• Luca (8/5): Location comoda e funzionale - Manutenzione corretta dell’appartamento e gli spazi ampi.Comodamente ammobiliato e dotato di tutti i comfort. Possibili piccoli miglioramenti come i cuscini e forse la predisposizione dell’aria condizionata anche in camera per le serate più calde.
• Raiza (10/5): Adequate combination of hospitality + value for money. - This apartment offered all the ease we required for a pleasant stay. Our experience here was not only comfortable but also very convenient as we searched for a permanent residence in the area. Lilia & Federico, our hosts, welcomed us warmly, including our dog. The location offers easy access by car to the beach and downtown. There are numerous amenities nearby, such as coffee bars and a supermarket within walking distance, as well as restaurants and shopping centres. The internet speed was excellent, the air conditioning was useful during the scorching summer days in Rome and we never had parking space issues. Despite our extended stay, we never felt uncomfortable. No complaints!
• Renata (10/5): The apartment was much nicer than we expected. - The location is quiet and safe. The apartment is spacious and nice, and very clean. The wifi is just great. The local bar in 2 minutes walk which is opened early in the morning where you can have a breakfast (Italian style: coffee, pastries and sandwiches). The hosts recommended the taxi service which was quite good and affordable. We missed a little bit an umbrella for guests and a shoehorn :) Nothing bad about the place or its hosts. It is just a general informal about the neighbourhood: The public buses are bad in Rome, they don't come on time. It took more time to get to EUR subway (metro) station than we expected (because the waiting time for the bus can be 10 min and 40 min even in a working day). We stayed in May, and the nearest road to Fiumicino was closed, so you need to negotiate with the taxi at least the maximum fixed price before you go. The last tip helped us a lot.
• Vadim (3/5): It was bad, cold experience of staying with a list of problemes and extra charges - Friendly owners with fast feedback! Quite district without noise, fast internet, supermarket, caffe, pharmacy close to home, there are all kitchen tools for comfortable cooking, friendly locals, airport in 20 min on taxi, coffee machine, comfortable desktop, good heaters, awesome bathroom 1. Extra charges for non reason 2. destroyed roads for walking in surrounding area 3. 20-50 min taxi to city center 4. more time on public transport 5. I wasted a lot of time and money on the way to other main shops - it is inconvenient! 6. a faulty door lock that almost caused me to miss an expensive flight 7. It was cold, extra warm blankets were not enough 8. property far away for delivery food services and I lost money and time, because delivery couldn't find location and canceled delivery
