• Shannon (10/5): Comfortable clean apartment, would recommend. - Good communication on check in via whats app Can hear some pedestrian street noise, but it quieted down at night. Shower is open concept so water gets all over the floor in the bathroom when you shower.

• Jeanette (8/5): - Schönes und ruhig gelegenes Appartement. Alles gut und schnell erreichbar. Am ersten Tag wurde für den ganzen Tag der Strom aufgrund von Reparaturen durch die Stadt abgeschaltet. So dass wir weder duschen, noch normal frühstücken oder die Smartphones aufladen konnten. Das wurde wohl durch die Stadt anhand von gelben Zetteln an den Häusern angekündigt. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn uns die Hausverwaltung diesbezüglich vorgewarnt hätte. Der Austausch hierzu war mit der Agentur nicht besonders nett. Sie haben die Schuld von sich gewiesen und das ganze als unser Problem dargestellt. Mehr Kundenorientierung wäre schön gewesen.

• sansibar22 (8/5): - Schöne Wohnung mit kleine Terrasse im Innenhof, sehr schön und gemütlich renoviert. Das Viertel, in dem die Wohnung liegt, ist noch ursprünglich, am Wochenende treffen sich venezianische Familien auf der nahegelegenen Piazza. Die Fenster des Schlafzimmers (im Erdgeschoss) gehen direkt auf die davor liegende Gasse. Morgens muss man damit rechnen, dass es bereits sehr früh laut wird, wenn Menschen mit ihren Rollkoffern oder die Müllabfuhr davor vorbei laufen.
• Julie (10/5): Apartment is close enough to all the places you want to visit but just off the busy streets so it lovely and quiet. - Property is perfect. All the amenities you need.
• Felipe (5/5): Didn’t worth it - They were completely inflexible. I had to delay my check-in (to 10pm) due to an issue I had in the previous city, and they charged me a €50 fee for “late check in”. At check-out (10:00am), I wasn’t allowed to leave my luggage anywhere. I didn’t want to stay longer — I just needed to leave my bags in the hall and pick them up before my train, which was leaving shortly after. As a result, I had to pay for a locker at the station (another €30). In the end, the cost-benefit just isn’t worth it.

• Madeleine (8/5): A great place to stay in Venice and would recommend. - The property was in a great location. Not too far to walk to the main areas of Venice but was away from the big crowds. It had all the facilities we needed. It was also nice to be able to sit outside in the courtyard. The only things that we didn’t like was the bathroom flooded very easily without a full shower screen.

• Marian (9/5): Great apartment in perfect location. Recommend to everyone - Perfect location, our favorite part of Venice. Close to everything but not crowded and quiet. Supermarket and nice bar just around the corner. The place was really nice and the private terrace was a gem. Well equipped with everything you need from shower to cooking. Bed and sofa bed were comfortable, AC was great, WIFI fast. We would definitely come back again I would recommend mosquito nets on windows and cleaning the terrace since it was full of dust that was sticking to our shoes and getting inside, so I had to sweep it. Windows from bedroom are to the street, it can be a problem for someone. In the morging you hear people with suitcases walking around. But if you close the windows you can sleep without problems. It is darker than pictures, we had to turn on the lights even during summer. For us it was fine since it was cooler inside, but in winter it can be really dark I think.

• Darjana (10/5): Central Gem in Venice - After having walked all over Venice for three days I can safely say this apartment is one of the gems to pick: it is located very centrally, it is on a broad little street with lots of daylight so as not to feel overwhelmed like it can be in darker very narrow alleys where we saw people checking in to their own rentals; it is also very close to the garbage boats so we had no trouble sorting and disposing of garbage and of course it is so very central to everything. Rialto Bridge is an easy walk, so are the Vaporetto stations to go to Murano; St.Mark's square is a longer walk but all in all no more than 35 minutes! 25-30 minutes on foot from Tronchetto bus station. The apartment itself is very spacious, very clean and has everything you might need. We did miss some general towels and tea towels for the kitchen but not a problem at all - there is a very handy supermarket just 4 minutes away that had everything we needed during our stay. The only point we did not expect is that it is much - much darker than it is pictured in the photos. Logical though - the interior windows look into the internal patio that even though it receives light, there is no direct access for the sunshine to the windows. It did not stop us from enjoying the stay since we spent our days in the town, naturally. The above mentioned patio was a little bliss to have access to - the ability to have the door open into fresh air knowing you have privacy and tranquility was a gorgeous feeling after a long day of walking. I had to use a sofa myself and it by far was the best sofa (and sleep) that I encountered in rental apartments. Truly appreciative of this! Valentina was lovely to meet, communication was clear and friendly Truly very happy with this property for our short but productive holidays in Venice. Will recommend it.
• Brooke (10/5): Exceptional - The property had a central location! It was about 20 minutes walking to Piazza San Marco. It was clean and had all of the essentials! There was plenty of space for 2 people and a super cute courtyard. We could have used an extra pillow or two (there were 3 for 2 people).

The only problem that we noticed, the shower room, the glass door was only half once being used, the water flowed down from the floor to the nearby adjacent floor.

The apartment was well furnished and super quiet. Appreciated the design touches throughout (especially the chandelier in the bedroom which seemed like a nod to the handmade lace work from Burano). Nothing.

Small downside was a flickering light, and we were promised that someone would come fix it, which never happened, so we left the overhead lights off the whole time. And the shower, as mentioned in other reviews, does not contain the water, so the bathroom floor gets very wet.

• Delgado (7/5): Good - Very clean, excellent location and the apartment is very big. Regardless it's in a very concurrent area, there was not noise at all. Very friendly service. After 1 min of the first shower, the bathroom flooded. So you can imagine the frustration of getting very tired after a walking day at Venice, and trying to fix/unclog the pipes (without any tools). It took me a while, but I could unclog the shower pipe which was having a huge piece of a rubber seal kind of.
• Petros (8/5): Great stay, overpriced thought - Very clean apartment, spacious, had all the equipment a family would need and all working properly. Situated in a great neighborhood, with bars and cafes next to it, a step away from a small canal and really close to the station and a luggage storage place. Although it is on the ground floor, there was no noise during the night. It had two doors for extra safety. They charged us 30 euros for "late" check in, which took place at 19.30 although there was no such notice at the booking site (just states the hours of check in 15.00 until 19.00- booking.com that's a bit unprofessional). I would also recommend to change the pillows, they were so soft that there was no need to use them.
• Yana (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was wonderful. New, modern, clean, exactly the same as the pictures. The check in was fast and the girl that welcome us was very helpful. The apartment is at excellent location, at quiet street but next to store, restaurants, bars and very close to Rialto bridge and Canale Grande. Definitely will recommend it.

• Iwona (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was in fairly good location Although the apartment look newish it was not comfortable. The dishwasher was not working as it was settled incorrectly in the kitchen furniture. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The small garden was dirty and dusty. The shower was also set incorrectly, when shower all the water was floating the bathroom floor. On the picture the apartment looks spacious and has plenty of light, however in reality it’s dark and feels like basement. Not worth the money.
