O apartamento é espaçoso, a decoração é linda, a varanda da cozinha é deliciosa. A gente se sente ao mesmo tempo em casa e num filme. Lorenzo é um host excepcional, sempre pronto para responder quaisquer dúvidas, ele de fato é tudo o que se lê a seu respeito. Recomendo fortemente! Não tem absolutamente nada de que eu não tenha gostado. Só não dei nota máxima para a localização porque, apesar de o apartamento ser super bem localizado, há que se caminhar una 25 minutos para se chegar ao centro histórico, e, na volta, há uma pequena subida. Quando se caminha 20.000 passos em um dia, pode ser cansativo voltar a pé, mas não é nada que desabone este estupendo Airbnb. Se um dia voltar a Firenze, ficarei lá novamente.

A házigazda egy üveg finom borral fogadott minket és elbűvölően kedves volt. Pár perc sétára van kiváló pizzéria, étterem, fagyizó, pékség, cukrászda...minden. Busszal vagy akár gyalog is elérhető az összes híres múzeum, templom, egyebek, pl. a Boboli-kert. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, mindent köszönünk!

Literie pas top. Draps trop petits, couteaux qui ne coupent pas. La cuisine pas très bien équipée. Un seul torchon de vaisselle pour 5 jours. Eau chaude capricieuse dans la douche. Une des chambres donne sur la rue et les poubelles sont juste en face de la chambre. Deux matins à 5 h30 nous avons eu droit au vidage de poubelles très bruyant pendant 5 à 6 minutes.
• Beryl (10/5): Comfortable, clean and well equipped - The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Location was very good, near a street full of local shops and cafes. About a 20 to 30 minutes walk to the historic centre of Florence or there was a nearby bus stop. Just tap your credit card when you get on the bus. There is an entrance to the Boboli Gardens nearby, a great way to spend a few hours. The host, Lorenzo, was very friendly and helpful.

Il proprietario, sig. Lorenzo, è una persona estremamente cordiale e disponibile: tutto è stato davvero impeccabile. Il giardino esterno è bellissimo e non vediamo l’ora di tornare in primavera. Nous avons fait le chemin à pied ( 20 min pour aller au centre) bon oui on y est venu pour le marathon , sinon il existe des lignes de bus . Le quartier est calme et typiquement italien . La vue de la terrasse vers les cyprès environnants est une chance ! Lorenzo est incroyablement sympathique car il a pris le temps de nous donner plein de bonnes adresses du quartier et de répondre à nos questions ! Rien ,

• Kerstin (10/5): Super Lage und sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht - Die Lage von Greenhouse ist perfekt: nicht im Trubel, aber nahe genug an allem dran und trotzdem ruhig. Alles, Restaurants, Cafés, Metzger usw., ist in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Außerdem ist man auf der südlichen Seite des Arno, wo es abends am meisten Spaß macht auszugehen. Das Oltrarno und San Frediano sind klasse! Lorenzo, der Gastgeber, kommuniziert hervorragend, schnell und immer hilfreich. Wir kamen später als geplant, weil der Zug hängenblieb. Daraufhin bekamen wir kurzerhand einen Selfcheckin und eine Flasche Wein auf den Tisch… Auch die Tipps usw. sind hilfreich. Die Küche ist prima ausgestattet. Auch wenn wir dieses Mal nicht selbst gekocht haben, so ist das nennenswert, da wir oft andere Erfahrungen mit der Küchenausstattung gemacht haben. Wir haben die Wohnung geliebt, vor allem den obersten Stock mit seinen Schrägen und der Dachterrasse, die sogar einen seitlichen Blick zum Palazzo Vecchio hat. Danke - bis zum nächsten Mal!

