• Michel (1/5): Very BAD and disappointing experience. - Nothing The property is in very poor maintenance condition, the furniture cheap and shabby, the place is beyond noisy. No double glass windows to reduce the sound from very noisy street, neighbouring apartments very loud at any time of the night. The bed and matelas are very cheap and uncomfortable, linens and towels very cheap and overused. The shower was hard to operated, called the house manager 3 times he never replied.
• Lettitya (8/5): - It was very close to the duomo, which is pretty nice. The staff answered very quickly when we had a problem. You can hear in the morning and at night the stores closing/ opening. When we got there at 3pm, which is the check-in time, the cleaning hadn’t been done. Which I don’t think is normal since the check-out is at 10 am. The state it was left in was pretty disgusting. All the things that we are asked to do before leaving to maintain the place clean, hadn’t been done (trash everywhere, empty bottles in front of the windows, dirty dishes in the sink, dry pee in the bidet, etc) We got a fresh set of blankets and towels. But for the bigger blankets, we don’t know when’s the last time they were cleaned (as they were in the living room to begin with and simply put away in the bedroom)
• Priscila (7/5): - La ubicación excepcional, la cama muy cómoda y el apartamento en general muy bien, el sofá cama estaba abierto y preparado cuando llegamos y la verdad que tb muy cómodo , no había mucha ropa de cama y nos preocupamos pero los edredones super calentitos La calefacción la gestiona el edificio al parecer y cuando llegábamos por la noche hacia mucho frío en el apartamento y el agua caliente de la ducha tardaba tanto en llegar que al final nos lavamos en el bidet . Pero por tres días tampoco fue para tanto.
• Giorgia (5/5): - Sicuramente la posizione, centralissima a pochi minuti a piedi da Via Montenapoleone, San Babila e il Duomo.Ottima. La casa era sempre piacevolmente calda quando rientravamo la sera, anche se la mattina chiudevo tutte le valvole dei termosifoni. La pulizia e la cura. Polvere e laniccia soprattutto nella camera da letto, biancheria da letto macchiata, asciugamani che sapevano di cucinato, e poi dettagli tipo portasciugamani staccato dal muro lasciato penzolante, finestra del bagno con il legno che si sbriciola x via del vapore della doccia, manca proprio l'attenzione e la cura, peccato perchè ha un grandissimo potenziale. Molto rumoroso nel senso che gli inquilini del piano di sopra sembrava venissero giù da un momento all'altro, muri di cartapesta. Infine l'accesso sia dal portone principale che dalla porta dell'appartamento non proprio comodo.

• Dana (3/5): Milan less enjoyable then we would have liked - Location was great and apartment was a good size. This is for the owner as I hope you make some improvements for your future guests. The apartment was Smelly. Dirty stained floors. Cigarette burns on lounge furniture. White material bed head was stained and dirty from years of use. Washing machine had a broken detergent tray component. Very old air conditioner that did not work well, emitted a horrible smell and leaked on ceiling. Does not reflect photos. It’s been a very long time since it has seen a makeover. Cracks and stains over all walls. You could see straight through the lintel above the front door. Bathroom smelled like urine from the drain in the shower down pipe. Bathroom was completely missing a door . Ironing board had no cover. Quilts had no covers. Bed and couch bed very uncomfortable. Building was dark and well in need of updates. Not to mention the noise from the street and the car stacker car park directly opposite apartment that sounds like they were crushing vehicles all night
