• Jolanda (9/5): Fijn appartement en de juiste locatie - Super dichtbij het colosseum. Alle bezienswaardigheden hebben we lopend gedaan. Bakker en supermarkt in de buurt. Restaurantjes en terrassen vlakbij. Metro om de hoek. Heen met de leonardo express naar Termini gereisd. Terug een taxi genomen die je voor 55 euro naar de luchthaven brengt. Let wel op: op de taxi's staat een prijs van 55 euro maar sommige hebben daar lak aan en vragen 80 euro. Contact met de eigenaresse ging perfect, snelle reacties en heel vriendelijk. Bianca onze host krijgt een pluim. Verstandig om tickets voor bezienswaardigheden vooraf al online te reserveren anders geen plek of incourante tijd(en) Ik had in eerdere reviews gelezen dat er problemen waren met ramen die niet open konden en het warm water... alle ramen konden open en het warm water moest eerst even op gang komen maar ook dat was er overvloedig Er is smorgens wel veel bedrijvigheid in de buurt. Wij hadden er geen last van daar ik met oordoppen in slaap 😁 Misschien iets meer borden en schaaltjes neer zetten waardoor je niet dagelijks de vaatwasser aan hoeft te zetten.
• Gilian (10/5): Beste appartement in Monti - Het appartement is echt fantastisch, je voelt je thuis vanaf de eerste seconde. Monti is de mooiste buurt van Rome - je bent nog geen 100 meter verwijderd van het Colloseum. Adembenemend. Alles was perfect. De Nespresso machine werkte niet maar de host ging dit meteen oplossen en is heel vriendelijk geweest met ons. Complimenten!

Sconsiglio. - Il tentativo di risolvere l'overbooking Prenotazione confermata sin dal 17/12/25, nonostante ciò appena arrivata a Roma il 31/12/25, giusto qualche ora prima del check-in sono stata contattata dalla struttura che mi ha detto che la prenotazione è stata cancellata causa overbooking. Pur apprezzando il tentativo di risolvere è intollerabile essere lasciata senza alloggio in tale periodo in una città come Roma. la mia esperienza con questa struttura è stata negativa e la sconsiglio.

A les finestres hi ha mosquiteres plenes de pols i no pots obrir la finestra de l'habitació o el bany. Les cortines de la sala no té s poden aixecar i amb la mosquitera no pots treure el cap. • ΜΑΡΙΑ (10/5): - Καταπληκτική τοποθεσία, πολύ άνετο και ζεστό διαμέρισμα. Ο διαχειριστής πολύ εξυπηρετικός, απαντούσε άμεσα στα μηνύματα μας! Ξεχάσαμε ένα αντικείμενο, το βρήκε και φρόντισε να το παραλάβουμε άμεσα! Ακριβώς δίπλα έχει ένα υπέροχο εστιατόριο και αρκετά καφέ για brunch. Όλα καλά!

• Filip (9/5): Celkově moc krásné a velmi jsme si náš pobyt v Římě užili. - Skvělá lokalita, velmi vstřícný personál. Prostorné a krásné ubytování. Ubytování je celkem chladné bez možnosti zvýšení teploty (v noci 2 deky), přimotopy pouze chladící, radiatory netopily.

• Aikaterini (7/5): Καλό. - Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος ήταν εκπληκτική, ακριβώς δίπλα στο Κολοσσαίο και πολύ κοντά σε όλα τα βασικά αξιοθέατα της Ρώμης. Η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν εξαιρετική — πάντα άμεση και ευγενική μέσω μηνυμάτων. Το κατάλυμα ήταν απογοητευτικό από πλευράς καθαριότητας — υπήρχε σκόνη παντού και ο χώρος φαινόταν απεριποίητος. Επίσης, οι παροχές δεν ήταν όπως περιγράφονταν στα σχόλια. Χρήζει ανακαίνισης. Ήταν ακριβό για αυτά που προσέφερε. Θα έπρεπε να είχε κάψουλες καφέ για όσες μέρες μείναμε για τον κάθε ένα μας.
• Kateryna (9/5): Perfekt für alle, die nur übernachten oder sich nach einem langen Museumstag ausruhen möchten – viel Platz, bequeme Bett - Sehr schöne Unterkunft in perfekter Lage Die Lage ist wirklich top – direkt um die Ecke vom Kolosseum, mit Metro- und Bushaltestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe. In der Straße gibt es eine tolle Bäckerei für das Frühstück und viele gute Restaurants und Ausgehmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist groß und bietet viel Platz. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und obwohl es draußen schon kühl war, war es drinnen angenehm warm. Trotz der Nähe zu einer belebten Straße war es in der Wohnung erstaunlich ruhig – perfekt zum Ausruhen nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt. Der Herd ist eine echte Geduldsprobe – er funktioniert, aber man braucht etwas Nerven und Zeit, bis alles läuft. Im Badezimmer gab es leider Schimmelstellen, was den Gesamteindruck etwas getrübt hat. Die Dusche ist zudem etwas unpraktisch, da ein zweiter Türteil fehlt und dadurch schnell Wasser auf dem Boden landet. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung gut ausgestattet, aber man merkt, dass einige Dinge inzwischen in die Jahre gekommen sind und eine kleine Renovierung gebrauchen könnten.

Perfeita para quem procura uma experiência autêntica em Roma. O único ponto menos positivo é que, apesar do encanto, a casa já necessita de algumas melhorias e atualizações para maior conforto.