Statia de autobuz este la 5 minute , iar in zona centrala se poate ajunge pe jos in 20 minute. Proprietarul a tinut tot timpul legatura cu noi . Ne-a trimis indicatii despre cum sa ajungem la locatie , ne-a predat personal cheile , ne-a ajutat cu recomandari si linkuri pentru transport tren , autobuz si restaurante. -
• Joaquín (10/5): - El apartamento es genial. Bien ubicado, limpio, climatizado y cómodo, además cuenta con dos habitaciones y todo lo necesario de menaje de hogar. Puedes llegar al centro histórico andando en 15' o bien en transporte público que está justo en Porta Romana. Alrededor hay cafeterías, restaurantes y pastelerías a las que van los propios residentes. Aunque lo mejor de todo, sin duda, es Lorenzo, muy atento y amable, nos recomendó sitios para comer (buena comida y buen precio al que acuden los residentes) transporte público, sitios para aparcar y lo imprescindible de visitar. Cuando vuelva a Florencia, Greenhouse será mi primera opción.
• Rostislav (9/5): - Best hospitality and punctuality by Lorenzo & Lorenzo ! The size of the apartment, very nice views from all the windows, fresh air and quite area. The location is perfect for good walkers. Maybe it's the time to upgrade the matrasses in the main bedroom.

• OAK SUN (7/5): 피렌체의 겉고 속 - 흠~로렌초가 우리를 맞아줬어요. 환영 와인도 준비했더라고요. 감사했습니다.도착 전 안내도 아주 친절하게 해줬고, 구글지도 첨부해줘서 숙소도 쉽게 찾았습니다. 난방은 정말 잘 돼서 따뜻하게 잘 잤어요. 필요한 게 있어서 로렌초에게 연락하면 바로 채워줬습니다. 세탁기도 있어서 잘 사용했어요 청소상태가 정말 부족했어요. 탁자 위에는 묵은 먼지가 쌓여있고, 바닥청소도 안 돼 있었어요. 정화조 냄새인지, 아침이면 냄새 때문에 머리가 아플 정도예요. 개수대 물도 새더라고요. 세탁기에서도 냄새가 났고요. 로렌초가 청소에 신경쓰면 좋겠습니다.
• Aileen (10/5): Beautiful apartment - Beautifully decorated in a classic modern design. Terrace overlooking quiet gardens and small sheltered rooftop terrace with furniture. Greeted personally by lorenzo who gave us lots of information about Florence including taxis and restaurants. We had two bedrooms and two shower rooms. Good quality fittings. Excellent shower. Coffee machine and pods. Washing machine. Beautiful quiet area with a 15-20 minute walk to the main town. Would highly recommend. Very hard to find anything wrong this apartment was beautiful. Would say that the stairs to the upper bathroom and terrace may be tricky for some but for us not an issue.

• Nicola (10/5): Fabulous! - Gorgeous apartment, well equipped, very clean, comfy beds and gorgeous little garden with seating. Great location, 30 mins walk to the centre or East to get on public transport. The two Lorenzos were both great, easy to communicate with and gave us lots of info on the area, places to eat, gelatarias, buses, and things to see. Fabulous!! Nothing, liked it all!
• clover (10/5): Fantastic apoartment. Very spacious. Great location. Wonderful host - Flat was spacious and very clean. Two balcony’s so able to have some outside space with very little noise. Location was excellent. Quiet residential area but very close to cafes and restaurants and bus stops. Porto Romano very close and walk to ponto vecchio is approx 20 mins past lots of interesting independent shops. Lorenzo is an excellent host, he met us to give us the keys, gave us a map of the city and explained where things were and how to get there. He also gave us restaurant recommendations and lots of other useful information and was available for queries throughout the stay if needed. Flat was very comfortable. However one of the balcony’s and the sitting room needed to be accessed through a bedroom. Not an issue for us and also still access to the kitchen(with a table and chairs) and a balcony.

• Helen (9/5): - We had a lovely 5 night stay in Greenhouse. The location of the apartment was in a lovely residential street away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Took us 20/25 mins to walk to the Ponte Vecchio. Lorenzo our host was lovely. He greeted us when we arrived showed us everything in the apartment and also left out a map which recommendations of where to visit and places to eat. Also left us with a bottle of red wine. The apartment was two good sized doubles with plenty of storage. The kitchen was well equipped with a lovely balcony with two chairs and a small table to enjoy your morning cuppa or a wine at night.

