• Laurin (9/5): Great location - The location was great! We were about a block from the church and main area. We could walk to all our places of interest. It was loud until the early morning. There were four of us so two people slept on the pullout couch. The bedroom was further away from the street than the living room so the ones on the pullout had trouble sleeping.
• Amanda (7/5): Super breakaway … location was brilliant, could just do with a few more essentials at the property. ideal. - Location excellent No kettle Bedroom with no window… totally enclosed. Very noisy neighbours upstairs!! No fan in bathroom No a/c instructions

• Nancy (2/5): Unprofessional management, very difficult to find apartment, not cleaned from previous guests. - The location was great and close to many attractions and restaurants. Upon arrival where the host met us and brought us to the room, it was not cleaned from the previous visitors. The option was to cancel and have booking.com book us elsewhere OR wait a few hours for the room to be ready. As we had traveled all day and were exhausted, not knowing where booking.com would host us, we spoke with the host who indicated he would give us a free night as compensation for our troubles. We decided to wait at a local restaurant (with our suitcases and backpacks in tow) for over two hours while the room was cleaned. Contrary to what the host promised, booking.com had no record of this offer and further attempts of communicating with the host were ignored.

• Liudmila (10/5): Perfect stay in Florence - Perfect location, beautiful apartment, comfortable and clean. Perfect for short or longer stay. Paolo was very helpful There is no elevator and some steep steps to climb up. Wasn’t a problem for me, but my mother had little difficulties. It’s rather common for the buildings in the area though!

• Jenny (8/5): great location - location was great and very central - and surprisingly quiet at night. Slept very well. Raphael was great and very helpful with information and very welcoming. it was a bit expensive for 3 nights but it seems the whole of Florence is!
• David (10/5): Florence is a wonderful place to visit and Il Fiorino is in a great location being very close to the centre and near all - Fantastic location only a short walk to the Duomo and Rafael was very helpful always responding to questions quickly and giving us recommendations of places to go. No complaints.
• Susan (9/5): Thumbs up! - Very comfortable and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the extra pillows and blankets! Nice spot to sit on sofa for morning tea. Nice bathroom. While the location was great as far as easily getting to center city sites, it was a busy (read noisy) street. Fortunately, it was quiet enough to sleep by 10:30 or so.

• Alexandra (8/5): This was a really nice, modern, clean apartment. It’s really spacious for Italy. Only downsides were loud construction s - Spacious, clean, comfortable bed. Centrally located. great for remote work. loud construction sounds next door and feet stomping all the time. also loud bar across the street.
• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Loved staying here! It was centrally located and it was easy to walk to all the popular sites. There are many decent restaurants and patisseries nearby too. Oscar who welcomed us during our stay made sure we had everything we needed! We also appreciate that we could double lock the door from the inside and safety deposit box as available for use. The kitchen was also satisfactorily equipped.

• Asha (8/5): Overall a good stay. - Location was great and within walking distance of the Duomo and Accademia gallery. Breakfast was good in the little coffee shop down the street. I particularly liked the fact that we could do laundry at the apartment and had a heated towel rack. The central location makes the kitchen and sofa bed area very noisy especially at night. Sound proofing would have been good. The waiter at the coffee shop was rude and was upset because all the guests were not eating breakfast at the same time. Maybe suggest to guests that all of them are expected to be present when giving the voucher to the waiter at breakfast.

There is restaurant next door to the flat that do amazing takeaways if you don’t fancy going out The smell of the drains in the bathroom, but not sure if there much that can be done about this
