• Stephanie (9/5): Very nice and cozy apt. - The place was very nice and clean. I went with a family of 5. There was plenty of space for my family and I. Super close to Vatican City and plenty of restaurants around. There are marts around to buy items to eat and drink. There were scooters and bikes around through Lime. Those are easy to use to get around. Otherwise Uber is good to use. The location of the apartment is further from Central Rome.

Zona super servita, negozi, locali e ristoranti. Il proprietario super accogliente e super disponibile durante tutto il viaggio, grazie sig. Cesare !

• Peter (9/5): Great value apartment on a convenient location - Nice apartment with 2 bathrooms (incl showers). We received a warm welcome by Cesare upon arrival. After some formalities (cash payment of tourist tax and copies of passports) Cesare gave us a tour through the apartment and some nice restaurant tips in the area. Check-out was also very friendly and flexible. Apartment was clean and suits all needs for a city-trip. Located conveniently close to a metro station ('Cipro', approx 450m, 10-20 min by metro to centro storico), a 15 min walk from the vatican museum. The price-quality ratio is excellent, and I would definitely stay here again Cash payment of tax and copies of passports feels a bit shady.

• Kei (10/5): Very pleasant. - Clean room, nice location. A host who is willing to go extra miles for his guest. When we had to go to the Fiumicino airport very early in the morning, he booked a public taxi for us, so we could avoid the risk of riding in a untrustworthy taxi. My friend told me that the laundry machine was not working. Otherwise, it was perfect.
• Juan (10/5): Very good and convenient option for group travelin - Very big, spacious and well organized apartment. We were 7 staying at the apartment and it was super comfortable. It has all the appliances needed, kitchen with tools, coffee machine, dishwasher, even washing machine. The place is close to the metro (less than 10 min Walking) and supper accesible. Cesare help us with the reservation of a van from and for the airport and it was extremely convenient. Thanks a lot Cesare and surely if coming back we will be glad to stay back here.

The accommodation was very comfortable with all amenities. Complete apartment with a beautiful terrace and an elevator to the 7th floor. Quiet location near the metro, downstairs in the building a supermarket close to the Vatican. Great price and performance ratio. Thank you for your hospitality Cesare
