• Hitzuri Monica (10/5): Good place to stay - The bathroom and big bedroom we love it 😊 washing machine is not in the apartment and you need to pay for use a common one I mean will be better to have one in the apartment
• Liz (9/5): Very central and would certainly book again but would prefer another apartment in the complex. - Good location. Very quiet at night but handy for everything. Lovely clean apartment with comfortable beds. Patio area, although it was large, the furniture was poor and the patio itself was quite dirty with moss etc.

Cerca de la estacion, cerca de las principales atracciones turisticas No hay productos de limpieza como anuncian, tuvimos que comprar detergente, trapo de cocina y demas. Faltaban enseres domesticos para los 4 alojados, tazas, cuchillos... La lavadora no existe en el apartamento, es yn laundry de.pago y asii deberian de anunciarlo. La television no se pudo prender porque el control remoto no tenia pilas. En resumen... el lugar cin un poquito de atencion es fantastico!!

• Shinya1995 (10/5): フィレンツェ中心部では考えられない優雅な旅行生活 - 今回の旅行で泊まった中でも、ここは際立って素晴らしいアパートメントでした。駅から徒歩5分ほどという便利な立地なのに、通りは驚くほど静かで上品です。ゲートをくぐり、広い庭のような空間を抜けて部屋に向かう流れからすでに特別感があり、フィレンツェの中心部とは思えないほど落ち着いた雰囲気でした。車や通行人の音はほとんど聞こえず、朝は鳥のさえずりで目が覚めるほど静かです。 部屋そのものも非常に快適で、広いバルコニー、ランドリー、広い2部屋、広いシャワールーム、使いやすいテーブルとキッチンなど、長く滞在したくなる設備がそろっていました。キッチンには換気扇があり、換気も非常に良好です。清潔感も申し分なく、ベッドも広くて寝心地がよく、収納も多いためとても暮らしやすかったです。 さらに、スーパーや持ち帰り店も近く、観光にも生活にも便利でした。ウフィッツィへも徒歩圏内で、バス停も近く、フィレンツェ滞在の拠点として理想的です。このアパートメントでの生活は、旅行者にとって最高の体験でした。またぜひ宿泊したいです。 その他、良かったこと: #おしり洗浄付きトイレ, #非常に清潔, #収納が多い, #クローゼットが多い, #静か, #鳥のさえずり, #高原のような快適さ, #鍵がしっかりしていて安心, #豪邸に入る気分, #ゲートの先の優雅なアプローチ, #静かなレストランが多い, #治安に不安を感じにくい, #部屋でゆっくり食事できる, #旅行者にとって最高の生活, #優雅な滞在 悪い点が見当たらない。素晴らしくいい滞在でした。また泊まりたい。

• Enrico (6/5): Ottima posizione, appartamento adatto a famiglie ma poco pulito e curato - La posizione è molto comoda, il contesto dell'appartamento è silenzioso ed è disponibile anche un posto auto. La posizione dell'appartamento è molto comoda al centro e alla stazione. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia generale dell'appartamento non siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Il pavimento non era pulito e anche sui mobili c'era molta polvere. La doccia del bagno aveva della muffa e manca il bidet. Anche i vetri al nostro arrivo erano ancora sporchi e pieni di ditate, inoltre i serramenti non si chiudono bene.

• McKenzie-Clark (5/5): Extremely disappointing. - 1.The apartment is advertised as having a washing machine and dryer in the kitchen. This is incorrect. There are only coin operated communal washing and drying facilities in the basement. The washing machines were filthy. 2. There were major noise issues with the occupants of the adjacent apartment, also run by the same company. This problem continued even after several complaints. 3.The apartment sleeps 3. There were only 2 teaspoons and 1 wineglass, and some of the plates were scratched and chipped. 4. The kitchen was not well stocked. There was no teatowel or sponge.

• Giuseppe (9/5): ESPERIENZA DA RIFARE CON I PLUS DELLA POSIZIONE CENTRALE, IL POSTO AUTO E ASCENSORE SOTTO CASA - Avere una posizione al centro di Firenze simile e un posto auto nel seminterrato NON HA PREZZO....Appartamento comodo, funzionale in un contesto molto tranquillo. Uscire di casa a piedi e fare una passeggiata al centro a 5 minuti dal ponte vecchio, Uffizi, Basilica ecc. è stata un esperienza sicuramente da ripetere. Faccio i miei complimenti anche ad Alex, bravissima persona molto disponibile e preciso. Complimenti manutenzione non impeccabile
• oana (8/5): - The location is fantastic, close to everything, on a street lined with restsurants. It is clean and the beds are comfortable. There was no heating and the temperature in the apartment was rather low. The shower gel and soap were very thin for four people and were not replenished. While greatly located, it was very noisy the first night, not because of people, but due to some big birds who "partied" all night.

