• Valentina (10/5): Superato ogni aspettativa - La casa ha il panorama più bello di Napoli, ogni angolo della casa è super panoramico e soprattutto il suono delle onde del mare che si infrangono sugli scogli è meraviglioso! La mattina, appena ci si sveglia ,il sole accoglie casa e la colazione diventa sogno! Io che sono napoletana e giro in strutture per ammirare il panorama di Napoli in ogni suo angolo, questa casa ha superato ampiamente ogni mia aspettativa ! Dai servizi alla pulizia tutto è impeccabile e vale vivamente la pena di viverci un weekend !
• Valeria (10/5): Spettacolare - Abbiamo scelto questa struttura per la nostra notte di nozze e non potevamo esserne più felici! La struttura è bellissima, molto accogliente e pulitissima. Grazie alle indicazioni dei proprietari è molto facile arrivare lì e anche al parcheggio, infatti sono stati gentilissimi anche ad aspettarci fino all'una di notte per aiutarci nella procedura di check in in autonomia. Inoltre ci hanno concesso un check out posticipato per la nostra occasione. La vista è spettacolare siamo rimasti davvero a bocca aperta, non potevamo chiedere di più. Torneremo sicuramente, grazie ancora!!

• Natalie (10/5): - Non ci sono parole, è la casa migliore che io abbia mai visto. È un’esperienza da provare almeno una volta nella vita Essendo letteralmente “sull’acqua”, per raggiungerla bisogna percorrere molti scalini. Ma ogni gradino ripaga della fatica.

• Maria (10/5): La posizione e il rumore del mare nonostante gli inconvenienti ci fanno ricordare un soggiorno meraviglioso - Posizione direttamente sul mare . Vista spettacolare , sembra di essere in barca . L'alba vista da qui è uno spettacolo Un po' di polvere ovunque .. siamo arrivati e abbiamo trovato il doccino rotto , l'host ha cercato con cura di aggiustarlo ma senza riuscirci .

• annamaria (10/5): Meraviglioso - posizione da togliere il fiato. Non si potrebbe essere più vicini al mare. Panorama senza eguali. Casa comoda, accogliente, dotata di tutti i comfort. A sorpresa, ho scoperto l’esistenza del secondo bagno, cosa non da poco. Abbiamo voluto regalarci la coccola della cena a casa con lo chef privato Matteo Cunto, segnalatoci dallo staff al momento della prenotazione. È stata una scelta vincente perché ci ha permesso di godere appieno della bellezza della location apprezzando una superba cucina. Consigliatissimo! i quasi 180 gradini per arrivare!

Der Besitzer ist sehr hilfsbereit und quasi immer erreichbar über booking Nachrichten......gibt viele gute Tips und ist sehr bemüht......danke für alles!

• Natale (7/5): Bello ma…. - Vista mozzafiato sul golfo di Napoli con balcone a sfioro sull’acqua Pulizia della stanza e della scalinata e il fatto di non specificare che ci sono più di 150 gradini da scendere e risalire che per una famiglia con bambini incide molto sulla serenità del soggiorno

• Chiara (10/5): Stunning - The view is spectacular The house’s interior, reminiscent of a boat, is full of character The stairs to reach the place are challenging but this is well marked both on the webiste and by the owner, no complaints there The only “issue” is the condition of the terrace, it definitely needs some repair work on the railing

• Marius (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment has a long staircase leading down to it, so if you're not in shape, it might be a bit challenging to go up and down daily. Just outside the door, you can go for a swim, though it’s not exactly a beachfront. The area by the water feels old and had some litter. However, once you’re in the water, it’s a lovely spot for swimming. Unfortunately, five out of our six nights were disturbed by people gathering on the steps right outside the apartment near the water. Late at night, they used the area as a social hub—for dating, drinking, playing music, and filming TikToks. It’s quite noisy, as sound easily travels through the front door to the staircase where they sat. I had to go out multiple times to ask them to keep it down. Thankfully, the soothing "white noise" from the waves crashing against the walls helped to mask some of the sounds. But if you're a light sleeper, this might not be the best spot for you. The apartment itself is outstanding. It features a fantastic balcony, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a comfortable bed, and a modern TV. When we arrived, it was exceptionally clean. I recommend enjoying dinner and wine on the terrace—it's a unique experience. However, if you're over 178 cm tall, you might want to wear a helmet upstairs, as the ceiling is quite low. Location-wise, the apartment is a bit outside Naples, so it takes a while to get there. Few taxis are willing to pick you up from Naples, though more are willing to drive you back. We opted to take electric scooters to reach the city center, which worked well. If you plan to spend a lot of time in central Naples, I wouldn’t recommend this apartment due to the distance. Overall, the apartment has its pros and cons. I’d recommend it to adults seeking a unique and adventurous place to stay. We are satisfied with our experience on the whole, though it may be slightly pricey considering the overall experience. The host was extremely helpful and quick to resolve any issues.

• Matthias (9/5): Excellent very distinct place with nice volcano view - We stayed at the property over the Easter weekend and very much enjoyed it. We even cancelled a day trip and just spent some time on the balcony with view to the city and Mt. Vesuvius! The property resembles a boat and that wonderfully matched the roaring waves beneath the balcony. Everything was clean and functional, there was water in the fridge and coffee in the kitchen. Towels and blankets were also available in good quantity. The contact with the owner was one of the best so far. Helpful answers came back super quickly (once less than a minute) and everything worked like charm (like our 6:00am taxi reservation to the airport). The property is quite special and hence there are are some things to note and consider. For us they were no issues, wich is why I do not put them into the "do not like" section, but list them here: - The property is at the bottom of many "historic" stairs, so make sure you are fine with carrying your luggage down and up. - I mentioned the waves coming in beneath the balcony even on calm days. We loved it! But if you want an absolutely calm room, maybe this is not for you. - The property is in my opinion not very far from the city, however, the taxis/Uber seemed not to agree. It was often a gamble to call an Uber/taxi, so, just make sure you do not try to get one at the very last second. - The bed is on an elevated platform which also has it's own bathroom with a shower. This level has a quite low ceiling. I am roughly 1.80m tall, and when standing upright, I just could walk. So, no problem for us, but if you are 2m+, double check. All in all, we had a very good time. This place could also be an option if you are planning workation.
• Julius (10/5): Wonderful Experience - The view of the mountains and the city was wonderful. The place was clean. Walkable distance to restaurants. Love the natural light and the shades to shield from the sun, if necessary. We enjoy sitting outside with a glass or bottle of wine and watching the sun rise. I did not know the loft was six feet high. It's not a big deal, but I probably note that in the description for taller people.

It makes you feel like you are on a boat :) Everything was perfect in every details, the location offer a fabulous view and also you can access easily into the water and have a lovely swim, staff were very supportive throughout all our staying, very friendly and reliable. I would definitely come back here again :)
