• Barbara (8/5): Limpio y cómodo, sin embargo esta lejos del centro. - El lugar muy lindo, con un patio central muy agradable y tranquilo, el apartamento estaba muy limpio, amplio y agradable, con todas las comodidades para 4 persona. . Sector tranquilo y residencial. Estaba lejos del centro, y ademas uno debía sacar su basura al hacer el check out y dejarla en los contenedores de la plaza (literalmente). Ademas el check out es muy temprano 10 am.

• Kayleigh (7/5): A reasonably priced property within walking distance to the train station. Host was very friendly when she welcomed us. - Plenty of room for a family of 4. Handy to have a kitchen and dining room table. Courtyard would have been lovely if we had good enough weather. Tv didn’t work which isn’t the end of the world however with the long days we had, it would have been nice to sit and watch something in the evening. We had noisy neighbours move in on our second night but I guess this is something that can’t be helped however from 11.30pm-2.30am they were extremely noisy and we were unable to sleep. Would have been handy if there were extra pillows as I usually sleep with two however beds were comfy enough.

• OE (9/5): とても良かったです - 担当の方がとてもフレンドリーでした。 中庭があり、そこでモーニングされてるご家族もいて、 素敵でした。 2階にベッドルームがあり、お部屋も広かったです。 トイレとシャワーが近すぎたことと、 シャワーの温度が途中からぬるくなってしまったことくらいです。

• Joanne (9/5): Superb - The location. Was a few minutes out of central Florence. Easy 25 minute walk or tram ride into the centre. The size / decor ot the apartment. Clean with enough equipment for an enjoyable stay. The main feature I liked was the courtyard. Safe for my 5 year old. Able to sit out in the evenings having a drink away from the busy city The stairs were a bit steep to the 2nd bedroom and might not be suitable for someone with mobility issues.

• Akyuz (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed there for one day at the end of june. She is such a lovely person. She was extremely helpful and accomodating. They left us a bottle of wine as a gift that comes from the area. The place is exactly as advertised. I highly recommend. If i stay in flroence again this place will be the destination to stay. Great value for a great accommodation. I guess we got lucky
• Bajwa (7/5): Good - It was comfortable for our family of 4 and quiet location to sleep. Its other side of the town, means if you want to stay in main city area where all shopping area and tourist go. This is 30 mins walk away from that area. We would have more fun if we would have stayed in that area.

Really enjoyed our stay. - We liked the fact we could eat outside if we wanted and it was ground floor level. Also had natural light coming in. We just used the ground floor level and it suited our needs. Great to have a washing machine. Could have done with some chopping boards, but not a problem.
• Kaye (8/5): Very good - Location was excellent. Host, Meri, was great. Washing machine was much appreciated. Central court Yard was a lovely communal place. One of our party was locked in the upstairs room. But Meri very quickly called two nice men to the rescue, and she was out in no time, after we finally heard her knocking, that is. 🤣🤣🤣
• Fordham (8/5): Highly recommended - We loved the space and the amazing courtyard. Especially with kids, it gave them more space to move. A huge plus was having a washing machine (I never thought I would say that). It really helped us get through the rest of our trip. It's in a great location really close to transport, supermarkets, deli (cold meats and cheeses) coffee shops and restaurants. Nothing really. It was all great. We couldn't get the air conditioners working and unfortunately couldn't leave the windows open due to a few mosquitoes coming in. We didn't ask about the air-conditioner so that's on us.

• Sevdiyenur (10/5): If you're looking for a cozy home experience in Firenze you should definitely consider this place. - Place is very close to the public transport, it feels super cozy. They had everything we needed. Also owners were super nice and helpful.

• Robin (8/5): A clean comfortable apartment conveniently located to the centre of town. - The apartment had two bedrooms (one with 3 beds) and two bathrooms so it was comfortable for 5 people traveling together. We loved the outdoor courtyard with seating area. It could have been better equipped with some paper towels and/or napkins to use as well as an additional tea towel. A cleaning rag would have been useful as well to wipe out bathroom sinks.
• Sita (10/5): We had a great stay. The location is very convenient with a train station in close proximity that gets you to the city c - Our apartment was very spacious and equipped with all necessary facilities. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area. There was nothing we didn’t like.

• Sezgi (7/5): Apartment with cute courtyard - It was good to have a detached flat and has a great location. There was no toilet paper holder, no napkins and no washing powder. Since there were a lot of mosquitoes, wire could be made to the windows. Mosquitoes prevent to sit in the courtyard.

Great value for money with a warm friendly vibe. - I loved that it was close enough to take a short walk into the city or jump on the tram which is very close. The accodation has a gorgeous little courtyard where you can eat outside which made it very homely. Great value for money and there was a washing machine and dryer which is a huge bonus when travelling with a family. The beds need new mattresses.
• Kelli (10/5): Great place to stay - Matteo met us very late when our transportation from the train station fell through. He was very kind. The place was great. We had a loft area with 3 beds and another bedroom downstairs. The washer & 2 bathrooms were nice. It opened to a courtyard area where we ate our take away Kabobs (a great late night snack from a very animated kabob shop owner across the circle down the street). The Redi tram was close to take us into town. Communication with host was easy with Whatapp. Needed more trash cans.

• Tosunoğlu (10/5): Exceptional - Hotel was extremely comfortable. The room was comfortable and provides all facilities you require for a longer stay. The staff was kind and helpful.
• Dominik (6/5): Nice apartments with disadvantages - Advantages: + Nice apartment with nice upper floor level. + Comfortable beds. + Nice back yard. Neutral: o Location - it takes half an hour to walk to the city center, just to keep in mind. o No parking at the property, but they can reserve a parking spot for you about 500 m away, which costs 10 EUR extra per day. To unload your luggae, you can park before the apartment. Disadvantages: - Apartment floor was dirty - our socks were dirty. - Cold floor. - Apartment has no soundproofing and little insulation. - Little amenities. - Shower cabin leaks - bathroom gets flooded with each shower. - Most power plugs were too small to use. - Toilet paper only upon request. - No late check-out. - Extra cleaning fee of 35 EUR charged. For this, I would have expected an additional room service during the stay, which was not the case. - A bit pricy for this standard.
• Hollie (10/5): Perfect family base - it is in a great location close to shops and local eateries. Walkable distance to historic Florence. This is a perfect base from which to explore. Nothing, it was brilliant!

Water was leaking out of the corrugated plastic door in the bathroom. Only one burner was functional, don't know if it's intentional. Close to tram and bus stop, walking distance

• Vitaly (10/5): Great stay - The apartment is very nice and comfortable, equipped well and suitable for families with children. Located in a quiet neighborhood and is about 20 minutes walking distance to a city centre or few stops by a tram. Very cute internal patio. Paticcerie and pizzeria nearby for a breakfast. I would stay again if will visit Florence.
• Marta (8/5): Very good - The patio and the apartment are nice, the location very convenient, the owner helpful...the bars and bakery around the corner are the highlight! The room behind the kitchen was very noisy because of the boiler. It smelled a bit of smoke. There was no kettle, very few amenities for the price...
