• MADDALENA SERAFINI (9/5): 2 giorni da sola a milano - Posizione fantastica, stanza nuova al settimo piano di un palazzo milanese di porta Venezia, con portiere disponibilissimo anche a tenere la valigia l'ultimo giorno.. Stanza e bagno nuovissimi gli spazi piccoli sono saggiamente utilizzati e sembra più grande di quel che é.. La chicca è il lucernario con lo sgabellino x guardare in lontananza il duomo.. Difficile trovare una pecca..

• Inna (10/5): - По перше локація, чистота комфортна студія( тепло в порівнянні з іншими апартаментами, в Мілані взагалі 19* то норма,,, багато хто навіть не вмикає опалення! ) Тут все працювало- батарея, бойлер, WiFi , кондиціонер- все зручно! Марко був на зв’язку 24/7- це неймовірно зручно враховуючи що я в Мілані не на відпочинку, а по по роботі! Дякую йому за допомогу) наступного разу я зупинюсь тут знову! -

• shiki (8/5): - とにかく衛生的でキレイ。ゲストハウスとしては最高に快適、。海外で初めてゲストハウスでお手軽な値段で泊まるなら、ドゥ━モ聖堂からも近いしオススメです。ホテルではないのでただ泊まるだけの部屋がある施設なのですがすぐ近くな食べれる所はたくさんあるので問題ありません。ただ門番のスタッフさんがいて、鍵の開けしめなど教えてくれないので部屋に 入れるのに苦労した

• Malko (5/5): Bad but could be worse... - Basic room but lacking facilities, no cooking, no cutlery, no fridge, the one mini bar is not working... it's really bare minimum and for the price it's not enough... a bit far from everything, bed is unconfortable, shower is very limited time, as the balloon gets cold very quickly... no cutlery...

• Lisa (10/5): Excellent price. Excellent location. - OMG. Location, Location, Location. The rate I paid here was great and I was smack in the middle of fashion week. The subway is across the street. There are restaurants, pharmacy, etc. on the block. It was very clean and simple. No problems with the internet and views of central Milan. 1.5 blocks to the fashion district. It looks like its far away from everything on the map but its not al all. I loved all the old architecture and you will not hear a sound from anyone ever. There is stairs and a small elevator. Its great for one or two people. I did come at the end of fashion week and there were models, parties everywhere blocking traffic but you do not need a car in Milan. A $13 - 3 day pass for the subway will get you everywhere. Its a little smaller than it looks in the pictures but it was also slightly nicer than it looks in the pictures. For some reason I thought it had a tiny kitchen but it does not. They did have a coffee maker but I couldn't figure out where to plug it in and theres 3 coffee bars across the street all of them wonderful. I walked around alone day and night and had no problems. I saw one homeless man, once and he was dressed better than me. If he had have had shoes on I would have probably tried to hit on him. I did leave the windows open at night which was a mistake because tiny mosquitos got in that I could never find but they bit me every night everywhere that wasn't under the blankets. mainly my hands and face. *I am particularly fair skinned and a bug delicacy everywhere I go. They reminded me of the no-see-uhms in Hawaii.
• Attallah (10/5): Perfect location - Perfect location - about 15 mins walk from main square or 2 stops on the metro (metro station about 3 mins walk away). Perfect sized room, very modern, good a/c - basically everything you'd want for a long weekend in milan. Great food places around - I'd multiple places in a 12 mins walk radius. Owner very accommodating and helpful! Highly recommend and what use again when back in milan Nothing
• Jesse (10/5): Good location to base yourself in Milan - Very clean, good air conditioning, great space for one traveller. Bathroom fantastic too I struggled to find a restaurant close by. However that meant I explored more.
• Goknil (8/5): Very good - The apartment was very central and close to every historic landmarks of the city. Guglielmo who contacted me to show the place was very kind and welcoming. We had an issue at the first day of check in, it was the apartment was not the ready next guest who was me 😅 but the problem was solved quickly. Otherwise it was very nice to stay in short term.
• Linda (9/5): Superb - Marco is very friendly with good English and excellent communication. He always replys promptly. The location is very convenient. About 150m to Metro stop and you can go anywhere easily by it. The room is newly renovated and is clean and quiet. Will stay next time to Milan.

Moreover, it is a great experience to stay in a brand new and modern room in one traditiinal building of Milan. Than, the cortesy and availability of the owner and some free ameneties as water and coffee must be recognized.
• Chiara (9/5): hidden gem on the roof - the little flat is nested in the most elegant and hysterical centre of Milan. Few steps from everywhere, many cafees, restaurants and shops just around and a supportive sense of safety coming back home even late in the evening/nigh. the only thing I’d like to suggest is a big mirror just to check if everything is fine from the shoes to the outfit and hair before moving you pace in one of the most fashionable city of the world where everyone pays attention to a touch of style

• John (10/5): Exceptional - Location brilliant. Two very nice cafes across the road. Metro close by. Duomo and other sites of interest close by, either walk or metro. There was not anything, not to like about this property or location. Milan is a great place to visit and having the right place to stay makes a trip so more pleasant. I guess there is always something not to like, but in this case that would be picky.

• Maria (10/5): fantastic host and great property to stay in. - the property in in the centre of Milan in a very nice street reminds me of Oxford street in London in a walking distance from all the attractions, very clean and cozy, and Guglielmo is a fantastic host, very attentive to details, texting me everyday asking if I needed anything, and I did ask him for a late check out which he was very comfortable with. the room is spacious with nice bathroom, everything is in the room, little fridge stacked with water bottles for me, coffee machine with coffee buds and a kettle wihich I used coz I like my Nescafé. the building is very safe surrounded with cafes and Bars, supermarket is 5 minutes walk. and it’s a 100m from Palestro tube station. all in all I had the best accommodation really great value for money especially its very pricey in Milan. nothing really

• Vidur (9/5): Fantastic location - 150m to the Palestro station on the M1 line. Walking distance to everything! - Marco was the consummate host - there was a taxi strike on the day I arrived in Milan, and I only managed to arrive at the apartment at 10 pm! He very kindly arranged for someone to meet me and give me the keys at that late hour. Very much appreciated this! He also checked in with me to see if everything was OK with the apartment. Would be nice to have an ironing board (the iron was provided), as well as a small microwave oven.
