Gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario L’ingresso dell’immobile è un po’ trasandato, ma nulla da dire sull’appartamento. Arredato con gusto è fornito di tutto. Consiglierei un mobiletto per poggiare le cose nel bagnetto piccolo.

• Xiaopeng (10/5): Very nice and spacious apartment - The apartment is very clean and spacious. The location is right near the Fondamente boat station which made it easy to transit to and from the Venice Central station for people travel with luggages. It is outside the usual touristic areas, but also has nice and pretty alley ways, cute bridges and lots of local restaurants. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to any center places and we also took advantage of the daily boat pass (25 euro/day) for unlimited rides around the city. The owner Luca is very nice and accommodating. Thanks.
• burcu ümmühan (10/5): - I chose this place because of its easy access from the airport; its proximity to places where we could enjoy quality food without paying exorbitant prices; and its location in an area away from the city crowds but where we could feel its spirit. We arrived in 50 minutes by Allilaguna from the airport. Our host, Luca – kind, friendly, and talkative – met us at the dock and escorted us home. The house is a 3-minute walk from the Fondamante Nove docks; this made things easier for us with 2 children and a large suitcase. If you are planning to visit the islands of Burano and Murano like we did, you will also use these station that are close to the house. The house was stylishly furnished and spotlessly clean. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen and bathroom (from spare toilet paper and soap to coffee and spices...). The bed and pillows were comfortable and clean. We reached St. Mark's Square on foot in about 18-20 minutes, but the streets are so beautiful that you never realize how time flies. We especially thank the host, Luca, for all the information and tips he gave us about the city. Venice is a magical city in my opinion, and this house is a very comfortable option for accommodation. I definitely recommend it. everything was great

Clean and very comfortable with a very helpful o - Location, cleanliness and very helpful owner/host There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like, I am a very light sleeper and we could hear the people next door and above, but this is something that I imagine you’d get in all original Venetian buildings, it wouldn’t stop me recommending it to others

• Renata (10/5): Perfect location just outside expensive tourist area, easy to get to from car parking building, easy to walk to centre. - Great location just outside the main expensive touristy area but only 10 minute walk to centre. Easy to get to from Piazzale Roma parking via water taxi. Luca met us at the dock and walked us to apartment and was very accommodating with suggestions of places to eat and an insiders guide of where to not pay overpriced tourist prices. Lots of space opposed to small hotel rooms for a family of 4, washing machine and dryer was great and partly why I chose to stay here after being on the road and in hotels for quite a few days. Bed and pillows were brilliant! All was good and as expected.

• Gintare (5/5): Definitely not a luxury stay - Easy access from Marco Polo airport. Great comms with the landlord and him taking an extra step to meet us on arrival. Detailed information about the apartment and things around. Location was good. We’ve got extended hour to check out next day and could keep our luggage at the premises for the entire day after the check out. This was a massive bonus. I’m not someone who writes bad reviews so I am trying no be objective here but I must say that it was impossible to use the shower in the apartment even though we have been notified by the landlord that we should not adjust the temperature as the boiler will switch off…. But it was super unpleasant when 5 mins into the shower the water went absolutely freezing. It has taken some 10 mins for it to come back to bearable warm. The same happened to my husband. The rest of the family decided not to use the shower at all after all. The power of the shower was absolute minimal as well. Oven was not really usable either. We were advised that if we wasted to use the oven, we need to switch off everything else otherwise electrical fuse would go off. This was not a massive issue for us at the end as we stayed one night only but if you are planning to stay in the apartment for longer & like cooking please have this in mind. We’ve stayed in Venice few more times before and never experienced similar issues. I appreciate it was New Year’s Eve so we’ve paid higher rent which we didn’t mind but I expected the essential things to work. The apartment needs some proper contemporary improvements.

