• Alfredo Ahuad (1/5): Pésima relación calidad-precio. - Desayuno no brinda. La ubicación es buena. Hay que subir tres pisos por escalera ya que no hay ascensor y en ningún lugar de la web figura este detalle. Ante mi reclamo me contestaron textualmente "que ellos no tienen la obligación de informar si hay o no ascensor". La heladera es apenas del tamaño de un frigobar, el calefon no brinda suficiente agua caliente. Luces rotas, enchufes que no funcionan, estantes del baño ausentes, vestidor con luz que no funciona. Silla rota. Baño de la planta inferior tapado. Pese a haber avisado ni bien hice la reserva que el check in sería alrededor de las 21 hs me cobraron una penalidad. De todo esto tengo fotos y el intercambio de whatsapp. Habiendo tantas alternativas no recomiendo este lugar!!!
• Teresa (1/5): Un horror - La ubicación Todo Limpieza brillaba por su ausencia, donde tocabas lleno de mierda con muchísimo polvo. La cocina mal. Olía mal Las almohadas sucias y el edredón también por dentro de las fundas daba asco. Agua caliente mal no tenía fuerza y ducharse era ponerse ya de mala leche al no tener presión y solo salía un chorrito para 4 personas. Lo siento pero lo único bueno fue la ubicación delante del Coliseo pero no lo recomiendo para nada.

• Isabel (3/5): The stay was uncomfortable and disappointing, with poor cleanliness, only one functioning bathroom, and unreliable hot w - The location My stay was very disappointing. The place was not clean, and overall maintenance was poor. Only one bathroom was able to function, and even that one had issues with the hot water not working correctly. The comforts were not clean, making the entire stay feel uncomfortable and unhygienic. I expected much better conditions and would not recommend this property until these issues are fixed.

• Claudio (4/5): Esperienza deludente - La posizione davanti al Colosseo eccezionale e lo stabile visto da fuori si presenta signorile, ma....l'interno poi è stato molto deludente Tutto sa di vecchio ed è poco pulito. Serramenti rovinati, piastrelle macchiate, odore di stantio davvero poco gradevole, divani impolverati e macchiati, polvere annidata sotto ai letti, se si usa l'acqua in un bagno nell'altro manca, neanche un gancio dove appendere un asciugamano. Un vero peccato per le potenzialità di un appartamento cosi grande e in una posizione cosi strepitosa. Basterebbe una rinfrescata alle pareti, una vera pulizia profonda e un po di rinnovamento di diversi arredi. Inoltre non è segnalato che ci sono diverse rampe da fare, senza ascensore, (nel nostro gruppo c'era anche una persona anziana e sicuramente non è stato agevole) Per quanto mi riguarda non lo consiglierei

• Pržić (8/5): - Odlična lokacija, osoblje veoma drago i uvijek su dostupni u slučaju da Vam nešto zatreba. Dosta se osjeti kanalizacija u donjem wc-u, regulacija tople i hladne vode u tuševima nije dobra. Bude veoma vruća voda, ako se pokuša malo namjestiti onda dođe veoma hladna, nema sredine.

• Angel (9/5): - La zona, enfrente del Colosseo . Una amplia casa para la familia. El metro a 400 metros la parada. Mobiliario un poco antiguo, falta un poco de restauración . Nevera pequeña para una familia de 5 personas.
• Abraham (1/5): Over priced dump! - Very helpful host and the aprtment is across the road from the Colosseum. Also a 24hr Experss Super Market around the corner. When we walked in, the place smelt like feces. Made up of junk furniture, we couldn't wait to leave the place. What a dump! Shower heads are faulty and don't work, very painful shower experience.

• Kate (2/5): Average - The location was good. We were left waiting out the front of the apartment for 45 minutes waiting for a staff member to arrive to give us access. The apartment is in serious need of repair. Upon walking in, the floor boards are badly water damaged and very uneven preventing the door to not open properly. The floor boards have lifted due to water damage under the air conditioning and are dangerous causing all our family to trip. The bathrooms have black mould and are very dated. The hot water takes a long time to come through. The downstairs bathroom shower drain doesn't drain properly and the shower fills up with water. The loft room mattress is badly stained.

• Ryan (7/5): Great location but expensive. No water for showers etc for - The location was amazing. It is directly across from the Colosseum. The apartment was large. We didn’t have water the first day we stayed there. They couldn’t get maintenance to come fix it until the next day so we didn’t get showers nor get to use the bathroom or use any sinks for 24 hours … which was not ideal after walking around Rome all day. They did say they would give is 30% back from the first night but we have yet to see the money. It was pricy ($670 plus taxes) for 2 nights. You pay for the location… which is in a great location.
