Es hiess das das Babybett gratis inbegriffen ist, als wir nachgefragt haben, hiess es plötzlich das es nicht kostenfrei sei, obschon wir mit Screenshots belegen konnten, dass wir im Recht sind, nicht mal mit diesen kam man uns entgegen und auch Booking.com interessiert es nicht, dass wir verarscht wurden!

• steven (8/5): Beautiful apartment in great location! - Lovely apartment. Great location. The stairs to get up to it were so steep and narrow! Especially when carrying luggage! Not enough blankets and mattress was hard as a rock.

• Marine (1/5): I found a scary bug - The property was nice and well located The last night, I saw a tiny bug crawling on the bed sheets, I took a picture before crushing it. I will not name it but you can see the zoomed photo attached and judge by yourself. I contacted the staff and they were not reassuring about it, first they they told me it was a mosquito larva wich doesn’t make sense, 10 days later I’m still waiting for their « report » about the bug investigation

Pedí por booking un número de WhatsApp porque con número internacional se me dificulta llamar y me respondieron de manera rápida y contestan en el minuto cualquier pregunta. Eso se valora Está a 10 minutos caminando de la catedral, a pesar que esa calle específicamente es silenciosa alrededor es movido y es muy seguro. Me encantó el estilo rústico del departamento, está muy lindo y acogedor. Si vuelvo a Florencia, volveré. Todo me gustó pero a la gente q le interese la ducha, no viene con mucha potencia pero me imagino que es por cuidar el agua en esos lugares. Igual, por mi todo estuvo excelente.
• Ines (10/5): Will 10000% book again - Perfect location. Everything was near. Very clean as well. A lot of facilities in the house! There is nothing I didnt like about the property.
• stamloup (9/5): Πόλη όμορφη διαμονή - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν όμορφο, μοντέρνο και καλά εξοπλισμένο. Δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα. Η τοποθεσία ήταν τέλεια. Στο κέντρο της ιστορικής πόλης. Η είσοδος του σπιτιού που στεγαζόταν το διαμέρισμα θα μπορούσε να ήταν πιο περιποιημένη.

• Claire (10/5): Lovely apartment. Would stay there again. - Great location. Very well-equipped and nicely decorated flat. We particularly appreciated the welcome pack in the kitchen - dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, oil sachets, coffee, tea-bags and the like.

• Brian (9/5): Love the location. Near historical attractions, stores, and good restaurants. - Loved the location. Surrounded by plenty of histoical buildings, Churches and museums within easy walking distance. The People were so very nice, very kind and tolerant of my bad Itialian ;). The apartment was clean and everything we needed was there. We could have used a washing machine but made out ok. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room. Very safe place. We never worried about security. Coffee provided was nice too! Everything was actually very nice. the ONLY very minor problem was waiting 20 minutes for door access. A very nice bottle of wine was presented for the minor inconvience. There was some remodelling in the apartment below but the noise did not interfere with our visit, as we were gone most of the day. Steep narrow stairs. Had to be careful.
• Caroline (6/5): Great location, not so comfortable - The location was absolutely fabulous. On the door step of the Santa Croce church. We spent a lot of time in the Piazza and wandering around the neighbourhood. It was easy to walk anywhere from here, and felt very safe. Well equipped kitchen with enough dishwasher tablets to last the stay! Good chairs and a convenient table (we played cards on a night, so that was nice). Good looking apartment with a consistently hot shower. Very good curtains so it's still dark in the morning even though the sun is shining outside. Sadly, though the apartment looks great, it wasn't very comfortable. The sofa was dreadful (cushions sliding out as soon as you sat on them). The bed was hard as a rock, the pillows were lumpy. My partner was calling her pillow a sack of potatoes. Though the shower was nice and hot, the fixture doesn't allow for you to actually stand under it (as it tilts down towards the wall) so you have to hold the shower head in your hand to wash. Finally, the noise was incredible. I don't know if people who live in the building were purposefully banging around because they don't like it being rented out, but there was door slamming, banging, and loud noises at every hour of the night. I'm open to staying in places with some noise (I don't mind an earplug) but this was crazy. If you managed to get to sleep, you were jolted awake every hour. Especially farcical when the rules of the apartment state that quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM.
• Apirat (8/5): Very good - The apartment was clean and comfortable. Location is super great and in the central of Florence. Full equipped with kitchen equipment. There have no elevator and apartment was on the second floor. Not suitable for the group with 28" inch luggages. Sofa bed just litter too soft ,

