Philip (10/5): Clean, comfy, small apartment close to bus/trains/restaurants. - The location is very tucked away and private which is nice. 10 minute walk to the closest train station and also within walking distance of several nice restaurants and cafes. Very friendly host, would recommend for sure! Would have to double check, but we thought there was a washer/dryer, but there is only a separate sink where maybe you could wash clothes (we opted not to). No complaints, this apartment was great, would recommend.
Sándor (8/5): Nice flat in the suburb, with musty odor, and uncomfortable bed. - Only few minutes walk from train station. Train in every 15 minutes. Well equipped kitchen, spacious room. Lot of pictures on the walls. Mold on the wall, musty odor in the flat, tried to cover it up with perfume. The bed had once been comfortable, but now it was stretched out. The sofa was also uncomfortable, stretched out like a shell.
Ashish (9/5): Very nice and clean apartment and a great host! - The apartment was very clean and the space was good. Also the check in process was very easy. The host is very sweet and responsive. Also the aircon in both the rooms helped with the warm weather. :) The bedroom was perfect, but the sofa bed in the living room was a little squeaky and the extra quilt looked a bit used. Location slightly away from Rome center but easily accessible by car.
Eva (8/5): Very good - The owner Marika is lovely, she is very friendly and welcoming. The apartment is lovely and spaceous. We accidentaly locked ourselves out (do not leave the keys in the door on the inside while in the garden 😬) and she came quickly and offered us another apartment while we waited for the licksmith. The apartment is a good 5 minute walk to the Ottavia train station. The apartment is on the bottom floor and has humidity. So we needed to leave the ventilation on during the day to avoid the smell. Be mindful that you can only have one electrical device on, either air con, or oven, or laundry machine.
Mariova001 (8/5): Nice place in a quiet suburb. - Nice place, quiet location. It is located in a residential suburb. The place has one room with a double bed and a sofa in the main room. It is a bit far from Rome´s main atractions.
Anonymous (10/5): Recommend this nice place for a quiet rest - Everything we needed for the rest we got in the Garden House. Cozy and clean. Very friendly and responsive owner. Small supermarket not far from the apartment. Distance from the city centre
