Posizione perfetta, quartiere molto bello, sotto casa ci sono dei locali molto carini e con buone recensioni. Palazzo molto silenzioso, bella camera e ottima accoglienza. Unica pecca è la muffa in bagno in doccia e dietro il lavandino

• Michelle (10/5): Perfect for a short stay, located close to the metro & above some restaurants. So a stoke throw away from basilica S - It was clean & modern. Seemed to be newly remodeled. We loved the kitchenette & spacious bathrooms. We also loved the windows overlooking the park. The studio itself was a bit small. And the main photos were a bit misleading, I thought I was getting a bit bigger space… seemed like the photos were taken with a wide angle lens.
• Indre (9/5): Spacious apartment next to San Paolo basilica - We are returning guests. I love the apartment and the neighborhood. Basilica San Paolo is the hidden gem of Roma and it is just next to the apartment. The apartment is spacious, well equipped. Easy check in and check out. Hosts are very communicative and friendly. Good restaurants nearby (especially I recommend Bacetto). It's quite noisy outside, you can't open windows and sleep, unless it's very late night. There is no elevator - bear in mind if you have many luggage.
• Indre (10/5): Spacious, bright apartment in a good location, will return - The location. However, bare in mind, that it's not in the center, but not quite close and easy reachable (we had a car, but metro stop is not far away). I liked the neighborhood of Ostiense. Small restaurants downstairs, serving good food. Next to one of the most remarkable churches - St. Paul Basilica. It worth to visit. The apartment is spacious and clean. A bit noisy due to the restaurants below, can't leave windows open while sleeping. No lift.

• Marynamanchenko (10/5): Great! - It was a great apartment very close to RomaTre university and too many nice places to eat. Very convenient, reasonably priced and comfortable. The owner is super nice and very helpful, which is absolutely great! Everything was great, so it is difficult to add something. The only thing to mind is that there are neighbours that watch TV very loudly, and make it even louder after midnight. It has nothing to do with the apartment itself, as it is very comfortable. But it might be a bit difficult to sleep, which is important when you travel for work.

• Dale (9/5): Wonderful place to stay (as long as you are not a light sleeper!) - We very much enjoyed staying in this well-appointed apartment. The communication with the host was excellent. Very close to the metro and there is also a bus just outside the door which takes you to the Vatican! There are plenty of restaurants in the area although we have to admit ordering a few excellent take-away pizzas! Unfortunately, the next-door neighbor seems to like their TV on all night and which was very annoying! There was also noise from a music event taking place in the park opposite. Of course, both these things cannot be controlled by the hosts.

• Anonymous (9/5): Overall, great place to stay! - We really liked the location because it was easily accessible and right above some restaurants. There was a delicious gelato spot around the corner and Turkish kebab nearby was delicious and open late. The studio is cozy and has the essentials. The walls are very thin so you could hear the neighbors’ conversations. The sink and shower drains were backed up while we were there but we notified the host who said it would be fixed after we left.

• Mimi (8/5): Easy, local vibe, comfortable for short stay - Great location felt very local just outside of the main tourist area, comfortable bed, some great restaurants and a bar just underneath. Shower wasn’t great, didn’t drain properly so you stood in water. But only a small concern. We had some slight difficulty with the keyless entry but the property manager was very helpful & troubleshoot the problem immediately.

• Svetlana (9/5): We are satisfied with our stay. - Excellent location for visitors to the center of La Nuvola (only 4 metro stops). Also 6-7 metro stops to Termini station. Free street parking. Take care not to leave things in the car (laptop, etc.). There are local cafes, restaurants, supermarkets. Maybe someone will be bothered by the longer stay of the cafe visitor under the window (it didn't bother us), as well as the fact that the apartment is in an older building without an elevator. /

There was no iron and the air condition was not working. The location of the flat is not the best mainly because of the downstairs bars and clubs. It was very noisy till 3 am.

Bed could be better, sleeping cushions could be better, more towels, iron for clothes, and similar stuff could be desirable for longer stays such as ours of more than 5 6 days...

• Matthew (9/5): Very good. Outside of the centre but easy to access - Fantastic apartment. Beautifully decorated and spacious. The host was very responsive and check in was easy The walls were quite thin so I could hear someone’s television in the next room
• Jo (7/5): Good - Very quick responses from the host. Easy walk to the metro. Cafes and restaurants close by. Air-conditioned. Comfortable bed. Good shower. There was quite a lot of noise from the street as there are restaurants right below the apartment and there was an outdoor concert for two of the nights which was just bad timing. It is a small apartment and it is on the second floor with no lifts if you have luggage. The downstairs lock was a bit fiddly to open.
