• Arelis (8/5): - Piso acogedor, con productos que te hacen fácil la estancia como café, te, azúcar y aceite para prepararte una tostada y un café tranquilo antes de salir de casa. cerca de un parque bonito con muchas aves y árboles. Parda de vaporeto cerca para poder desplazarte por la isla. Hemos disfrutado mucho de la estancia.

• Marc (10/5): - Très propre et bien organisé. Hôte très gentil. Le check-in est facilité. Un peu à l'écart de l'hyper centre de Venise mais c'est très bien comme cela pour être plus au calme le soir venu. Arrêt de vaporetto à 5 minutes à peine permettant un accès aux principaux points de la lagune avec peu ou pas de changement. Pour un séjour plus long (> 3 jours), il faudrait sans doute un peu plus de vaisselle et de couverts.

• Tímea (10/5): Nyugodt, csendes, tiszta, jól felszerelt szállás, hosszabb tartózkodásra is megfelelő hely. - Nyugodt, csendes a környék. Közelben reggeliző és vacsorázó lehetőség. Közeli parkban kellemes séta és sportolási lehetőség. Közel van a hajókikötő, ahonnan szinte bárhová el lehet jutni. Kicsit kemény volt az ágymatrac, de ez másnak lehet, hogy éppen tökéletes.

Здесь идеально всё — безупречная чистота, уют и красивый, продуманный до мелочей интерьер. С первых минут чувствуешь себя как дома. Но самое главное — это сервис. Такого сервиса я не встречала никогда в жизни! Уровень заботы, внимания и искреннего гостеприимства просто поражает. Хозяин невероятно добрый, отзывчивый и всегда готов помочь — чувствуется, что он действительно вкладывает душу в это место. Огромное спасибо за этот незабываемый опыт! С радостью вернусь снова и буду рекомендовать всем. 10 из 10 — и даже больше!

• Yulia (9/5): - L'appartamento spazioso con l'arredamento bello e pensato. La posizione nel quartiere tranquillo, a due passi dal lungomare.
• Ludivine (8/5): Au calme à Sant'Elena - J'adore le quartier Sant'Elena. Très bel emplacement. Facile d'accès avec des informations très précises pour accéder au logement. Logement calme, confortable et propreté impeccable. Et beau, belle ambiance. Absence de sèche-cheveux un peu embêtant en plein hiver. Une cafetière autre que la traditionnelle petite cafetière italienne aurait été appréciée, ainsi que des verres à vin. Mais ce ne sont des tous petits détails qui n'ont aucunement empêché de passer un très bon séjour dans ce logement très confortable dans un quartier très agréable.

Muy acogedora y muy buena ubicacion. Restaurantes cerca y muy buena conexion con pequeños comercios. Muchas Gracias por todo y por todas las recomendaciones .

• Valerunner (10/5): - La posizione è ottima, soprattutto perché si trova a due passi dall'arrivo della maratona. Si trova in una posizione tranquilla, vicinissimo al centro. Sicuramente se dovessi tornare a Venezia, cercherò di prenotare a Cá di Giulia
• Buhr (10/5): Ein perfekter Kurzurlaub - Wir sind spontan für drei Tage nach Venedig geflogen. Die Unterkunft bekommt von uns voll zehn Punkte. In Ruhe ruhiger Gegend, südlich vom Zentrum, circa 30 Minuten zu Fuß oder höchstens 10 Minuten mit Vaporetto vom Palazzo entfernt. Die Wohnung war sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles, was man benötigt, findet man hier. Verbunden mit einer wunderschönen Gegend, war das für uns eine perfekte Unterkunft. Wir waren zwar sehr kurz hier, können uns aber diese Unterkunft für einen längeren Aufenthalt vorstellen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Kontakt z Właścicielem idealny, gość może czuć się zaopiekowany, przed przyjazdem otrzymałam szczegółowy filmik, jak dotrzeć do celu. Lokalizacja dla mnie idealna, blisko do wszelkich atrakcji , do placu św. Marka bez problemu dotarliśmy spacerkiem. Serdecznie dziękuje i polecam!

Host molto disponibile, ha risposto rapidamente a tutte le nostre domande e abbiamo sinceramente apprezzato che abbia messo a disposizione giochi per bambini, prodotti da bagno e in cucina the, tisane, zucchero, caffè ecc. La zona Arsenale - Sant'Elena è perfetta se si vuole stare in un posto tranquillo e verde. A noi è piaciuta molto. Alcune pentole in cucina potrebbero essere cambiate
• Monica Chiorean (10/5): Zile încântătoare - Apartamentul spațios,curat, confortabil si mobilat in spiritul local e poziționat intr-o zona placută lângă parc si aproape de statia de vaporașe. În zona sunt câteva restaurante cu mâncare gustoasa ,farmacie,magazin de fructe ,terasă pentru o băutură la apus...După o zi agitată in zonele pline de turiști te bucuri când ajungi la cazare in cartierul linistit.Pentru cei care doresc si câteva ore la plajă aceasta locație e ideală si in câteva minute cu vaporașul ajungi la Lido . Puține spatii de depozitare a hainelor.

