- Marta (1/5): - La struttura é situata nel pieno centro di Firenze, tra lungarno e Uffizi Purtroppo l’unica cosa positiva é stata la posizione, per il resto dei servizi stendiamo un grande velo pietoso… noi alloggiavamo al secondo piano, le chiavi per il portone d’ingresso non funzionavano, per entrare dentro il palazzo dovevamo suonare al piano nr.1 in cui alloggiavano altre persone che dovevano purtroppo essere svegliate di notte o disturbate per poter farci entrare nel nostro appartamento. In bagno il lavandino era chiuso e quindi aprendo l’acqua non andava giù ma rimaneva stagnante nel lavandino, un pezzo di soffitto della camera penzolava (allego foto) . Una stella direi che è anche troppa.

Also there are lotbof restaurante and store near by The building is old and the wiindows do not have any isolation of the noise coming from the street. We are on the secobd floor and also the flat on the thrird Floor make a lot of noise after 10pm .

- Ket (9/5): Superb - The apartment was spacious and clean. The owner was responsive and friendly. More importantly, it is very near to Uffizi Gallery (just 3 minute walk). The washing machine didn't work.
- Xiaodong (10/5): Great - The location is very nice. It’s close to a lot of the major places, as well as has many good shops nearby. Eating and other things is very easy. The room was big and the area was quiet too. I would recommend.
- Lahey (5/5): Passable - I liked the location. It’s just not as comfortable as it looks. The futon bed was so uncomfortable. I also didn’t like how the hosts came into the place while we were gone to take the city tax. We were 3 girls traveling alone. The idea of someone having access to our passports, jewelry, etc is unsettling.

- Carole (2/5): We enjoyed Florence, but would not stay in this place again. - Location Condition of property, needs updating. Very basic. Poor customer service. No good if stairs are problem. Steep stone stairs, up to second floor. No security at front door. Would not recommend unless these issues are addressed.
- Amanda (6/5): Brilliant location but not clean - The location is excellent The apartment was not clean, there was mould in the shower, hair on the floor, the shower didn’t drain properly, the wifi was poor. Many of the lights didn’t work. We stayed 5 nights, only 2 rolls of toilet paper was provided (for 2 females) and a dribble of washing up detergent, we asked for more but it was never acknowledged or received.
- Valaoras (2/5): Great location - The location of the property is perfect. It is behind the Uffizi gallery and next to the Arno river. Everything is close by feet. Perhaps is the worst apartment i've ever been. The property is very old with out any comfort. The apartment was big but dirty. The towels were also dirty. The beds are uncomfortable with bad matresses after a long time of use. At the second bed there was a gap under the matress because of missing planks. The bathroom also wasn't clean with a small shower, full of mοld. There was no stand for the toilet paper and some floor tiles were broken. The apartment needs renovation, but the owner perhaps don't care because of the location. The price i paid match to the location not to nothing else.
- Ana (2/5): Very poor - The location is great. And the only good thing about this appartment. The apartment wasn't clean, there were makeshift beds, the linen was moldy. It was depressing, not at all nice looking as in the photos. I have never made a reservation through booking.com that was sooo far from what it was supposed to be. Not even all the lights and electrical switches worked. On top of it there was only a portable airconditioner taped to the window and two fans. None of that could cool the appartment.
