• Kacper (10/5): Przestronne, wygodne mieszkanie ze świetną lokalizacją zaraz przy Watykanie ze spokojną okolicą. - To był bardzo udany tydzień w Rzymie, szczególne dlatego, że apartament okazał się być bardzo wygodny, przestronny, czysty i świetnie zlokalizowany. Bardzo pomocny był też Pan gospodarz Francesco, który był bardzo opiekuńczy i zarekomendował nam bardzo dobre restauracje w okolicy apartamentu! Dodatkowy plus za plynną komunikację po angielsku! Trudno jest mi się do czegoś przyczepić, ale jedna rzecz która okazała się uciążliwa to głośny wentylator w jednym z pokojów z pojedyńczym łóżkiem. Utrudniało to sen.

• Ester (10/5): Ampio e signorile appartamento in zona Prati - La casa è davvero molto bella, signorile e spaziosa con 3 bagni adatta a gruppi/famiglie numerosi. La posizione è ottima a pochi minuti a piedi da Piazza San Pietro e il quartiere Prati è bello e pieno di locali per tutti i gusti. Ben servita dalla metropolitana.

• Kevyne (3/5): Katastrophale Unterkunft in guter Lage - Die Lage war gut, Petersdom und Engelsburg in 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war in einem desolaten Zustand. Sie hatte vor mehr als 30 Jahren bestimmt Charme, aber man muss auch etwas investieren, um das Schöne zu erhalten. Die Tapeten waren abgeranzt und so verdreckt, es lief an den Wänden das Kondenswasser der Klimaanlagen herunter. Die Betten waren teilweise durchgelegene Liegen, die Stühle und Sofas durchgesessen und kaputt, die Küche inkl. Kühlschrank sehr dreckig/klebrig und die Bäder- eigentlich nicht mehr nutzbar. Die Armaturen angelaufen und rostig, Wasser kam in einigen nur als Rinnsal, die Toilettenspülung ging in einem Bad fast gar nicht, im anderen mit viel Glück. Die Whirlpoolwanne war eine Zumutung zum Duschen, die Duschen in den anderen Bäder waren nicht besser. Ein Zimmer mit zwei Liegen hatte nicht mal Tageslicht, zwar ein Fenster, aber kein Licht. Auch die Lampe funktionierte nicht, aber zum Glück eine Stehlampe in der Ecke. Da war ein Rumpel-/Abstellraum hinter dem Fenster mit Boiler, Waschmaschine und Putzsachen… Nach kurzem Kontakt mit dem Vermieter kam nur als Antwort: It’s an historical palace ☺️ Ich hoffe, wir haben uns nichts eingefangen. Es ist uns ein Rätsel, wie hier eine Bewertung von 8,5 zustande kommt.
• Josha (8/5): Hele fijne mooie plek, ruim en heel prettig verblijf met meerdere personen of zoals wij met groot gezin! - Geweldig appartement, echte oude grandeur. Ligging ook heerlijk dichtbij alle bijzondere bezienswaardigheden! Is ook wat verouderd, waterdruk was ook niet optimaal.

• Ewa (10/5): Klimatyczne mieszkanie w doskonałej lokalizacji - Piękne mieszkanie w doskonałej lokalizacji, bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, świetne wyposażenie, w tym zmywarka i pralka ze środkami piorącymi. Byłoby super, gdyby były kosmetyki do kąpieli - było tylko mydło do rąk.

Muy bien de electrodomésticos, vajillas, etc Muy bien tambien de toallas, gel, papel y todo lo necesario para el aseo Necesitaria una reforma del empapelado que da regular impresion en algunos dormitorios y arreglo de algunas sillas. Pero en general muy bien.

• Anna (9/5): Gelungener Aufenthalt mit Arbeitskolleginnen - Sehr gute Lage, sehr viel Platz in der Wohnung, sehr guter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter.
• Gerard (8/5): Notre séjour s’est très bien passé dans cette belle ville - L’emplacement et très bel appartement Les matelas n’étaient pas très confortables et pas beaucoup de pression dans l’eau de la douche
• Marcina (8/5): Vatican house, no 7. - Brilliant location for vatican. Lots of space in the apartment. We were a group of 7. Big sofa's and 7 chairs around a large table. Traditional Italian style was pleasing inside and cosy with modern kitchen. Clean sheets and towels. It was a bit grubby in places. Curtains off their rails, tarnished taps. Showers jets not working. Hairdryers not working. Some quirky electrics. Bedspread covers/cushions not very clean. Needs some TLC and then it would be a magnificent apartment. A vast collection of old china in kitchen.

L'hôte répond rapidement à toutes les demandes et vient facilement jusqu'à l'appartement. La literie, les matelas sont un peu durs. La salle de bain principale n'a pas de douche. L'équipement de la cuisine n'est pas adapté au niveau de standing ni au nombre d'occupants : manque de verres, de couverts ..

• Ian (8/5): Nice and clean - The property was very good. The kitchen especially was well stocked if you were looking to cook. 1 of the rooms had what amounted to 'camp beds' (twins) whilst another had a settee style pull out bed. This wasn't what we expected. One of the twins had a slope so this was a tad uncomfortable. I can't say they were uncomfortable, but they weren't beds in the true sense. The only other factor to consider is the distance across the river to other points of interest. Factor in a good 20 minute walk and we are all fit 60 year olds. Not bad going out, but after a wine or two... The location however is ideally located for the Vatican and Castle Can't Angelo. The prices are a little cheaper around this district, so pro's and con's.