Nedostatek toaletního papiru Chyběl úložný prostor
• Erich (3/5): Poor - The following points were not good and led to our rating: 1. two months before the stay we asked what the extra cost would be if a friend visited us for four nights. We were quoted an amount of 29 euros plus city tax. One day before arrival, the amount was increased to 174 euros plus city tax. We were only granted access to the apartment after lengthy discussions when we disgruntledly transferred the latter amount. We feel cheated and blackmailed. 2. the temperature in the apartment could not be regulated properly. It was too cold, clammy and the comforters were too thin. We were freezing. 3. the apartment smelled musty and/or like mothballs.
• Vassil (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious, stylish and very well equipped apartment in a calm area of Venice, close to Giardini and on 3 minutes from the vaporetto stop. We appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the comfort. The host, Foscarina, was very helpful and reacted quickly. Nearby I could recommend Osteria da Pampo (but reservation is needed at least the previous day) and well as Vincent bar for a drink and a nice view.
• Magdalena (10/5): Going back to Venice I would consider renting this apartament again. - Great green, peaceful location with lovely bistro, farmacy, small grocery shop nearby. The apartament seemed bigger and much brighter than in the pictures. If you forgot something you need on the daily bases (kitchen or bathroom- wise), the owner got you covered :) Going back to Venice I would consider renting this apartament again.

• Peter (9/5): Excellent, we would love to stay here again! - Great location: very close to the water buss and even within walking distance from piazza S. Marco, extremely clean apartment with all facilities incl. a washing machine, bath robes and slippers were provided incl. a small bag with soap, body lotion etc.: a nice personal touch that felt really welcoming upon arrival, quiet and cosy neighbourhood, restaurants nearby, park nearby. We would have liked larger towels. But this is really a minor problem. The sofa bed matrass was a bit too soft to our taste. The other double bed was excellent.

• James (10/5): A very clean a quiet apartment that was convieniently located in a residential part of Venice. - Very easy and well described.
• Boris (10/5): Exceptional - Big apartment in very quit neighborhood, very close to the Giardini and it was a good starting point to explore the Bienalle. Very ultra clean. Next to the apartment there are two mini markets where you can buy some food for breakfast or dinner. Peaceful location, almost no tourist around. We arrived later in the evening, it was very cold and raining outside. The host let us stood outside in the rain and wind, she would not give us entrance code until we send copies of our passports to her. It was very unpleasant experience after a long and exhausting trip.

• Samantha (8/5): fabulous apartment and location in Venice, excellent value, check in could be smoother, bed somewhat uncomfortable - LOCATION: amazing location, quiet neighbourhood but right beside a water taxi stop. close to burano murano and lido for day trips and very close to city centre and supermarket AMENITIES: kitchen is well stocked for cooking with oil, salt, sugar, coffee, tea, pots and pans. there is a dishwasher. there is no freezer. bathroom is spacious. there’s a washer and a drying rack. apartment is beautifully decorated. AC works well and there’s multiple fans as well. check in: 1- check in was an issue for us. this was likely due to a language barrier with the check-in process, the host was waiting for us to send pictures of our documents. i understood that there were documents for us to complete before being able to check in. I called and messaged her multiples times while outside the apartment and overall we experienced a half hour delay trying to check in. Also in the future, instructions could be clearer about which apartment to go to on the listing - there’s a front door and a back door to this property, the front door is incorrect, the back door you have to go up multiple flights of stairs and then you find an apartment with her name out front and a tourist plate on the wall but it is quite subtle. bed: bed was too hard for me, I ended up sleeping on the couch instead and my partner stayed in the bed.

• Irina (10/5): Cozy apartment with its unforgettable Italian atmosphere - For a family of three or four people, this is a wonderful apartment, spacious, cozy, comfortable, quiet. You will feel the spirit of Italy and Venice thanks to a variety of different decor elements and paintings. A comfortable kitchen with everything you need, as well as tea, sugar, salt, coffee, cocoa, bath accessories, clean linen. The apartment was very clean, quiet, thanks to the curtains it was dark at night. A bed with a harder mattress, but it suits us. Sofa more gentle. In the living room there is a stone table, a beautiful chandelier, a sconce, I assume that it is made of Murano glass. There are pictures of Venice everywhere.The apartment is located next to the ferry pier, in a park area. Nearby there is a pizzeria and a cafe with seafood and pasta. Perfect for families with children, as there is a playground nearby. There are also a couple of small grocery stores in the neighborhood. Peace and quiet. Thanks! Next time again to you!
• Albertas (10/5): It was beautiful, would stay again. - It's a beautiful and spacious apartment near Biennale gardens & close to a water transport station, with direct access to train & bus stations. The localisation is far away from the tourist buzz and thus very calm, however everything you need is at a walking distance. The place is very well equipped & nicely decorated. Highly recommend.
• Domagoj (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful, comfortable and extremly clean apartment in peaceful and green neighbourhood. If your main interest is to see Biennale it is perfectly located, few minutes walk from Gardini and about 15 to the Arsenale entrance. Just around a corner there are few stores, fruit and veggies store, pizzeria and osteria. We didn’t need more.
