• Agata (10/5): Perfekcyjny pobyt, apartament spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania, Daniela była miła i pomocna. - Pobyt idealny, przyleciałyśmy do Neapolu po 23:00, mimo późnej pory Daniela była dostępna pod telefonem i pomogła nam wejść do budynku. Uwaga, w dużej bramie są małe drzwiczki, pierwszy raz po ciemku ciężko je znaleźć. Lokalizacja jest idealna, wszędzie jest blisko, do centrum historycznego, do metra 100 m, do portu 15 minut. Nie trzeba szukać lepszej kawiarni, jest 30 m od bramy, można co dzień rano zjeść pyszne, ciepłe rogaliki z kawą, ale jeśli ktoś chce zrobić samodzielnie śniadanie, piekarnia jest po drugiej stronie ulicy, przy metrze. Na zdjęciach widać schody i myślałam, że trzeba będzie wejść na pierwsze piętro, aby skorzystać z windy, ale winda jest na parterze, więc duża ulga. Apartament jest na trzecim piętrze, a okna wychodzą na dziedziniec, mimo lokalizacji w centrum można się wyspać w ciszy.

• Julien (9/5): Très bon endroit pour loger au calme dans le centre de Naples - Très bonne location dans le centre de Naples. La cour intérieure confère beaucoup de calme, ce qui est appréciable la nuit dans cette ville bouillonnante. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut comme équipements : kitchenette, machine à café avec dosettes, cookies, gel douche et shampoing dans la douche etc. Le canapé-lit est comfortable même pour un adulte. Il serait appréciable d'avoir deux essuies de bain par personne dans la salle de bain.

• Lucybgin (9/5): Beautiful apartment in busy central area, although hidden inside a quiet courtyard. - Beautiful apartment in busy central area although tucked inside a gated quiet central courtyard. Host was easy to deal with although we didn’t meet. Apartment was well equipped and stocked with complimentary coffee and biscuits which were welcomed. Although the overall apartment was stunning and the bathroom furniture had been upgraded, the tiling and grouting had not and the grouting was in need of a good clean. The shower is also very small which may impact larger people.

• Haroula (9/5): Superb - the location was excellent, right on the metro of Duomo, very close to Spaccanapoli street, close to shops etc. The inside of the building with the fountain and the lights in the night was magical, every single time we saw it...Check in was clear and quick. The room was big and had many coffee capsules (I appreciate) and water in the fridge. There were also many bisquits available. The neighborhood felt safe. I would have liked more and better quality towels but we did not ask, so I don't know what would be the result of the request. It is certainly not a deal breaker. The room was worth it otherwise.

• Gulcan (7/5): Good - I arrive about 10 am ( I was asked in advance for early check in or at least to drop my lagguge. There were no reception and facility doormen ask 10 euro per hour to keep my laguuega for a while. Then apartment owner arrange the cleaning lady to open door and leave my lagguage, that we solved the issue. They call me a day before, stress me to pay city tax of 12 euro before I arrive . The explanation was if not paid I will hav ean issue @passorport police control , which was not the case.

• Ian (10/5): Lovely place to stay to exploring the city - Excellent location near all the major sites and local cafes for breakfast. Our host was helpful with additional information. The daytime concierge always had a friendly greeting. The apartment was just the right size for the two of us. It took a while to work out the light switch combination and sockets so a “crib sheet” of some sort would be useful e.g. the light over the cooker.

Enough bath towels and toilet paper rolls were provided for our stay. Great location right in front of Duomo station. Good suppliers of cookies and biscuits. Don’t have anything we didn’t like

• David (10/5): A quiet haven in a bustling city location. - The apartment is in a central location a few minutes from the historic centre and a short walk from the Central station. The apartment is well appointed and in a very safe and attractive 19th century building with a beautiful courtyard. Very good and helpful communication with the owners. Appreciated the breakfast things left for us and the coffee machine. A nice cafe just across the road and lots of good local restaurants. There was nothing we did not like.

• Hochin (10/5): Smart apartment, modern design - This smart apartment is totally convenient for self-checkin. Even though you’ll meet nobody during check in and check out, the staff Samantha is always on WhatsApp for support. The One even organized a very informative web page containing all kinds of info (ferry, restaurant, taxi, shuttle bus, etc) a traveler may need for the guest which I found it very very helpful! And there’s a taxi stand just 1-2minutes walk away. Very convenient for travelers who need to take a flight with luggages. Overall I like this apartment very much! Nothing.

Train station is very near but it’s abit far from the ferry station and if your plan is to go to the islands, it’s not really a strategic place unless you’re seeing the Naples city. The owner was not very accommodating. Check in was late and check out was super early. Had to let the owner allow us to leave our luggage’s but needs to be removed before 12 noon. Didn’t even allow us to check out an hour late . Will not recommend and will not come back here .

• Grzegorz (10/5): Excellent stay! - The property is very well equipped. The fit-out is clean and new so our stay went well. The apartment is nicely planned so a daily use was pleasant. The location of the property itself was excellent, close to the metro station. Finally, the owner was very professional and helpful - indeed a service which you can expect on the high level. As the property is new, as of February 2024, there were some fit-out works being carried in neighboring apartment, including drilling.

• Danielle (10/5): Beautiful Apartment in Napoli - The apartment appears exactly as in the photos and is beautiful. The building is incredibly well maintained. The area the building is located in is quite busy, but thankfully most of the noise is not heard in the apartment. The location does provide easy access to the port/coast and the main train station. The apartment is decently stocked with kitchenware and based on previous reviews, the owners have clearly tried to add items based on previous guest feedback. The hosts were very responsive and provided recommendations to nearby restaurants and cafes in the area. We would definitely stay here again whenever we are back in Napoli. The apartment was clean and in great shape. It met all of our needs for our 6 night stay. Note: it was a self check-in process. This was not an issue for us and we figured out all the codes and access to all the doors without an issue. There were two keys provided to access the building. The key for the door to access the elevator was a bit sticky. Not sure if it's the lock or the key itself. After the second day, we just used the stairs out of concern for breaking the key/lock. Otherwise, everything in the apartment was great!

It’s situated right in the centre of Naples and was easy to walk to everything. Host was incredibly helpful as a point of contact and was there when needed! nothing - it was amazing!! only thing we could have needed was a toaster for our breakfasts.

The location is excellent if you want to be near the historic centre of Napoli. For those who like to have some human interaction at their place of stay, this place can be a little unnerving. However, the staff was available on phone and WhatsApp very promptly.
