trays in the oven. We still enjoyed our stay however despite these things and would recommend.

• Jacek (9/5): I recommend this place, very big apartment, good location, safe and owners were approachable :) - Very good location when it comes to district - safe, a lot of shops, restaurants and bars around. Metro station was nearby, so it was easy to travel around Naples.
• Dianne (8/5): Comfortable short stay - Central location - according to googlemaps, it's 40 mins walk to the central area or 20 mins by metro. 6 mins walk to the metro station. The property was spacious and clean. We drove so we parked across the apartment for €35 per 24 hour stay (thought it was a bit expensive, but nothing to do with the apartment itself). Host was very responsive and helpful. Some of the door handles were loose. City tax was €3 pp/per night - this was specified on booking.com, but if you looked it up, it should be €2.50 pp/per night. The welcome message was also unclear as it said €2.50 pp/per night. Other than that, everything else was fine.

• Sherri (9/5): Great Location, updated spacious apt - Central location, large spacious rooms, clean with updated furnishings. Plenty of towels, extra bedding, soaps, shampoos, cleaning detergents and laundry machine. Gated secure entrance, concierge desk. Great value. Not enough variety of cooking utencils for those who want to cook. Living room pullout bed didn't lock in place.