• Jessica (9/5): We had a wonderful stay in Greenhouse in Florence! - We (family of 4) had a wonderful stay in Greenhouse in Florence and can only recommend the flat. Lorenzo was so nice and accommodating. He had many suggestions for good restaurants or where to get the best ice cream and he even gave us a marked map. The flat is cosy and in a quiet neighbourhood but not too far from the city centre. There was everything we needed for making breakfast or cooking dinner (except groceries of course). The beds were exceptionally comfy and the garden is just beautiful. We are still so happy we stayed in Greenhouse. There is nothing we missed or that stood out negatively.

• Meredith (10/5): Beautiful flat - Beautiful flat in a lovely area of town south of the river, right by the Boboli gardens. My flat had a cute balcony with a table, where I spent the mornings with a coffee and the evenings with a glass of wine. The kitchen was well equipped and had a kettle. Someone met me at the flat to show me around, and collect the city tax and passport photo. The owner was also very easy to talk to via WhatsApp text There was a tourist map and a nice bottle of white wine. Noise from flat above could be heard clearly

Airco in het appartement wat heeel fijn was bij de extreme hitte tijdens verblijf. Prettig ingericht, alles voorhanden. Super aardige & behulpzame hoast! Alles was perfect

Nous avons fait tout à pieds et c’était top ! Lorenzo est disponible et nous a donné des bonnes conseils et l’aide avec le parking 😊
• Hendrik (8/5): Authentic Florentin apartment with classic elements, walking distance from the city center. - The property was cosy and charming, with a lot of classic accents. It was walking distance (15 minutes from Palazzo Pitti and Ponte Vecchio) but outside the busier city center.
• Firfov (10/5): Excellent appartment in a very calm area, close to the city center - Very good location, close to Porta Romana, 25 minutes walk to the historic center of Florence and Ponte Vecchio. Very nice, green and calm neighborhood. Nice appartment, Lorenzo was a great host !! Fully recommended!!

• Denis (10/5): We had a great time in Florence and much of that was because of the fortunate choice of the fantastic accommodation. - The apartment was first class. It was spacious, comfortable, well maintained and furnished, and situated in a very nice area. Lorenzo the host provided clear information and a very friendly welcome. He was accessible and we felt that he was on hand should we need him. The only time we did was to help with booking a taxi and he was very helpful with that. The self catering facilities were great. WiFi was excellent. The apartment felt very safe. Access to the city centre - the cathedral- is an easy and pleasant walk of about 20 minutes. The bus routes are a few minutes away and easy to navigate. Overall an excellent choice, fully recommended. Nothing worth mentioning.

The apartment was lovely and homely and in a perfect location to walk or get the bus into central Florence. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. I would highly recommend this property especially for families. Nothing really, our stay was very pleasant.
• Natasha (10/5): We loved our time at the Greenhouse! We definitely recommend it! - Lorenzo was an incredible host! He was ready and waiting for us with keys, maps and a list of recommendations. He was responsive, helpful and always on call. We loved the area, just outside of the historic district on a lovely, leafy side street near cafes and gelaterias and shops. The property is very close to Boboli Gardens, which we recommend. The apartment is about a 10-15-minute walk outside the historic district and at night's end, it allows one to retreat to a safe, quiet area. The bedrooms felt very "Florence," with space and beauty. The kitchen was partially stocked, making it easy on our family! Nothing!
• Sheila (9/5): Clean and comfortable. - Cleanliness, friendly host. Main bathroom which was absolutely gorgeous was up steep stairs with no handrail at bottom. Also to access it you had to go through a bedroom. It wouldn't have been good for an elderly person. The other toilet which was also gorgeous situated downstairs was very small, you could hardly move in it. There was no comfortable seating area downstairs only a little area upstairs but to get to that you ad to go through someone's bedroom. A nice e touch with a welcoming bottle of wine from Lorenzo. Overall very nice, clean and comfortable.