The manager is very responsive and good the bed was not comfortable and The seats in the living room were very old and unusable. There was no internet in the back rooms. There was no shampoo in the bathroom. The items in the kitchen were very old

• Duncan (7/5): Location excellent, with some small changes this apartment could be 5* - Location is excellent and positioned next to a lovely deli No tea towels, a kettle that only has enough water for 2 mugs at a time. Iron didn’t work and water for showers was temperamental heat wise

• Irina (10/5): Exceptional - I, my son and daughter, and our friends with children spent three days (two nights) in these apartments. Great location, five minutes from the Vatican, very clean, cozy, very friendly apartment managers. And the price is very reasonable for such apartments. The apartments are fully equipped and very spacious. 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms - very comfortable. The beds are comfortable. The host was helpful upon check-in and gave us great recommendations on local attractions and the best way to get between them. We recommend these apartments to everyone. And if possible, we will try to stay in these apartments on our next visit to Rome.
• Kevin (7/5): Spacious and elegant Prati apartment could use some updates. - Spacious and elegant classic Rome apartment. Close to the Vatican, a wide variety of dining and shopping options in immediate vacinity. Lots of busses to Centro nearby and 10 minute walk to the Metro. Communications timely and cordial. Arrangements for airport pickup and apartment access easy and effective. 4th floor with elevator. Quiet building with operable modern windows and good daylight. A great value for a large group. The condition of the seating furniture and bedding was detrimental to our group's experience. Such an elegant place deserves nice mattresses and couches. The only coffee making equipment was classic Italian stovetop expresso brewers. Honoring tradition is fine, but giving guests a more convenient alternative would be a simple and inexpensive addition. Some bathroom fixtures didn't work, showers leaked, water pressure limited. Updates to this apartment could easily make it 10 of 10.
• Dominik (7/5): Nice apartment near the Vatican - The apartment is very well located. It’s just a few meters from the Vatican. You can find many bars, restaurants and shops on the streets around. The bus stop is also very close and you can take the bus to the city center. The apartment is furnished with a very nice furnitufe. But I think many pieces should be changed. Beds are not comfortable, chairs in the dining room are broken, sofas are also old and not very comfy. One of the room have water heater next to the window from outside. It’s loud and disturbing.
• Rute (10/5): Exceptional - The house looks so beautiful and classy. Good house with many toilets and rooms! Perfect for big families or friends! The cleaning was not amazing. Specially the kitchen.

I wish there were more basic amenities, lik - Location was good, but was a little bit out-of-the-way from a metro. The cleanliness of the house was pristine. Everything about the property was amazing except there was none to very basic amenities provided. There wasn’t even soap for the showers, and I don’t remember seeing even pepper to cook with.

The Apartment looks good in the photos however, the fridge doesn't work properly. The 2 single beds are very poor. Noisy exhaust fans, cupboard hinges broken, and the Wi-Fi is basically useless.
• Diane (6/5): While we liked the location, we all struggled to sleep on the rock hard beds. - The location was good. It was spacious. Beds were rock hard. There were zero toiletries even though they advertised as so. Not even a kitchen towel. One shower was coffin like it was so small.

• Simon (8/5): Large size apartment with very good location! Worth the price - Very good location, 15mins walk to Valtican city. Convenient store just downstairs next door. Apartment size is big. Bathroomware are little bid old, probably drain needs to be cleaned. water pressure is a bit small. But we can understand it is and old building.

• Ovashkulat (9/5): Location cannot be better! - Location, location and location!!! It just cannot be aby better: Vatican and Sant Angelo literally less then 10 mns walk. The flat is very spacious. Lots of decent and not too expensive restaurants around. Many food shops just a few minutes walk. The hosts quickly addressed an issue we raised. An underground garage 5-mnt walk from the apartment at 25 euro/night. Antic furniture and some other items require some really minor but vital fixing / care to make them last.

• David (9/5): Excellent location and beautiful apartment - Brilliant location, easy check in, lovely apartment, the photos aren't exaggerating, it's large and beautifully furnished. All these are minor points easily outweighed by the positives but - only one set of door keys, the cutlery draw was broken, there are only large saucepans, it's a flat with people below so if you make any significant noise, with us children running around, they complain, the details ask for a security deposit but they don't want it so we took out an extra 200 euros we didn't need.
• Craig (8/5): Very good - Beautiful apartment great location. Some of the curtains were falling down. The wall paper was brown and dirty. We would have loved to cook more in the apartment but the pots and pans were old. The coffee maker was for one person, so we had to use it six times for coffee for six. Frying pans, everything we cooked stuck to the pans. Omelettes became scrambled eggs. The sofas did look tired, not like the images.

• Michaella (10/5): absolutely fantastic. great location. would definitely stay again! - it was fully equipped. very spacious. 4 bedrooms having 3 bathrooms was very handy. the beds were comfortable the location was excellent. the host was really helpful during check in and gave us great restaurant recommendations and arranged a transfer service to and from the airport. the shower in the 3 bathroom was a bit cold and wasn’t very strong. also there was a loud machine noise in the 3rd bedroom coming from outside that was a bit disruptive. it seems to only come on in the middle of the night but it is quite loud without earplugs.
