• Ewa (8/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, 20 min pieszo do Dworca Centralnego jak i do Katedry Duomo. W apartamencie zapewniono wszystko, co potrzebne. Bardzo pomocna właścicielka. Zagwarantowano wszelkie informacje, jak dotrzeć, gdzie zjeść itp. Kilka razy włączył się alarm z nieznanych przyczyn

• Oriol (9/5): Totalmente recomendable - La ubicación es genial. Está a 2 minutos de la parada de Metro. También es genial el detalle de la bienvenida, con algunas pastas, infusiones, café, que va genial. La tranquilidad del apartamento es total. No escuchamos ningún ruido aunque en los alrededores había mucho ambiente. El baño muy correcto, con ducha grande, y la cocina, pequeñita, pero con fuego a gas para cocinar lo que quieras, y neverita pequeña, suficiente para la estancia. Por decir algo "negativo", las dimensiones del apartamento. Para 2 personas está genial, para 3 está más limitado pero es factible. En nuestro caso, montábamos y desmontábamos el plegatín para disponer de más espacio.

Checkin y checkout muy fácil, Arabella atenta en todo momento, se nota que disfruta de ser anfitrión, excelente comunicación. Apartamento muy bien aprovechado, a pesar de ser pequeño tiene de todo: secador, paraguas, cocina completa (frigo, micro), tabla de planchar, armario, ducha cómoda, sillones, escritorio... Es un apartamento reducido que se queda un poco justo para 3 personas, pero para estancias cortas es correcto.

• Caterina (8/5): Milano zu dritt - Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, es war klein aber gemütlich und es hatte alles, was man brauchte. Die Lage war auch toll und man war nicht weit entfernt von der nächsten U-Bahn- bzw. Tramhaltestelle. Für drei Personen etwas klein sich im Schlafzimmer zu bewegen, wenn das Zustellbett offen ist, doch da man ja meistens draussen unterwegs ist, störte uns das nicht.
• Martina (10/5): - Very cosy & very clean apartment an a typical milanese building (block of flats), equipped with everything you need (even a washing machine/dryer). Comfy beds. Located in a multi-culti city quarter, where the streets are living especially in the evenings, still the apartment has windows directed to the atrium, so it is calm and peaceful in the night hours. It’s close to the city center (15-20min on foot), just 5-6mins from metro/tram station, a huge park nearby. A lot of trattorie/ristorante/bar of various cuisines in the surroundings, pharmacy, supermarket, plus a local market twice a week nearby. Everything was great.

• Debra (10/5): A cozy comfortable apartment conveniently located to public transportation, cafes and city center. - As a base for exploring Milan, this property was very conveniently located to public transportation and restaurants, and within moderate walking distance of the historic area. As a solo traveler, I felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed several of the cafes. The apartment itself was cozy, comfortable, had useful kitchen facilities, good clothing storage and nice TV. I did not cook but took advantage of the mini fridge, laundry drying rack and excellent A/C (there was a heatwave when I visited). Arabella was helpful and proactive in sending me information ahead of my arrival concerning arrival in Milan and finding/accessing the apartment. I particularly liked the binder of information in the apartment, fully describing the apartment policies and functionality, ways to access the neighborhood and public transportation, best places to eat or find a market, and hand drawn maps of the area - so useful! Thank you also for the welcome basket for my first breakfast. I liked that there was recycling available in the entire apartment complex and the recycling process was described in the binder. However, when I took the items to the first floor, several of the main containers were missing, not labeled or turned over. I was then a bit confused over the process and ended up taking my limited items away with me.
• Earl (10/5): Nice, cozy apartment in Milan - The apartment is clean, a little small for more than 2 people but it is nice and cozy. It has everything we need. I like it. Nothing really, or there was this little issue about the alarm that disturbed our sleep but we were able to handle it and the host explained that sometimes the alarm gets a little sensitive. But overall, all good!

• Woo (4/5): Difficult check in/ touch door and smelly towel - Room interior and design 1. Check in process and apartment door : Touch screen door was not working well. So all family members waited outside until host came. If you pushed the button too lightely or storngly or missed the bit sound, the door is not open. So you have to wait for over 10 minutes until the door is reset. Host gave new password because previous one was not worked well. But this is sometimes worked and not worked. This door lock machine made us very uncomfortable. Also, host didn't explain to us on how to use this door lock machine in advance and in written. So we were more complicated. 2. Smelly towels: Towels were smelly so we washed them by ourselves. 3. Water temperature and pressure : Unstable.

