• Luigi (10/5): - Sembra piccola ma ha tutto ed anche ben disposto. La metro più vicina è a circa 5 minuti a piedi, in zona ci sono bar e ristoranti. La persona che ci ha accolto è stata gentilissima. Non prendete la Tuscolana. È trafficata anche alle 3 di notte.

• Julie (1/5): Nice property in a dangerous location. - It was very clean and the staff were very nice. We parked our camper van right out front and were robbed. All our luggage stolen including many irreplaceable, sentimental items on our first night. It was traumatic making it hard to enjoy. We ended up not seeing really any of the sites in Rome because we didn't feel safe. The owner and staff were kind and helped take us to the police station to file a report. Unfortunately, we were not able to get back any of our items.

• Anna (10/5): - Хорошая квартира с красивым дизайном. Хозяева всегда на связи и готовы помочь. Нужно уточнять про парковочное место до машины заранее и они помогут найти. От метро 7 минут. Очень удобная ветка метро "A". Рядом хорошие вкусные рестораны.

• Francesco (7/5): Un comodo punto d’appoggio per quella zona - Domotica e sistemi interni molto moderni e curati. Mini giardinetto dotato di ogni comfort e BBQ. Cortese aver trovato una bottiglietta d’acqua in frigo anche perchè nelle vicinanze non ci sono supermercati o distributori automatici. Un pò rumorosa per il traffico che transita a tutte le ore essendo a piano terra.

• Christian (8/5): Schöne Wohnung in Rom - Der persönliche Empfang war toll, so wie auch die Kommunikation. Es gab eine Nespresso-Maschine mit ausreichend Kapseln. Die Zimmer waren klimatisiert und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage zur Metro Linie A mit Stationen zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten war sehr gut. Die Wohnung befindet sich an einer gut befahrenen Hauptstraße mit lautem Verkehr, auch zu später Stunde. Die Wohnungen sind recht klein für 4 Personen und die Schlafsofas etwas unbequem.
• Sharon (10/5): If I return to Rome I’d love to stay here again. - The apartment was so beautiful, we had no idea what beauty waited for us behind the bricks. Close to metro, and grocery store. Was easy to get to the city via metro. Needed more trash bags.

• Ilan (7/5): - הדירה היתה נקייה מאוד, מטרו A נמצא במרחק קצר ותוך 15 דקות מגיעים למדרגות הספרדיות., המארחת מנואלה הייתה אדיבה מאוד , חנייה שמורה מצויינת לרכב המיקום של הדירה אינו באזור מיטבי וממש לא יתאים לכל אחד, הדירה אמנם נראית מצויידת אבל היא אינה מתאימה להכנת אוכל או לארוחות , כבר נאמר בעבר הקומקום החשמלי אינו ראוי לשימוש ואין כלי מתאים להרתיח מים לקפה , לחץ מים במקלחת מאוד חלש .

• Barbora (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice and comfortable apartment, modern and well equipped. Up to 10 mins walking to the metro station, about 30 mins to the centre. According to the map, we were a bit unsure about the surroundings, but it is absolutely fine and there is a nice restaurant just across the street. Parking on the street in front of the flat, you can check your car with the camera 😊 The only thing we didn't find were the tablets for the dishwasher. Other than that, all perfect.

Ciara met us when we arrived and gave us all the information we needed, we had no problems during our stay. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 teens and there was plenty of room for a few days. Location was brilliant for travelling in and out of Rome centre and was very secure. I cannot fault it, there was even extras like coffee, washing liquid for the machine, shower gel, shampoo etc. much appreciated! There was a supermarket across from the local metro that served us well. Host responded to any minor queries immediately. Nothing at all, it was amazing.

It is a bit further than city center and famous places. 10 minute to metro, 10 minute to city center. Hard to handle distances when you have baby and baby car.