• Fadi (1/5): - It was ok, a normal 2 bedroom apartment with 1 toilet The bed cover had stains on it. The host was not friendly, he reiterated that losing the key would result in a hefty fine. He warned against any misuse, smoking or any abuse to the apartment, which is fine, but the way he explained it, it is as if he is doing us a favor to stay at the apartment, not that we are paying over 500 Euros for 2 nights. It was my collegue and I, using the apartment for sleeping only, and mostly out during the day to walk around and to visit murano and burano islands. Also, host was saying that he could get us reservations at certain restaurants and to water taxi boats, meaning he was trying to upsell and benefit further from our stay in Venice. The stairs coming from up to down at night was not illuminated, from down to up there is a switch that turns on the light, but not up to down. And worst of all, on 2nd day we left in the morning, and locked the door twice, my colleague and I both made sure we double locked the apartment door, but when we came in the evening, it opened after the first unlock, which means he entered the apartment when we were out to check and probably go through our belongings, which is a huge violation of privacy!!! Will never stay there again, I highly don't recommend it.

Il proprietario è stato veramente gentile ed accogliente permettendoci di tenere i bagagli in struttura sia prima del check in che dopo il check out! Ci ha fornito delle indicazioni prezione per il soggiorno rendensosi sempre reperibile e disponibile. La posizione dell'appartamento è uno dei suoi tanti punti di forza: si trova in una tranquilla zona residenziale di Venezia, a pochi passi a piedi dal centro, vicinissimo alla fermata Fondamenta Nove del vaporetto ACTV e dell’Alilaguna, comodissima sia per muoversi in città che per raggiungere le isole e l’aeroporto. L’appartamento è veramente accogliente, molto pulito, ben curato nei dettagli, fornito di tutto il necessario anche in cucina. Luca, il proprietario, ci ha fornito anche le cialde del caffè, molto apprezzato! Le camere sono ampie e luminose, i letti molto comodi, il bagno veramente funzionale! Nonostante il soggiorno breve, ho apprezzato molto l’atmosfera rilassante e la tranquillità del quartiere, lontano dal caos delle zone più turistiche ma comunque vicinissimo alle principali attrazioni, ricco di ristoranti e locali a prezzi adeguati! Nel complesso, una sistemazione ideale per chi cerca praticità, comfort e un angolo di vera Venezia. Consigliatissimo! Era tutto perfetto!

Impeccable apartment with beautiful furnishings. Excellent host. As a matter of personal preference, the beds were too soft to our liking. However, this did not detract from our stay at all.

Le propriétaire est très gentil et attentionné, il nous a donné de précieux conseils, notamment pour un glacier délicieux et un restaurant de pâtes fraîches excellent. • Sylwia (9/5): Bardzo przyjemne miejsce, szczerze polecam, świetny właściciel - Apartament ładnie urządzony z wieloma udogodnieniami. Ale chyba największy plus to lokalizacja i właściciel Luca, pierwszy raz zdarzyło nam się takie wsparcie ze strony właściciela i bez nalegania o pomoc. Super opis jak dotrzeć do apartamentu, cały czas byliśmy w kontakcie. Skorzystaliśmy z poleconych restauracji i nie tylko - było warto. Nawet Luca zarezerwował nam stolik - dzięki wielkie za pomoc. Łóżka wygodne, ekspres i kawa bardzo dobra. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Apartament nie jest najnowszy ale widać dbałość o jakość. Łazienka bardzo ładna i komfortowa. Praktycznie przy samym przystanku vaporetto, blisko do popularnych miejsc spacerkiem. W kuchni brakowało dużego noża do krojenia i pojemniki z cukrem, solą mogłoby być czystsze ale w niektórych apartamentach w ogóle ich nie ma 🙂, trochę głośna klimatyzacja.

The best stay by far Light in the stairwell when coming home would be great. Maybe there was one and we missed it. But that is a very very tiny complaint. Lovely place

Apartamento amplo e muito limpo, bem cuidado, com excelente estrutura e roupa de cama e banho de qualidade! Luca é muito atencioso e prestativo. Foi perfeito! Voltaria e me hospedaria no mesmo apartamento.