We appreciated its lovely air conditioning with the heatwave. Beautifully renovated with kind attentive hosts. A lovely kitchen for a quiet night in and a cute balcony overlooking the garden for coffee or breakfast. We appreciated its laundry facilities and supplies provided. Everything for a special stay in amazing Florence slightly out from the bustle and crowds.

• Russell (10/5): Lorenzo, the host was exceptional. Great communication, service and prompt commutation at all times during our stay. He - This is the most beautiful apartment, in a quiet residential area of Firenze. Its location is close to the city centre, but also far enough away that it’s calm and where the locals live. The apartment is well setup, clean and tidy, with all the things you’d need for a longer stay including washing machine etc. Couldn’t fault it. A great choice for your stay in Firenze.

It’s located in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood, perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was our host, Lorenzo – one of the kindest and most welcoming people! He greeted us warmly, gave us fantastic recommendations, and explained everything we needed to know about getting around Florence. The house and garden are absolutely lovely, and the whole place feels like it’s been created with care and heart. We’re definitely coming back – thank you, Lorenzo, for everything!

I thoroughly enjoyed the walk to and from main area as the smell of the jasmine always made me smile by the apartment.. local amenities close by as well as a taxi rank.. We walked daily into the main area, this takes about 15 min at a good pace.. there are a few shops to look at along the way.. Lorenzo was a great source of information and avaliable when needed.. Overall we had a fabulous 👌 week in florence 💕🇮🇹 N/a
• Saeed (7/5): It was a pleasant stay with a very helpful host, a quiet location, and convenient amenities. - The host was very responsive and supportive throughout our stay, which made things much easier. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxation. We also enjoyed the nice backyard space. The kitchen was well-stocked with many complimentary items, which was a thoughtful touch and added to the convenience. The bed sheet was a bit too small and needed constant adjustment each day, which was inconvenient. In one of the rooms, I wasn't confident that the bed sheet was fully clean—though that might have been due to the lighting. Additionally, the type of blanket provided made it difficult to properly cover it with the sheet, which affected overall comfort. Additionally, the bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain or door, so water easily splashed into the toilet area, which made it hard to keep the floor dry.

• Nora (10/5): A wonderfully relaxing chilled out experience while visting a busy city - the apartment was in a lovely area surronded by beautiful green trees and beautiful old houses with walled gardens. It felf very safe and and quiet away the busty city, and yet a 20 minute walk and you were in the centre of Florence. They were lovely restarants nearby if you wanted to eat locallly and a bus stop near by if you didn.t want to walk. The host Lorenzo was so nice and accomodating. He was at the end of the phone should we need his help which was re assuring. The apartment itself was just like the pictures, beautifully furnished and lots of space. Perfect for 2 couples or a family. We really enjoyed our time there There was nothing we didn,t like
• Robert (10/5): Firstly Lorenzo is a first class host, super friendly, knowledgable and very welcoming - Lorenzo was waiting for us when we arrived, outstanding service... The property is literally a 10 minute walk from everything and is close to the South Gate of the city where evrything awaits you. It's in a residential area full of trees and jasmin... and is very clean, comfortable and you'll struggle to find a better place to stay in Florence. What's best is it's proxomity to evrything so as you can experience all that Florence has to offer, then slip quietly away to your own little sanctuary...

• Delia (9/5): A perfect stay in Florence. Our host was welcoming and very helpful. - The location for exploring the historical centre of Florence was perfect. It combined tranquility and accessibility. Access to a small garden added to our enjoyment. We eat long relaxing suppers outside enjoying the late sunshine. Unfortunately guests in the apartment above were noisy. They seemed to spend a lot of time rearranging the furniture!
• Cristina (9/5): A nice experience in Florence! - It has two big bedrooms and a lovely garden, where we drank coffee in the morning and some wine in the evening. It is very close to Porta Romana, the entrance in the old city. It was clean and the host was very friendly and helpful. It has a single bathroom, so it was a little bit uncomfortable for 4 adults on a longer stay.
