Helen (9/5): Nice apartment in a quiet area but very close to the river and tourist attractions. - The apartment was very clean and spacious for 4 adults and had a very well equipped kitchen. Beds were super comfortable. It was in a great location in the older part of the city but was very close to the river and the big tourist attractions on the other side, while being quiet and relaxed nearby with nice restaurants. We were staying on the second floor and there was no elevator so it was challenging getting our luggage up and down the steps. It was 4 flights of fairly steep steps. It does however appear that they are in the early stages of building an elevator in the building which will make that process so much easier.

Barbara (5/5): Passable - Location Broken stuff (like bathroom door) , dirty walls, unpleasant smell from pipes in bedroom. Not enough cups. No tabs for dishwasher.
Thy (1/5): the only positive about this place is the location and allow us to leave the suitcases earlier. Otherwise it outrages ra - location unclean floor, chipped walls, moody ceilings, unprofessional and rude staff.

Alisag (10/5): FLORENCE APARTMENT - GREAT LOCATION - GREAT APARTMENT - 08/2022 - Our host met us at the apartment and went over the details, even how to work the washing machine. He explained everything in great detail. This apartment is in the most perfect location. We walked everywhere and did not need a taxi. Also, the apartment is beautifully decorated. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. I would most definitely stay at this apartment again and highly recommend it to my friends. Everything was great and perfect.
