• Terranova (5/5): - Prezzo Abbiamo pernottato nell’ appartamento dal 30 al 1. L’appartamento dista 30 min a piedi circa da Santa Maria del Fiore. Ma per noi non era indispensabile la vicinanza. Né la bellezza dell appartamento stesso che lascia a desiderare, ma non rilevante per noi. Quello che era fondamentale era l’igiene. Assolutamente assente. In bagno sulle mensole un dito di polvere. In cucina abbiamo dovuto rilavare ogni stoviglia perché sporca (comprandoci una spugna nuova perché quella presente appiccicosa di non si sa cosa). Inoltre le foto presenti sull’annuncio non sono conformi alla realtà dei fatti. In allegato il confronto tra quello che ci aspettavamo e quello che abbiamo trovato. Siamo consapevoli che il prezzo per essere a Firenze a Capodanno era più che onesto ma quanto meno la pulizia e soprattutto la sincerità mi sembrava scontata che invece non è stato così.

• Dr. Ali (10/5): - Ev sahibi çok samimi ve misafirperverdi, haritadan bize şehirde gezilecek yerleri ve şehri nasıl gezmemiz gerektiğini anlattı, verdiği bilgiler çok faydalı oldu, vardığımız gün akşam yemeği için eve yakın bir restoranda bizim için rezervasyon yaptı. Mutfakta bizim için hazırlanmış bir meyve tabağı vardı. Ev sahibimiz varacağımız saati öğrenip bizim için evin önünde bir park yeri ayarlamıştı. Çocuklu ve kalabalık aileler için çok iyi bir seçenek.

• Kateřina (7/5): - Celkem pěkná lokalita, milá paní domácí, ve všem nám vyšla vstříc. 7 min vzdálený Supermarket, centrum 25 min chůze. Chyběla nám 1 židle a tablety do myčky, pozor!!! příbory jsou v šuplíku v jídelním stole.

• eperzyk (10/5): Spędziliśmy we Florencji 10 dni. Apartament spełnił nasze oczekiwanie. - Gospodarz przywitała nas serdecznie. Apartament rozkładowy, wygodny. Udogodnienia w kuchni. Osobne pomieszczenie na pranie. Pokoje dwa oddzielone długim korytarzem. Dwie pary będą czuły się komfortowo. Światło w łazience zapala się automatycznie. W nocy to przeszkadza.

Y el apartamento estaba limpio en general No nos dejaron papel higiénico, ni lavavajillas de mano ni máquina, el cerrojo de entrada estaba suelto, no daba seguridad, no había TV, silla rota... Que sea antiguo el apartamento no significa que esté tan descuidado

• Oscar Gozalbo Traver (1/5): Fatal experiencia - Nada me gustó, todo muy sucio y viejo y sin mosquiteras, un aire acondicionado portatil que no se podía usar del ruido infernal que tenía, las camas eran viejisimas y hacían mucho ruido, un solo cuarto de baño para cinco personas, intolerable. • Tim (5/5): - The location was good. The owner/manager was very nice. The restroom and shower need work. The floors were dirty. The apartment was not as cute in person vs the pictures. Loud construction- street side room. Nice and quiet with a view- the back room.
• Amber (7/5): - Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Aardige host, fijn ontvangst. Er zaten flink wat kuilen in de bedden en de deur van de badkamer wat tevens het toilet was kon niet goed dicht.

• Yvonne (7/5): - The host is super nice and the location is close enough to walk to the center, buses stop nearby. There was even a cake for us for breakfast. The bathroom is nicely renovated and is better than on the pictures. The house is from 1840 and has some nice features from that time, like wall paintings and the original tiles on the floor. Unfortunately it was not very clean. There was lot of dust on the floor and some hairs in the sinks, the floor of the shower had a lot of dirt accumulated in the corner. In the kitchen there were still crumbs from the previous guests on the table and some dishes where still dirty. A pity because everything else was nice.

• Voiko (10/5): - The location is near the center There isn't air conditioner and don't recommend for summer trip. It was very noisy from the railway station.
• Balint (10/5): Comfortable apartment for a family in walking distance from the city highlights - The location is great. No need to move the car to get to the city. Calm neighborhood, I didn't have to stress about the car parking in the street. Spacious apartment, high ceilings, good shading, not susceptible to heating up during the day (it was really hot outside all week, 37C). Well equipped kitchen. We could even do our laundry. It was great for resting a couple of hours during the day or cooking occasionally. Wifi is stable, our 3 adolescent kids appreciated it. There's one room with a twin bed and another one with 3 separate beds. Plus a kitchen large enough for the 5 of us and also a laundry room. Nothing. I was a bit afraid it would get too hot in a heatwave as there's no A/C. Passive shading works surprisingly well though. We could sleep with the windows open.

• tinatin aslamazishvili (10/5): Big and well equipped apartment. Super for Family. Highly recommended! - I'm super exited because of this booking. At first, I was afraid, because it didn't have many reviews and I wasn't sure if it would be good or not. But my doubts were misplaced. This is super place for family stay. Really, it isn't only about apartment, it's about service also. Host Alessandra connected with me 3 days before arrival and asked me how we wanted to have beds, single or double. Then, in next days, she recommended how to get there and kept in touch with me. on the previous day, super amazing girl Aurora contacted me and told me, that she would met us while coming. When we came, she was there and explained us all the details, also shared info about interesting places in Florence. Both, Alessandra and Aurora were so kind, friendly and helpful. Apartment is so big and equipped with everything you need for staying. There is good size rooms, big kitchen and so much space for family stay. We were 5 and this house was amazing for us. I want to say so many thanks. They even helped us and kept our baggage on the last day for some hours. It's 20 minutes away from city center and for us it was very easy to walk to the center. Highly recommended from me and my family! I can't remember something, that we didn't like there.