• Iacovos (9/5): A very pleasant stay overall! - A very nice apartment at a good area, near the train station and not far from Duomo so you can walk there. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary things, we also liked the fact that they had some free sweets etc for us. The host was friendly and helpful and provided some good advise to us about Milan. The toilet needed some fixing.

• Ozana (10/5): We were told Milan is an expensive and a boring city - we deny both comments and plan to come again. - The landlady herself received us and invited us to have a cup a coffee; there we got all the information necessary for our stay in Milan - she remained at our service later on as well. We liked the interior of the small apartment - arranged enough for a short stay in Milan. We were told by our friends and acquaintances Milan is an expensive and a boring city - we deny both comments: one can choose between luxurious and everyday places with adequate prices. As to culture, art and architecture, there are so many points to visit - and this was only the central part of the city reachable within walking distance. We certainly plan to come back again. We have no complaints whatsoever.

Although it was near busy roads, it was very quiet and just 2 minutes from the Porta Venezia metro stop and walking distance to many sights. The room was clean and comfortable with great facilities. • Konrad (10/5): Great, well-equipped apartment in the middle between the city center and main station! - Great localization. The place is close to interesting places like Duomo di Milano or a natural history museum. Near the flat, there are plenty of places where you can grab something to drink or eat. The apartment itself is well-equipped. It's the first time I found umbrellas for guests! The marker of quality is a really clean bathroom. You won't find mold or sediment there. The last but not least the host sends detailed information how to get there and also provides a nice, handmade guide in the apartment. You can encounter shady people on the way to the city center. Especially on an embankment near the tram rails. Unfortunately, it's nothing special in Milano.

The owner was very helpful with a lot of information about Milan and recommendations. The area is excellent and it felt safe. It's on the 6th floor which could be hard for some people, there was only one toilet paper and we had to buy our own which was kinda weird, the beds were a little uncomfortable.

• William (9/5): A small 'home from home' in the heart of Milan. - Il Nido Sul Tetto is a small, but well-appointed flat looking out over the rooftops. It has everything you need and we were given clear instructions regarding our (remote) check-in by Arabella. You need to take a lift to reach the accommodation, but it was clean and reliable during our stay. The area has lots of bars and restaurants (especially busy at night) and is well connected by the nearby metro (Porta Venezia just 200 yards away), or a 12 minute walk to Milano Centrale if you prefer. All in all a good place to stay. The bedroom is best suited for 2 people. When the fold-out bed is used for a 3rd guest, space is a bit tight.
• Allan (8/5): Good and well located spot - Location of property is super+, aprox a 10 min walk from centrale station, 4 min walk to nearest metro which is direct line to The Duomo, streets around with plenty of restaurants and bars to chose from. Very convenient. Host was easy to contact and communicate with, allowed us to leave luggage stored while apartment was being cleaned. Apartment was super clean and well equipped. Apartment is smaller than what it actually looks in photos. Third, additional, bed was literally 2cm from the main bed. Not really an issue for such a short stay like mine, one night, but perhaps something to have present if longer.

Loads of cafés, coffee shops & grocery stores within walking distance! Apt is on 6th floor with elevator. Bedroom is on back courtyard so you don't hear any st noise plus it's so high up. She has a working ac and I slept like a baby! Code on door. Super easy check in and out. A gem.of a place! Ty Arabella! Nothing

The hosts put in a lot of effort into their apartment by providing a folder full of many useful maps, places to dine, museums etc. The apartment itself is so cute and cozy, furthermore, the location is great and well connected by transport as well as being close enough if you enjoy walks. Many additonal homey touches such as the breakfast were a plus. Would definitely recommend Il Nido Sul Tetto A Milano and Arabella.

It was a cute and clean apartment and 3 people can stay there easyly. You have Everything in the kitchen, you have iron etc. A price-performance apartment. I stay there again. We arrived to apartment around 2pm and there was a super cold in apartment. I asked them that why air conditioner and heater doesn't work. They said that air conditioner only works in summer to make room cold and heating is set by law, and heats morning and evening for 2 or 3 hours due to shortages with the war to Ukraine. I understand that but room gets cold as soon as heater stop. This is an important issue if you visit Milan in the middle of winter. If they put another equipment to heat the room to be used when the heater doesn't work, it will be great.
