• Paloma (7/5): Tranquilidad y desconexión total - Lo q mas me gusto es q era amplio y confortable. Q solo tenia un baño y para cinco personas es complicado ponerse de acuerdo , el agua de la ducha salía con poca presión y más fría q caliente es lo único negativo q le veo yo a la estancia por lo demás todo perfecto , bueno y q a las 7 y media de la mañana trabajaban en la fachada del edificio y hacían ruido , un poco de mala suerte en ese sentido .

• Besma (1/5): Dessus - L'appartement est grand et à côté les magasins et restaurants et cafés. C'est mal passé pour nous parce que on a trouvé L'appartement sale, plein de poussières, il ya les travaux de la façade donc les bruits tout les jours. L'eau chaude dans L'appartement semble programmé parce que ça coule doucement et peu de temps chaude.le gaz en panne tout le temps. Les fenêtres sont cassés et ne se ferment pas ( rideaux ). On pouvait pas utilisé la machine à laver à cause des travaux. ( la personne qui a fait le check in confirme ça). Dès notre rentrée on a remarqué un odeur horrible, et on a pensé que peut-être parce que était fermé mais malheureusement l'odeur sort de sanitaires et douche malgré le ménage que je fais tt les jours .j'ai dû partir en avance.

• Oksana (10/5): All in all it was nice! recommend :) - Really liked the neighbourhood as it’s in close proximity bus/metro stops and grocery shops. The rooms are clean and pleasant to stay at. Really enjoyed the atmosphere! The only drawback was clogged showers drain so I had to clean it on my own. Feels like it has never been cleaned ☹️
• Igor (4/5): Have been in Rome 3 times, this apartment was really disappointing experience. Few years ago I payed 700 eu for much bet - Nothing, except there was a dishwasher. 1. Windows only for dekor, 24/7 you hear all the street. Not possible to sleep. 2. Windows curtains was a joke, and windows blind rolls was not closing completely, so the room was bright at night. 3. Pillows were 100 years old, completely worn out. Just a bag of shits. 4. We received only 3pcs of shower towels (big ones) for whole 7 days and upon request we were send to use laundry!!! Seriously?! 5. Shower room were full of dyrt and fungus, water mixer wasn’t working, you always get or too hot water or freezing cold. Maybe it’s boiler. 6. Kitchen were dirty with old fat, kitchen chairs were kracked on sides and completely wobbly and an unstable. 7. Overall state of apartment 4/10. Door were scratching floor… apartment were worn out and not suitable for that price. 8. 2 min walking inside apartment made my whit socks - black.

• Pawel (8/5): Comfortable and well-equipped flat within a reasonable distance of public transport - A very comfortable flat in a residential neighbourhood of Rome. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bathroom modern and squeeky-clean, both bedrooms with plenty of room and large, comfortable beds. Some shops and bus stops within a 5-minute walk. The biggest issue was the intermittent nature of the water heater for the shower - sometimes it would send boiling water, sometimes freezing cold, and sometimes it would switch between the two every couple of minutes. This could really use getting looked at! Also, the bar stools were extremely wobbly - they felt like they could fold underneath us at any time (though didn't). The nearest metro station is a 15-minute walk away, which is fine if you don't mind walking, but might be an inconvenience to some.
