- Carolyn (7/5): Simple accommodation. And convenient and comfortable. Marina is early to contact and chat with. - Attico vista San Pietro was well located and just out of Rome central to avoid the mass of crowds.
5 Minutes from the Vatican with a bus stop right at the door to allow you to get to any destination
We had an easy sleep each night and a very comfortable bed The room was comfortable and a good sleep
However there is little cupboard space and a poorly appointed kitchen
Wanted to have a glass of wine with my husband but there were no glasses
Or wine bucket.
It is perfect if you intent to eat out for every meal

- Giulia (10/5): Relax a Roma - L'appartamento é molto accogliente, confortevole e comodo.

- Dana (8/5): All in all, it was good enough. - There was almost everything you need. Some small details could be fixed: the hota in the kitchen does not function, the wire of the shower is too short, the washing mashine was out of order, the distance to city center is long.

Man braucht ca. 30 Minuten ins Zentrum.

- Tasha (10/5): great cozy apartment with a stunning view - A surprisingly great cozy apartment with a stunning view of San Pietro. Beautiful terraces. There’s a receptionists downstairs (during working hours) . Nice shops and cafes are located nearby. The apartment is not very close to the city center, but with a public transport pass, getting around is not a problem. The area is green and has good infrastructure. There’s also a small lift if climbing stairs is difficult.
- Fabiana (10/5): Exceptional -

- Jennifer (9/5): Superb -

- Ioan (6/5): Great Location, but Some Disappointments - While the apartment boasts a fantastic location close to the Vatican and a bus station, our overall experience fell a bit short of expectations. The stunning view of the Vatican at sunrise and the warmth of the owner were definitely highlights, but there were a few inconveniences that impacted our stay.
Positive Highlights:
Clean and tidy location near major attractions
Beautiful view of the Vatican all day but especially at sunrise.
Very kind and accommodating owner doing the best to satisfied the guests. Elevator Challenges: The charming old elevator, with its manual doors, only reaches the 4th floor, while our apartment was on the 5th. This made carrying our luggage a bit more challenging than anticipated.
Neighborly Issues: We encountered some unfriendly neighbors who seemed less than welcoming to tourists. One particular incident after midnight was a bit jarring when a neighbor called the intercom asking us to close the elevator door because he was feeling "tired."
Conclusion:
Despite the lovely aspects of this stay, the elevator situation and the neighborly interactions left us feeling a bit unsettled. The owner did offer a very modest compensation for the inconvenience, which we appreciated. Overall, while this accommodation has its merits, I would recommend it with some caution for those looking for a peaceful and comfortable experience in Rome.
- Lindsey (10/5): Lovely apartment in quiet neighbourhood close to the Vatican city - We loved the roof terrace, it caught the sun all afternoon which was great as we went at the start of August so very very hot for exploring the city in the afternoon. There is air conditioning in the apartment so it never got too hot inside. Martina was easy to contact and helpful. Everything in the apartment was perfect. It was quite far from the centre attractions in Rome but there is public transport that will take you to the centre.
- Filip (6/5): Could be perfect with a little bit of fixing up. - The apartment looks really nice and comfy, a bit small, but enough room for a short stay. Really comfy bed.
The manager Martina was super friendly and nice, always reachable.
The terrace is phenomenal, the chairs are comfy and sturdy (I weight 110kg).
Excellent view from the living room window.
The AC works just fine, even cooling the appartment when set to 25⁰C.
Good lighting and a bunch od lamps for a cozy stay. Entering was like a reverse escape room, cleaning staff didnt leave the key to enter, so we had to contact the manager.
To enter, you need internet, which is not always available if you're a tourist.
* everything looks functional, but half of it isn't, e.g.
- The washing machine doesn't work.
- There is a coffee "machine", but its a moka pot, PLUS there are induction plates and you cant heat up the Moka pot on it...
- We only got 1 set of worn down and a bit torn towels, per person for 4 days (3 nights)
- The terrace would look nicer with a small cabinet for all the cleaning stuff.
- 2 rolls od toilet paper for 2 people during 4 days.
- there was no holder for the soap in the bathroom, either get liquid soap or put a holder.
- only few electrical sockets (maybe get one extender with multiple sockets and run it near the bed).
- Small elevator, holds max 2 people, and maybe a small suitcase.
- James (10/5): Beautiful views over the vatican - The views were amazing. Waking up to watch the sunrise over the top of the vatican city was beautiful.
The apartment is well appointed, and has a nice homely feel to it. The washing machine wasn't working when we stayed which was unfortunate, but not a huge issue. Also the air-conditioning, we couldn't turn it any further down than 25 degrees, I'm sure if we had reached out to the owners they could have informed us how to change this. But overall a great apartment with great views and at a good price point in a good location from the vatican.
- Pratik (9/5): Good - Location of this property is great. Bus stops is just besides the building. Vatican City is just 20 min walk. So many eatery shops are there so quite convinient. Small kitchen was also there so you can cook your own breakfast and enjoy it while sitting at small balcony. Bed was not confortable since it was like an old furniture there.
- Xiaodong (8/5): Very good -
- Utku (10/5): Perfect - The place was really comfortable. It is a safe place as well. You feel like you are at your own home. Also the host is really helpful. Easy to communicate. I highly recommend this place.
- Angelicaschou (9/5): Superb - Great apartment with amazing view of the city.
- Katherine (9/5): Perfect apartment for couples with incredible views of the city. - The property was a perfect size for my partner and me. The views were incredible- we loved going on the balcony to have a drink and listening to music. The bed was very comfortable and the apt was equipped with AC, making the stay even more enjoyable. There were no forks in the kitchen and had to buy some more toilet paper as the property only had two rolls. Other than that it was perfect!
- Natalie (6/5): Pleasant -
