• Garibaldi (9/5): - The apartment was beautiful. There wasn’t a view to speak of, but it was nice looking down at the busy streets in the morning. The bedrooms were very large and comfortable. It was nice to have laundry but I wish it came with instructions. It took us a while to realize we had to empty out the water from the dryer. The elevator up the apartment was very small, which made it hard to take up luggage but we managed. The best instructions on how to get into the apartment was sent in a screenshot which I kept missing. The electronic key didn’t work for me but the instructions on the screen shot just had me ring the doorbell with a camera and I was able to verify the reservation. It was actually very easy. The host was super generous and allowed us to drop off our luggage early. I would definitely stay again and would recommend the apartment to friends.

• Carlos A (9/5): An excellently located, well furnished apartment we can fully recommend. - The location is excellent, near the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, and the train and metro stations. The apartment has big bedrooms, complete bathrooms, and all amenities you may need. Some additional furniture could be added to the bedrooms.
• Bettina (10/5): Super sauber, optimale Lage in der Nähe einer U-Bahn, alles perfekt! - Superschöne, saubere Unterkunft, ganz in der Nähe der U-Bahn Station. Toll war auch, dass sogar der Kaffee zur Verfügung gestellt wurde, gleich gegenüber gibt es einen Supermarkt und nebenan eine Bar, wo man herrlich frühstücken, snacken oder Mittagessen kann. Nichts, weil alles top war!

• Jaco (9/5): A really quality stay with space to relax after a long day sight seeing. - It was a home away from home. Spacious bedrooms and equally spacious bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with all the basic necessities. A big bonus was the washing machine and dryer. We could not find decent blankets in our rooms.

• HELEN (8/5): More than adequate for what we needed. - Location good for visiting Colloseum. Metro station closeby too and it was an easy, but much longer walk to the centre of Rome. Plenty to see on the way. The apartment was fine with lovely big bedrooms and plenty of space. Kitchen was well equipped and the apartment decor was nice. Gaining access using the door code. The lift (to apartments on the higher level) was very small with awkward style doors - but it was a bonus to have it. The sofa was not as comfy as we would have liked.

• Tina (10/5): Great place to stay, clean and in really good condition. Great location and excellent communication to ensure a smooth c - This property was exactly like the pictures. Perfect for our family of 5, we did move the sofa beds into the rooms as that was a better sleeping configuration for us. Was lovely to arrive to a Christmas tree 🎄. The location was perfect with good restaurants nearby and station really close making it super easy to get to the Vatican City and main centre of Rome. Colosseum was an easy 10min walk and the area felt really safe. Highly recommend. Getting the temperature right in the shower was tricky and the pressure isn’t strong but for us that was really minor and did not impact our stay.

The rooms look like something straight out of a movie - spacious, beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was clean, tidy, and very well maintained. Communication with the host was exceptional throughout the entire stay - fast, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. If I come back to Rome with a group, I would definitely book this place again without hesitation. Truly outstanding.

Si bien está ubicado a pocas cuadras de términi, consideren que la zona no es muy linda, tengan cuidado! A mi criterio le faltaría mejorar el equipamiento, más que nada de cocina, no tenía cucharitas por ejemplo, ni servilletas, en un baño no había siquiera papel higienico lo cuál es bastante extraño para un apartamento vacacional.

• BEKIR UTKU (8/5): - 20 mins walking distance to Roma termini. We stayed only for one night and chose the property due to its location. It is specious, two bedrooms with comfortable beds. Two bathrooms are big and new. Cleaning needs to be improved. Dirty towels were left in the bottom of the cabinet. There was a bad smell near the washing machine.
• Francesca (10/5): Meraviglioso soggiorno al centro di Roma - La posizione centrale è perfetta si possono raggiungere tutti i siti più iconici a piedi, solo il Vaticano si deve raggiungere la metro, ma la fermata è a 5; Min dalla casa e in 15 minuti ci si trova alla fermata Ottaviano. Da lì si arriva alla casa è nel tipico stile Umbertino, elegante e italiano. Cucina e bagni molto belli e puliti Aria condizionata nelle stanze principali. La casa elegante e raffinata. Ci torneremmo sicuramente e fortemente raccomandata a chiunque voglia fare un soggiorno a Roma, in un' elegante appartamento romano, centrale e pieno di comfort. Grazie allo staff di casa Artemisia. • Jekaterina Yurjevna (10/5): Zeer comfortabel appartement - Ruime en goed ingerichte appartement om Rome te verkennen. Goede bedden. Fijne keuken met alle apparatuur en benodigdheden om het echt fijn te maken voor jezelf. Fijne badkamers. Goede locatie op steenworp van metro en eventueel voor lopers van de Forum en Colosseum. De airco’s in elke kamer maakten dit verblijf in hete Rome ook zeer plezant. Niets. Alles was fijn!

• Di (10/5): It was a great location and convenient to leave to go home. 6 min walk to Rome termini - Location very close to the train station. Apartment was roomy. High ceilings. Clean. Spacious.

The check in, the door access, the size of the apartment, the size of the bedrooms is very good Although the apartment was very clean, the bed linen had spots, there was some dust in the closets and hair in the washing machine. I think the owner should just change the cleaner or check the cleaner's job and the apartment can get 10 out of 10!
• Pierotti (8/5): Nice apartment for a short stay in Rome. The bakery with a tavola calda downstairs is great for coffee, pastries and qui - 2 bathrooms, large bedrooms, clothes washer and clothes drier. Beds a bit uncomfortable. Not enough towel and clothes hangers in the bathrooms.
