• Silvia (10/5): Einfach perfekt! - Super Lage, absolut ruhig und dennoch nicht weit zu allen touristischen Highlights. Wirklich charmante Unterkunft, super sauber, bestens ausgestattet und zum Glück nur im 1. Stock. Entzückender kleiner Balkon mit Blick auf einen ruhigen Innenhof!

• Lisa (9/5): Superb - Very comfortable apartment with an excellent location very close to a main vaperetto stop with direct access to the airport, main train station, Murano and Burano which runs until late. Beds are super comfortable with a small but very workable kitchen. Situated in a very safe area with a lot of restaurants nearby. Nothing except we weren't asked for the city tax until the night before we were due to leave which was inconvenient. I would have rather have got that but of administrative business out of the way first.
• Amanda (7/5): Quiet, comfortable, great location. - Perfect location in a quiet area of Venice. Only a few minutes walk to the boats that leave for day trips to the islands, and five/ten minutes to local restaurants, shops, attractions etc. The beds were very comfortable. We loved having the balcony to eat breakfast on. On arrival the cleaner was still there and asked us to return in a couple of hours. This wasn't a problem for my friend and I who went out to explore the city, but worth noting.
• Sumanta (10/5): Fantastic convenient location - Completely touch less transaction but the owner was available on WhatsApp. (I had a data esim, so that was convenient) The instructions around the lock app and lock number needs simplification. The process to enter is really simpler than it reads. A word about the two buttons on the inside of the building doors to the right should be added. The first time I had trouble finding them and ended up walking in the dark up the stairs.
• Donna (9/5): Superb - Charming older style apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Great location- very quiet but close enough to tourist locations. Would highly recommend. The Nuki check in system was a bit complicated but once we got access and got the keys it was fine.
• Alina (10/5): Perfect - It was amazeing..we loved the appartament ..spaciouse and lot of beds..easy to stay here5-6persons..1double bed in one room..1single bed in1room..and a couch for2-3persons in living room..nice terase also for the proper weather..all you need in the kitchen..safe area evan at late hours at nite like we came..quiet and beautifull..and Luisa what can I say: an amazeng lady,I loved to talk to her,very helpfull with all you need,the only regret is I did not have the honour to meet her in person...check in with the link and app was very easy also door code..all smooth and nice..I recomand from all my heart this appartement and Luisa to all who want to have a great time in Venice..for sure if is available on a future sejour we will stay here..thank you and our respect Luisa All great

• Sally (9/5): Excellent would go again. - Location is excellent. Once you get your bearings you find its perfectly placed a few minutes from the centre of Venice but in an area that's a bit quieter. Everything you need is nearby, supermarket, restaurant and bars all within 5 minute walk. Everything great, communication excellent.
• Lauren (6/5): Comfortable and good location. Good host. - Very close to Vaparetto station, nice quiet residential area but also not far from centre. Everything we needed for a family of 5. Owner very responsive via message. Everything as described. Clean and tidy. We were only able to use the air conditioner during certain times.

• Olga (5/5): Affordable & tricky - Excellent location, small balcony. Host was responsive. We had a lot of problems with access (more details below. There was not enough toilet paper to last the duration of our stay so we had to purchase more. Mattresses on the beds were not super comfortable, just ok. No air conditioner, was really hard to sleep at night. No way to prevent the mosquitos from entering the apartment (no nets). Because we had no air, we had to keep windows open, and at night there were too many insects, we all ended up with a lot of bites all over. The washing machine was not operating properly—it took a while to start it, then when it was done it wouldn’t let us open the door for almost a full 24hrs. When we finally opened it, there was a lot of water and detergent.. the outlets in the kitchen didn’t work. The apartment is very small, might be ok for a couple and a child but not enough space for 3-4 adults. All instructions for the property were overly complicated. Trash had to be taken out by us, the tenant. To do this we had to wait until someone rings a doorbell to collect it from 8-10am. This limited our movement in the morning. Normally this is something done by the host at the end of the stay or cleaning lady. Access: Host sent a very long message describing the check in process, it was written in a more complicated way than it could have been. The host said she would send us a message on WhatsApp with a code to be able to access an app via our phone before check in. She never did this so we had trouble getting into the apartment. She was responsive at check in but if we were coming late, we would have had an issue. Then, it took a while to forgive out how access works and to set it up for all 3 of us. Finally, we couldn’t figure out how to open the door of the apartment from the inside and as a result accidentally ended up messing up the flimsy mechanism that controls automatic entry. We didn’t know something was wrong so we had trouble entering the apartment when we returned that day.

• Valeria (8/5): Very good - The location was great. The little balcony was a plus. The beds and pillows were super comfy. The kitchen was small but had everything one needs to cook. Luisa was very nice to let us leave our bags in the apartment upon check out, to pick up later. Thank you we had a great time.