• Vassilis (9/5): Nice stay in the city center - The location was unbeatable . The apartment was really beautiful, located in an old typical building of Florence. Brand new renovation ,comfortable bathroom . The mattress on the sofa- bed was very soft and not very comfortable. In order to get in you have to climb a narrow staircase on the 2nd floor. I can understand that is typical for the area but it was difficult to climp with the luggage of 23kg.

Steep narrow stairs, too soft/dipping sofa bed, noisy street in the night, hear walking people on apartment upstairs, my son woke up scared with steps sound of somebody walking in the apartment above.

We would like to return at check in, when I was calling to the host, it was not clear what s/he was saying, either in Italian or English. I asked neighbor for assistance.

• Rebecca (7/5): Good - Great location within short walking distance to historical sites. Although located on a fairly small street it was incredibly noisy throughout the night on the street side. Adequately furnished but lacking in tea towels, kitchen paper and toilet paper. No washing machine even though plenty of space for one. This would be very useful for visitors.
• Tatiana (8/5): Amazing apartment very well located - Beautiful apartment, nicely decorated, top location. The beds were not comfortable for us (neither sofa bed nor bedroom)
• Aliz (9/5): Great value, super central, lovely flat - Amazing location, everything is easily walkable. The apartment was just the right size for our family of 3. Had everything we needed, including AC that worked well in the crazy heat. Check in was smooth, though impersonal. Check out was at 10am and a cleaner showed up right on the dot which was a little uncomfortable as we were still unloading luggage. The bed in the bedroom was not great - it is rock hard and actually two twins pushed together. I don’t think it would cost much to get a decent mattress. And I would caution anyone with mobility issues as the stairs up to the flat are pretty precipitous. We were absolutely fine, even with our 3 year old. But I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone with mobility issues or those unable to lug their heavy luggage up steep, narrow stairs.

• Anna (8/5): Great stay in Florence - Great location, comfortable apartment and the host waa easily contactable and helpful. It was easy to explore the city centre and we enjoyed our stay. Noisy neighbors upstairs (there was a lot of noise late in the evening) and it was difficult to sleep on one out of three nights. Also the pillows are very thin and flat, would be good to have a couple different options.
• Robert (5/5): Could have been better. - The location was good. The amount of space in the apartment was good. The bed was the most uncomfortable one I have ever used. The pillows were as flat as pancakes. We were only supplied with one bath towel each to use for our entire 12 night stay. The cleaners obviously never hoover under furniture, is was very dusty.
• Donna (6/5): Lovely property but need better comms from staff - Lovely apartment in a lovely location. The shower was not good at all - it needs a handy man to look at it. It barely stays up. The power went off one morning and there was no way reach staff, even when going through their emergency line. Apparently it happens all the time - not great when you have a family with a baby with no power or hot water.

• Vitalii (9/5): Superb - The apartment is with a very good location and you can walk to many of the sightseeing, no need of public transport. There are many restaurants in the area and grocery shop. Nice and good furnished apartment. Drain in sink and shower was not draining well
• Nicolas (8/5): Apartment in Excelente location! - The company that host the property was amazing. Very helpful, very kind and looking for ways to exceed our experience. They even helped getting a taxi on the day we left. The location was perfect/. Walking distance to everything. Kids loved the apartment. The mattress on the principal bedroom. Bed is too hard. When you are traveling and want a good rest, you NEED a comfy bed. Pillows could be better as well.
