• Miroslav (9/5): - Vše v naprostém pořádku. V okolí obchody, lékárna, bistra. Na metro je to 10 minut. Všechny pokoje jsou vybaveny klimatizací.
• Botha (8/5): - The apartment was spacious, clean and modern. The owner, Simone, was very friendly and welcoming. He spoke English quite well, which made communication easy and he was always ready to assist on WhatsApp, when we had questions. The location of the property is also very good. Close to supermarkets, restaurants and the Metro station. Our flight was much later than the check out time. The owner was kind enough to let us store our luggage on the property during the day, while we did a final bit of sightseeing in Rome. Thank you, Simone. We had a pleasant stay at Casa Rosa.🙏😄 There was nothing that we did not like.
• Aleš (10/5): - A pleasant neighborhood—a relatively quiet area, yet close to the subway and downtown. The best part was that the host arranged a taxi ride from the airport, so we were at the accommodation about 45 minutes after landing.

Las dificultades en la ducha se las comentamos a Simone y no dudamos que será reparado, porque es un buen anfitrión Si no te sabes manejar en metro, es un poco lejos del centro, pero es muy agradable el entorno y fácil de acceder a Metro, Bus y, por supuesto Uber

• Vladyslav Shcherbanov (9/5): Very nice place, would recommend - Location, cleanliness, spacious, very friendly owner, there was luck of some small items, however it was brought up to attention of the owner and he solved issues very quickly any time of the day. Our family enjoyed staying there. Closed and restricted territory, garden inside of the territory, if you don't want to stay inside the apartment, you can stay in the garden with all facilities No washing machine

• Janna (10/5): A home away from home - The apartment was modern, clean, well eqipped, beds were comfortable. Ot was near the metro so access to downtown was essy, snd many stores like the grocery were nearby, and a farmer’s market each morning around the corner. . And always supportive and helpful was Simone for any information we needed! It is a family home the apt is in, which felt nice. the yard was lush and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony to eat. It was all great

• Elena (8/5): Very good - Quiet and nice apartment. Walking distance from a metro and bus station. Host was helpful. We had some issues with the air conditioners and hot water. Also, the heating works only a few hours per day, so it is a bit chilly in the apartment. Especially very chilly in the bathroom as there is no air conditioner there.

• Deirdre (10/5): Wonderful stay in a clean, quiet and well appointed apartment close to all the sights of Rome! - Casa Rosa is a modern and spotlessly clean apartment situated a ten minute walk from the Cornelia metro station which gives easy access to all the Roman sights. It’s situated on a quiet street, close to bars and restaurants. We slept so well here as it was so quiet! We also enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony. Simone and his family were very welcoming and accommodating. We would highly recommend this property! Nothing, everything was excellent.

• Michael (9/5): Value for money 10/10 - The property is located about 10 mins from the nearest Metro station Cornelia and enables easy access in 10 to 20 mins depending on desired central location. Nothing to reference.

Really convenient location a couple of minutes from a fabulous restaurant and a 10 minute walk to the metro, which takes you to all the sites in Rome. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby. And as a bonus sucure parking at the apartment. Simone is very helpful and has all the information you need to get about, including metro maps and restaurants nearby. If I am ever lucky enough to visit the area again, this is definitely where I will be staying. There is nothing you could dislike.
• Adrienne (10/5): Exceptional - We had a wonderful stay at Casa Rosa. An Italian family runs it, and we had the opportunity to spend some time with them. As a close-knit family, we truly enjoyed getting to experience the dynamics of an Italian family…Simone, his parents, uncle, and grandmother made this trip memorable. Although there were some hick-ups initially, Simone was accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. As for the apartment…everything is comfortable, modern, and convenient, with a lovely balcony. The apartment is well equipped for all the needs of a city trip. If you wish, there are plenty of pans and pots to cook and an ironing board to polish up your outfits. Each room has its own AC unit to modify the temperature to your liking. The shower is tight for US standards, but the bathroom is nice and modern. It is a quiet apartment to return to after discovering Rome after a busy and exhausting day. This was a convenient and pleasant stay for our family of 5. There is a great local restaurant on the same street that the locals visit - we enjoyed our first meal there by our host’s recommendation. There is a convenience store just around the corner. A block away, we found a little place to have our morning espressos and croissants. One street over, they have a lovely farmers market that we visited daily for fresh fruit. The flat is a 10 minutes easy walk to the Metro Station, called Cornelia. In a few stops, you can reach all the major tourist attractions. Depending on your destination, it is easy and takes about 20 to 30 minutes.
