• Mehmet (10/5): - Ev sahibine teşekkür ederiz. Evin içerisinde herşey düşünülmüş ve temiz bir şekilde hazırdı. Ev sahibi bize şehirde yapabileceklerimizi anlattı, öneriler verdi. Konum sakin ve güvenli bir bölgede. Ulaşım hatlarına inanılmaz yakın, şehrin her yerine gidebileceğimiz duraklara 1-2 dakika mesafede.

• Magdalena (10/5): Apartament przy Watykanie - Lokalizacja przy samym Watykanie, przestronny apartament z dużą łazienką, wygodny, odpowiednio wyposażony. Obsługa pomaga ze znalezieniem parkingu. Brak windy.
• Sandoval (9/5): - La atención de Ylenia muy bien , me ayudó con las valijas , eso no lo hace cualquiera ... Sumado a que en un ratito me explicó todo súper claro como moverme por Roma y el vaticano . Me aconsejo excelente... El parking de la calle super económico si bajan la app mooney go. El depto bien , amplio y cómodo . Por ahí haría falta unos arreglos en el baño , pero son detalles .. Lo demás supera y vale la pena alojarse ahí... Recomendado .

• Francisco (10/5): Great location and super helpful host! - The location is probably one of the best in the city. Quite calm in a more residential district, not so full like closer to the historical centre.
• Kamil (7/5): Good - Excellent location near the Vatican in a very charming building. There are plenty of restaurants and small shops nearby. The apartment owner was very kind and helpful, providing information about a convenient airport transfer and accommodating our request for a slightly later check-out. However, the kettle still wasn't working, and the shower hose was broken. This was especially surprising since previous guests had already complained about these issues, yet they hadn't been fixed. Additionally, the dishwasher stopped working, which the host informed us about on the second day of our stay. The kitchen wasn't very convenient for preparing meals. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable – on one side, you could feel the wooden board underneath. For those sleeping in the living room, there's a bar on the street, and with the window open, it can be quite noisy until around 1 AM.

It was not only well-equipped with everything you could need, but also very spacious, making it a comfortable choice for any length of stay. The highlight, however, was the exceptional hospitality and responsiveness of the host. They made sure everything was perfect and were always available for any questions or assistance. Highly recommended

• Renfei (9/5): Superb - Landlord lady is very nice and helping. The apartment is cute. Facilities are a bit old. The shower is not in good condition, the kettle is broken, air-condition smells, no quilts on the bed only sheets. Other things are fine. The room is clean and feels like home.

• Enrique (9/5): Great location - Host was very responsive and provided useful tips during our stay. The apartment feel specious and it is well located, just few minutes walking from the Vatican. There are plenty of restaurants around. I would recommend to stay here. I slept in the sleeper sofa bed and was not really comfortable for me.
• Abd-el-khalick (4/5): This one is a really mixed bag; probably more bad than good :-( - The owners were responsive. They answered our questions and provided information. They allowed us to check out an hour later than scheduled (11:00 AM instead of 10:00 AM). However, as noted below, their “helpfulness” came at a cost :-( - The husband met us, welcomed us, and helped us with the bags. He also explained the complex system of parking in Rome and showed us where to park our rental. In fact, we parked our car where his car was parked on the street in front of the apartment and he assured us that this would be fine if we paid the fee (which we did). We ended up getting a parking ticket for 63 euros :-( When we told them about it, they said they were “desolated” and left it at that!! - Next, someone smashed our rental car window seemingly trying to break in — in the middle of day on Sunday!! We are not sure whether this speaks to Rome or the location of the apartment. Luckily, we did not have valuables in the car to be stolen, but we ended up with a 295 euro in insurance costs :-( We returned the rental car - which we drove all over Italy without incident - because we feared it would be stolen and revised our plans. - The apartment location is great if you are focused on visiting the Vatican - only 10 minutes walk from the Vatican Museums and 13 minutes from Castle San Angelo. However, the apartment is a 55 minute walk from the Colosseum area and 30 minutes walk from the Pantheon area (the two areas are where all the sightseeing and action are concentrated). The metro is a 12-minute walk. So, depending on your plans for Rome, this could be a really good or a really bad location! - The apartment was not as clean as we had hoped. We had to wipe dust before putting our stuff on some surfaces. It is an older setup - 1970s or there about! The kitchen was old and unappealing to prepare food (see photo). Also, if you enjoy the challenge of messing with two faucets to adjust water temperature for your bath, this is the apartment for you :-) Overall, this was not a comfortable or cozy experience.
• Trupec (10/5): Exceptional - Very kind and professional host. Late check-in, easy check out. Spacious apartment with a lot of details for guests: traits for dog, umbrellas, maps and books of Rome, big fridge... 5 min walk to Vatican city. Good parkimg was far away.
• Katrina (8/5): Lovely, spacious apartment in Vatican City - We arrived to the apartment early the day of our arrival, and our hostess, Ylenia, accommodated us with early access to the apartment via a lockbox. The apartment has an elevator that we appreciated, especially with our suitcases. Ylenia also offered to help us with transportation from the airport, which we didn't accept, but those traveling with more luggage might wish to do so. The neighborhood was lovely. We felt safe walking around at night, and found plenty of restaurants and stores for our occasional needs. The metro was a 5-10 minute walk, and bus stops were even closer, but after waiting on a few busses that didn't arrive and a taking a walking tour that showed us how close the apartment was to the city center (~15-20 minute walk) we repeatedly opted to just walk to and from. The apartment is not in the city center, but close to Trastevere and the Vatican, and the walk back from Campo de Fiore and other central sites was very enjoyable in late April. The apartment was clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable; nothing we needed was lacking. Because of our unexpected early arrival, we had a check-in wobble that required our immediate attention the next day. We were thankfully able to respond in time, but if all check-in requirements were conveyed in advance, the interruption could have been avoided.

Location was excellent and close to station and very close to the Vatican. • Jennifer (9/5): Great stay. - Ylenia and her husband were gems. They were ever so helpful in answering my questions and being there for early or late check-ins. If it is something that is within their capacity to help, they will do it. Not Ylenia's fault. I asked her to recommend a guide to arrange some day tours in Rome. I was severely overcharged by the guide and have since been ghosted by the guide, despite a promise of a refund.

The front door was too narrow. it was noisy on Friday and Weekends, music from the restaurants nearby was loud until very late.

• Megmr (9/5): Superb - Great location! Near Vatican. Buses, subway, shops and restaurant in 3-5min walk. Great host gave us recommendation about where to go, where are nice places, where are baggage lockers, etc.