• Carolina (10/5): Amazing stay - thank you! - The location was fabulous, the apartment is very spacious for a group of 4 people. It’s a very short walk to the Coliseum, it’s amazing walking round the corner and seeing it everytime. There’s also good places to eat and a gelato shop in front of the property. We met the owner while checking out and she was so attentive and cool, we had a really good stay and I look forward to coming back to Rome. Grazie!!! Nothing, all was good!
• Dani (4/5): Nice enough place but over priced - lounge area was fantastic. location was really good. lift to get heavy bags up to room was very much appreciated and great to use after sighting all day. stairs to main bed were so narrow and steep my 90kg husband could not climb them. we slept in downstairs bed. kid slept in bed upstairs - every time he rolled over, the bed made a loud sound that work us all up. Lack of equipment in kitchen turned us off cooking. Bathroom getting a little tired.

There is an air conditioner however there is no vent so the hot air will blow back into the room making it pointless.
• Rafael (9/5): Superb - Here’s a review for the accommodation: Very spacious property with a lovely style, perfect for a family visit to Rome. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the Colosseum! Highly recommended! Due to the plants in the apartment, there were quite a few mosquitoes, so watch out the windows closed. The electricity went out twice in one day, which might be an issue for the whole building. Also, the couch was different from the one in the pictures (it was replaced with a much smaller black one).

Great communication from host who was happy to answer any questions and even provided coffee pods when at the property. The property was fairly priced. Bedding had high quality sheets and the location was excellent. Great to have the colosseum at the end of the street. The only downside was the beautiful original building also had original plumbing and the shower pressure was poor.

Thank God we only stayed one night . We were not able to sleep due to how hot it was.

Given the high heat, it was lovely to easily return to the apartment to cool off. The living area was gorgeous. The kitchen was very functional and the rooms very comfortable. No A/C, but we slept fine.

• Robert (8/5): It was a good stay. The apt is big and close to colosseum. Nice walk along Roman Forum at night. - The location is absolutely perfect and tons of space. The living room is huge, although we didn't get a lot of chance to use it as we are out a lot. The property description says washing machine at the apt. As we came from Greek Island with only carry-on, planned to do some loads of washing in order to have clean clothes. My wife ended up hand washing clothes for all family members, maybe the last thing to enjoy when someone is visiting Rome.

• Taras (10/5): Great flat in the heart of Rome - Nice flat in the historical part of the Rome. Just a few steps from Coloseum/Forums and other famous touristic attractions. In the same building, there are a few restaurants and bars, where you can drink coffee/wine/beer and buy common stuff to eat. Of course, there are lots of nice restaurants in every directions =) As for the apartment: on one side of the apartment there is a large hallway, on the other side there is a double-decker bedroom. In between are the toilet and the kitchen. Just a little minus - hot water in the shower is a little bit slower, so you literally have to turn the water on a few minutes before showering =)

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The accommodation was ready for us ahead of time It is very cold in the apartment and the heating is not working. There isn't even a heater to keep you warm. There is no kettle in the kitchen and generally there are very few dishes and other things. In the bathroom, there is a kind of curtain on the window that does not block you from the view of people from the building across the street. You're literally free while taking a shower 😂

Wonderful location, meters from the Colosseum, but on a fairly quiet piazza and street with little vehicle traffic. Only a short stroll to the restaurants and bars of Monti, which has a great Roman vibe, and is not overly touristy. Kitchen is basic, but who eats in in Rome? The building has a small, old lift, which helps getting luggage to the apartment.

There was an unexpected water supply problem which was due to some zonal administration pipeline repair. But though we received instant assurances of support, the real help was too delayed. Host was trying to support and was responding, but the effort wasn't too proactive which made us wait a full night and half of next day with no water at all in the house. We were family of 4 and had majorp trouble with using the toilet with no water.

• Merit (7/5): Lovely time over there! - The location and host were suppers! The host was VERY helpful even if I might have some issues. The host found in every possibility the solution to my problem! I would go there back for sure! To unlock the door was very heavy for me, which was the only issue. I broke my hand and was not able to use my hand (to screw any bottle, not to touch anything) for 2 weeks. However, the host still was very supportive and helpful to open the door for me. In addition, the pictures of the facility included pictures like the apartment have a window to see Colosseum, which was not accurate. There was no view of the Colosseum. However, it was located EXACTLY next to the Colosseum.

It was so cool being able to walk out of the loft, down the street, and immediately be in front of the coliseum. The space was super clean, comfortable, and modern. We were located over the metro so it was easy to find the space and also walk all over the famous Rome locations. The front door locks were not working appropriately. Upon first arriving, the door unlocked easily, but every time after that, we had great difficulty with locking and unlocking the front door. There were two times where we really needed to use the bathroom but it took over 10 minutes to unlock the door. We were afraid of breaking the key or being locked out for our stay. On the day of check-out, we had 10 minutes left before check-out (I was watching the clock closely), and I heard a knock in the door. I opened the door and was told it was time for check-out. I understand we were running close to the time, but we were aware. Now, if we had stayed past check-out time the knock on the door might have been more understandable.

A minor hick up but the best of the place. Our host was very responsive Exceptional place Noises in the middle of the night from the flat above Didn't get hot water for a night and a day, that was frustrating as it was December and it was too cold. The host was responsive but said it was gold to repair during this time of the year and said he knows the problem. If the problem was known it should have been proactively fixed. With a kid and no hot water we faced a bit of a trouble

Location exceptional - close to subway, next to Colosseum. The only thing we didn't like was listening every single sound from the appartement above, particularly when its occupants came at 1:00 AM and made noise to 3:00 AM. But it happened only once, the next two nights were calm.