Mehrere kleine Supermärkte, Markthallen, Restaurants in der Nähe. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage der Anlage (20€/Tag) Mangelnde Instandhaltung des Appartements, magere Ausstattung der Küche (Gläser, Geschirr etc). Z.B. nur 1 Weinglas für 3 Personen, kein Schöpflöffel. Internet 2 Tage nicht verfügbar, TV Empfang nur 1 englischsprachiger Sender, aber kein Nachrichtensender. Mückenplage (Insektengitter an den Fenstern wären sinnvoll)
• NELSON (4/5): - A localização, e a o potencial do apartamento, se não fosse a húmidade O apartamento cheirava muitíssimo a mofo, e notava-se muita humidade nas paredes, apesar de a estadia ser no final de agosto, com tempo quente. Quando resolverem isso, decerto o apartamento será excelente.

There is a lovely sitting area, within the grounds, with tables and chairs for guests to either chill out or chat with other guests Mosquitoes! Obviously this is no fault of the accommodation. I would take plug ins and mosquito repellent next time

• Thomas (7/5): All good but terrible soundproofing - Nice renovated place with amazing host who checked us in and great location. The host is available for any issues you may have via whatsapp. The sound proofing is really bad. During the night nearby guests of the property would wake us up and then it was impossible to sleep again with all the loud sound. Everything was terribly loud. Especially from the door you could even see the light from the outside and hear everything as it had absolutely zero isolation. We are a family with two children so believe me, we sleep like dead.... It is the first time we ever had issue with loudness at a place, so it means a lot if you plan on sleeping.
• Arthur (1/5): Never again. Terrible host and terrible place. Beware, we were Scammed. - There is a nice garden. The place is infested with mosquitoes. It's not even summer or spring and the place was like a mosquito nest, even with the windows closed the whole time as we tried to keep the number of bugs low. It's fall, so cold weather. One day, there was simply no warm water in the shower, just cold, no matter what we did. Upon contacting the staff, which was always terrible at communication, she said she would be calling the plumber. We spent the whole day out and no news about what was being done by staff to solve the problem. I had to contact them, 8 hours after, to know what was happening. Terrible communication, and afterwards, during the next four days of our stay, the water kept oscillating between mildly warm and cold, even in the warmest setting. The washing machines are in another room, outside the apartment, and are shared, and this is not in the listing. What's worse, you have to pay in order to use them. And the host tells you that you just inform her everyday how much you spent with the washing machine and she will refund you. Guess what, she never refunded us, effectively stealing our money. We smelled something fishy was going on, and after the first use of the washing machine and not getting refunded, we simply stopped using it. The pillows were super low and completely uncomfortable, and the bed was terrible to our backs. I have been on AirBnB and Booking for more than a decade, travelling everywhere with my wife, and our trips usually are 30 to 45 days long, and never had we stayed in such bad a place, with such a bad host. We definitely recommend looking elsewhere.

• June (7/5): Felt safe and secure within the apartment. But the apartment was a bit 'tatty' - The location of the property was excellent, 5 minute walk from train station and 10/15 minute walk to Duomo. The property really needed a bit of a redecoration and the bin in the bathroom had not been emptied. Little things that would raise this from ok to good/excellent. The location and space within the apartment were great
• Global (7/5): Good - Location was great and the host was very friendly. Good for one night, not longer. It's not really a two bedroom apartment, they turn a couch into a second bed, but you're sleeping in the kitchen/living room. The mattress is very soft and we woke up with back pain. It feels like a very low end apartment. Its above a drainage or water pump system, so you get a lot of mosquitos at night if you want to sit outside on the terrace.

• Claire (9/5): Nice apartment, good location and great hosts. - Really good location, close to train station and easy walking distance to the main sites of interest in Florence old town. pleasant, quiet garden setting with separate terrace area. Air con installed, may also have been reverse cycle for heating, but we didn't use either heating or cooling so can't comment on effectiveness. Good sized bathroom with decent shower and plenty of hot water. Wifi was fine. Hosts were great, excellent communication, very accommodating. While the apartment was well appointed and clean it was a bit dark and wasn't at all homely - we didn't feel encouraged to spend leisure time there. Terrace was a bit bare, only 1 outdoor chair with small table. And I felt the tariff was on the high side, considering we were in Florence, not the heart of Paris or London.

We worked from the apartment and WiFi connection was great. It has a beautiful and very big terrace but only one chair and small table on it. Great feature but you actually can’t enjoy it.

• Ian (8/5): location is convenient because neat the central station but the place needs an upgrade - location was near the train station amenities were too basic. kitchen did not have any materials to clean the kitchen. there was also no bath mat. both of our beds were not provided with any blankets other than a thin bedsheet. we found comforters in the wardrobe and used it. Pillows were too old and thin. mattress was also creaky.

• Mary (8/5): Lovely weekend in bright, clean and spacious apartment in a fantastic location in Bella Firenze. - Lovely bright, spacious and clean apartment. the shower doors allowed water to pour onto the floor. Also it would be nice if a bottle of water or a little coffee was made available when guests arrive after a long journey. I also think 10 a.m. is a little early to ask guests to vacate a property especially given that you can’t check in until 3 p.m.
• Sharyn (8/5): An Enjoyable Tuscany Memory!! - Location, apartment complex and gardens. Facilities for washing/drying clothes good. Erica and Alec most helpful. Overall, we had a most pleasant stay. Could have provided an electric kettle and tea towels for drying dishes as we didn't feel the need to use the dish washer for just breakfast or light dishes. We purchased our own kettle and tea towels.
