• Svetlana Izakson (9/5): - Квартира находится в полуподвальном этаже, но большая и чистая. Есть все необходимое!!! Стиральная и посудомечная машины. Удобная кровать в спальне, диван в салоне. Персонал замечательный, мы получили все необходимое!!! Месторасположение тоже очень удобное, рядом остановка трамвая и автобусов , едущих в центр. На трамвае 15 мин и вы на Народной площади. Рядом естрестораны, пекарня, супермаркеты. Нам понравилось!!! Единственный минус немного темновато и сыровато из-за полуподвала. Но это не было проблемой. Зимой квартира отапливается.

• Hesam (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic space, very clean. Great location away from the hustle and bustle and still easy to commute to the centre. Buses and the trams right across the road. The two coffee shops (left upon door exit) were great, non-tourist prices and authentic.
• Emily (10/5): Thoughtful comfortable stay that allows dogs - This friendly basement apartment was very well thought out. For a kitchenette, they had tons of equipment that we had everything we needed. They even provided little extras like some slippers and dog beds for the pups. Everything was very well thought through. I liked the apartment complex. It was not in a popular tourist destination, but the transportation options right across the street were excellent. Additionally, you get to experience a few more local places. I had the most incredible gelato right around the corner. Better than anything in the historic district and less expensive!

• O'donovan (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was really comfortable, clean and had everything you needed in the kitchen. The apartment is very easy to reach from Rome and is on the doorstep of the Mancini tram stop. Emannuele, the host was very respectful and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Nearby to shops. Nothing really. The shower cibicle is a little.small and could benefit from having a holder tray for.shampoo etc in the shower cubicle
• Tamara (10/5): Exceptional - A beautiful experience. The apartment is perfectly clean. There is a public transport near the apartment and it is very quick to reach the center of Rome. The owners are very friendly and always available. We will gladly recommend a stay in this apartment. Only that we could not stay longer in Rome.
• Idoia (10/5): Great experience to visit Rome. - Emanuele was very kind with us. Our flight qas delayed ad he waited very patient. At home we had everything we needed. It was very clean. The public transport to the centre is in front of the center. You can take the tram to Piazza Popolo and then metro to the main places of the city (included Termini satation). There are restaurants and supermarket near to the appartment. It is in the floor -1 so there is no natural light.
• Valeriia (5/5): it’s ok for the price - clean, basic stay, kitchen when I left it was tricky to leave the key on the table as I need to open one more door outside. location is near the stadium and it was a football match when I arrived, lot of roads were closed at night to get back and slso lot of people around
