• Жанна (10/5): - Просторная квартира, у каждой из нас была своя спальня. Чисто. Рядом много ресторанчиков и баров. Рядом вокзал, с которого можно уехать в любой конец страны и по возвращению в любое время суток дойти до дома пешком . Хорошее соотношение цены и качества. У вокзала много бездомных
• Bernardo (8/5): Excellent apartment! Could improve ability to communicate with staff - The property was as described. Comfortable and clean. Air conditioner did not work when we arrived on a Saturday. Maintenance was not available until Monday. Problem was easily resolved. The remote controls had unpaired from the air conditioners. Luckily the nights were not extremely hot so we were able to sleep comfortably. The staff will not talk to they are only available via email. They’re not always very prompt in responding. Overall communication wasn’t too bad. They also provided a 13% refund for the issues with the air conditioners.

• Jan (2/5): Bardzo słaby i chcielibyśmy jakiś zwrot pieniędzy z znajomymi - Lokalizacja Dużo mrówek w pokojach, a szczególnie w kuchni były one wszędzie i w każdym jedzeniu nawet w zamkniętym

Tanto el propietario como Booking llevan tiempo siendo conocedores de dicha situación y han seguido permitiendo el acceso de nuevos huéspedes. Alojamiento sucio. Hormigas en la nevera. Mal olor en el baño y no sale agua caliente. Ubicación lejana del centro.
• Mariana (1/5): - Casa é ampla e tem muito espaço. Os quartos têm ar condicionado. Várias coisas correram mal com este apartamento. Primeiro eles pedem para usar uma aplicação para abrir a porta do prédio, que muitas vezes está offline e não funciona. Depois de alguma insistência deram-se o código da mesma. O chuveiro tem pouca pressão e não tem água quente. A cama do quarto junto da casa de banho estava cheia de percevejos e outros bichos, pelo que pedimos para alguém ir lá limpar e recebemos uma resposta a dizer que se quiséssemos podíamos fazer check out naquele dia e pedir reembolso dos restantes, não disponibilizando ninguém para ir limpar o quarto nem respondendo às mensagens nesse sentido, após insistência. Assim que colocamos coisas no frigorífico, ficou cheio de formigas que também se viam na casa de banho. De uma forma geral, classificação: 1 para a limpeza 1 para resolução de problemas 1 para disponibilidade de quem gere a casa de nos ajudar

• Lionel (7/5): Over rated for the comfort and quality of the place - Not much Not equipped as required to receive 4 people. The only common room was the kitchen with only 3 chairs while we were 4. Small appliance not working. Kitchen missing essential pan and silvers. Bathroom in bad condition.

The staff were extremely rude during the booking process, and the listing does not make it clear of all the extra costs they charge you (40 euros for check-in outside of their very limited hours, city tax). All in all it just feels like this place is set up to scam you for more money. They apartment itself is ok, except for the bathroom which has a very foul smell.
